Toffee pudding - it comes with a small container of whatever they spread on top. Delicious on its own. Better when warm.

Came here on a whim as it was the closest bakery to us at the time. Cute little place that would be great to hang out in once covid ends. Currently only 4 customers allowed at a time in the store. We got the brownies, toffee pudding, and nanaimo bars. I loved the brownies and toffee pudding. I wish they had the option to have your toffee pudding warm as I think it would be extra delicious. The nanaimo bar was too sweet for me. Delicious but not to my taste. I cant wait to try other pastries from this place once they are back to operating fully.

It's such a cute coffee shop with style. So as soon as you enter there are few sitting spots then the cafe and more seating at the back. The back of the coffee shop is very classy with restoration hardware chandelier and damask sofa positioned in the center. So I went in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was full hence didn't get the chance to enjoy my coffee their. I went here after seeing them on yelp and was very excited to try their signature and famous hazelnut cake. Its a huge slice and is loaded with hazelnut filling in between the layers of the cake and lots of hazelnut bits on the outside of the cake.It was moist and delicious but wayyyyyy tooo hazelnutty for my liking I wish they didn't put the bits.Maybe next time I would try the chocolate cake. I did have their house blend coffee was pretty good-it wasn't warm enough so I asked the cashier so give it a few spins in the microwave. The highlight of the visit was this amazing chocolate dipped pecan shortbread cookie-it was serious dabomb.I would go there again just for this. The service was quick and friendly. This cafe would get my 5 stars only if it was a tad bit cozier I found the seating at the back quite lit and not cozy. There is paid parking outside the cafe but on a Saturday afternoon it was a challenge to get a spot to park. Overall an amazing cafe and a must try.

A co-worker of mine brought cupcakes to work. They were delicious I tried the nutella one. The cake was flavorful and fluffy. The icing was light. Everyone in the office agreed that they love the cake but there was mix reviews on the icing . Some thought it wasn't sweet enough.

This place is really cute, I can't wait to come back when we get the okay to dine in again. I had the lemon meringue tart and it was scrumptious! They have an assortment of cupcakes, cakes and other pastries. I'll be back for sure!

I just love Bobbette & Belle French bakery and cafe. I had been here when the cafe was so busy with line up and I had been here when I was the only customer here. I would avoid Sunday afternoon when it can be impossible to even get a seat/table. I ended up turn around and left because of how busy this place was. But my recent visit on a late afternoon was just a perfect experience! The staff was friendly and even brought over my cappuccino to my table! And of course, I would highly recommend a treat or 2 to go with the drink. Drop by if you are in the area or make a date to meet up with your friend over a cup of latte in their well appointed seating area.

I've been loving bobbette & belle for a couple years now after trying their cupcakes at a birthday party. I usually always go for their cupcakes but my boyfriend got me this cake (pictured) for my birthday so I got to try it. He had to place the order in advance and schedule pick up. He said the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very professional. There were a few options for sizes for cake but we went for the 6 inch. The cake had layers of decadent chocolate cake and chocolate ganache and was covered in butter cream and chopped hazel nuts. On top were real chocolate curls. The chocolate plaque was gold dusted. The cake was sooooo good! Moist, not too sweet, rich and you could tell it was great quality. This size was perfect for 10 people, as you only need a small slice to enjoy. Would definitely recommend for future events.

Amazing! A wonderful sweet gem in the city. Beautifully decorate with vintage and rustic pieces. An array of baked goods on display along with some teas and their books for sales--very homey and stylish. I tried an alfajores and a hot chocolate. The alfajore is a cookie sandwich of two shortbread cookies with a caramel filling rolled in coconut. I'm not a fan of caramel but this one is subtle; you taste more of the buttery shortbread. So light, fluffy and delicate, it was delicious. I was also impressed by the hot chocolate. I'm so used to getting hot chocolate where all you taste is sugar and milk. Here, you taste the cocoa! It wasn't sweet either. This is what a hot chocolate should be like. Also liked how they brûléed the marshmallow on top. Cute! Coming back here again to try their cakes! For all you instagrammies out there, this has a great backdrop to take your pics.

    Can't use the bathroom??!

Bought some cakes and asked if i can use the bathroom and they said "NO". I don't get it, u guys re-open the restaurant, people can some have coffee and cakes and don't allow them to use the bathroom?! Seriously ??! R u against the law ?? Even though the cakes are good but I won't visit again. Eventually, I need to go to Starbucks .....

