The fish was cooked perfectly--tender, flavorful, and nicely seasoned without being overdone. The portion size was generous, the sides complemented the sea bass really well, and everything tasted fresh. The restaurant had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, and the service was friendly and attentive. It's nice to find a place that offers a healthier meal without sacrificing flavor. I'll definitely be coming back. If you're a seafood fan, I highly recommend the Sea Bass Plate!

More busy than I've ever seen it. Cashier wasn't friendly. Lots of dirty tables. We chose the one that was the least dirty. The restaurant itself needed some cleaning love(at the very least a quick sweep would make a difference). As more patrons arrived, I figured it out... you need to clean your own table if you want somewhere clean to sit. Next was the food. Seared Sea Bass. It was really good. Light and flaky. Served with asparagus and rice. Both sides were very good. The only knock on the dinner was that it took 30 minutes to prepare. If you can get past a dirty restaurant with dirty tables and an unfriendly staff, the food was pretty good. With that being said, I'll be back.

Within about five minutes of receiving our food, our check was dropped off without us asking for it. Our server never returned to refill our drinks or check on us. When my daughter needed a to-go box, I had to get up and get one myself from the server station. We were planning to order dessert and a meal to take home for my husband, but the lack of service changed our minds. When we were finally approached to pay, I asked about the military discount and presented my military ID. I was told I had to be in uniform. I explained the issues we had experienced, but the server showed absolutely no concern and simply charged us and walked away. I will not be returning. If you expect customers to spend their money here, they should at least be treated with basic courtesy and respect. There are plenty of other burger places where you can get better service and feel like your business actually matters.

That bite literally melts on the tongue. For that matter, everything offered on the menu is over the top delicious! We wanted more, but thankfully held off as their loaf of house bread arrived with hand-whipped butter to tempt us. It became clear we needed to exercise restraint as we now understood we would want to save room for each delectable course coming our way. Roasted Brussel Sprouts were next and amazing! The hint of lemon was a delicious surprise. Entrees? Fabulous! We had the mentioned Rib Eye. Three of us had the lamb which got raves from everyone. I had the filet mignon, topped with gorganzola, with pomme frites, the best I've ever tasted. The filet mignon melted in my mouth! All of us had the Hen of the Woods mushroom side. That mushroom was a new experience for all of us and everyone loved it! Our perfect finish was crème brule and a rich roasted coffee. Everything was absolutely amazing, including our waiter Jordan, who anticipated our every wish before we even knew that we wanted it! The wine collection at Owen's Bistro is impressive and my husband said the bartender made him one of the best martinis he's ever enjoyed. I had the Caesar salad and the blackened salmon with veggies, and both were delicious. No complaints there. But the moment that sealed the deal was when my husband decided he was going to be "healthy" and ordered a Coke Zero. Naturally, I informed him that putting the word Zero in the name doesn't magically turn it into water. Michelle immediately took my side, and just like that I knew she was my favorite person in Norco. She played along with our jokes, kept us laughing, and made us feel like regulars even though it was our first visit. So yes, the food was excellent. But if Michelle is working, ask for her section.