I love Bobbette & Belle - they get a 4.5 stars rating from me! I honestly think that if I was asked which TO bakery and cafe I would recommend, this would be it! Their heavenly treats are delicious and so fresh tasting - I've enjoyed everything that I've tried here. I particularly love their blueberry scone (it sells out so fast though!), toffee pudding cake and their butter tarts - these ones are definitely a must try here. The hello dolly square, brownie and caramel scone are also good. Great selection of squares, scones, cake slices, tarts, cupcakes, macarons, and beverages like lattes, Sloane teas, etc. all in a really charming setting. It's easy to see why it's always busy. There are a few seats right by the entrance and more seats after the display case and cash register. The theme seems to be a cute rustic chic look and somehow it works with the elegant glass covers that keep the treats tasting fresh throughout the day. Staff here are great too - they seem to love working here, they know the menu ingredients well and make great recommendations. I only wish that the prices were a bit lower so that I could buy more treats each time as I easily spend at least $20 or so here on each visit. I have to admit that the quality of the treats is so worth the splurge though! Enjoy this super cute gem!

Excellent oatmilk latte and red velvet cupcake. It wasn't too sweet and the service was great. First time there and won't be the last!!!

Really beautiful place. The aesthetic of the place and food is on point. Taste wise, it was okay. Everything tasted good but were not amazing. The pastries were more delicious than the cupcakes. Unfortunately, I thought it was quite expensive for what you yet.

The pastries and mochi breads are absolutely exquisite! I tried the black sesame mochi bread--light, pillowy, and filled with a delightful little white mochi surprise. The crème brûlée almond tart was incredible too, with its thick, eggy custard and a blueberry-almond center. And the Hitotoki matcha tart? Gorgeous and just perfect. It was my first visit, and I discovered the bakery through their 2nd-anniversary IG post. I bought about $20 worth of treats and got to spin their prize wheel--and I actually won the Grand Prize: a limited-edition gold Nespresso & milk frother kit! I literally jumped for joy. Yet another reason to love this incredible bakery!

It was okay. Tried three items:…read more Matcha Lava Tart - The staff said this had the strongest matcha flavour among their matcha items. But there was no "lava" at all... just a layer of cream sitting on a thick tart base. You do get some matcha flavour, but definitely not that rich and flowing matcha sauce I saw in those online reels. Matcha Mont Blanc - Too sweet. The green noodle-shaped topping is actually made from a kind of bean paste - not much matcha taste, but had a strong bean flavour instead. And again, it was too sweet to my liking. Taro Tart - This one was good. Taro-flavoured cream on top, with taro paste underneath, then a layer of custard with mochi at the bottom. Had a rich taro flavour. Still a bit sweet, but not as overwhelming as the Mont Blanc. Overall it was not bad, although TBH I haven't really found great matcha desserts in Toronto so far.

My wife always judges a French Cafe by their Butter Croissant ($3.00) and she liked it! She also noticed all the  staff speak French sp it gives it even more legitimacy.  She also ordered a Flat White ($4.50) which was also good. I ordered a Plum Almond Tart ($7.25) because it was the prettiest. It was super delicious so it was definitely a good choice! Service was courteous and friendly. Hopped on my bike and a half hour later I was there. The friendly staff helped me by answering my question regarding eggs and which items did not have any in the recipes. This place was also super poppin' when I got there. It was earlish in the day around 10:30am and it seemed all the tables were pretty much taken. They are adding a dinner menu which is very exciting. Their pastries are phenomenal!!! Picked up a plum and pistachio tart, a chocolate mousse cake and an apple Danish for my mom. Plus a chocolate caramelized croissant. So much butter, and yet so good. Brought my container, which they happily used. The last time I visited this spot back in 2022, I vowed I would come back and take up space in that beautiful bay window seat. Yet I haven't followed through with that yet. One day. They also changed the name, since I was there last it was called Le Conciliabule Lab. Le Conciliabule means, "speak easy", as their website says. It was used back in the day to describe a place where people would come together and talk about everything and nothing. I can definitely say that happens here. What a beautiful concept, "everything and nothing". Now named Bisou, which means kiss. That's actually really simple and sweet. Since every pastry and any food item or beverage enjoyed here is a kiss for your tastebuds. Love it. Keep going team. You are amazing!
