Solid 5 stars. #1 reason? Price. Most venders were easily $11 or more whereas Boba Bros had Tigers Milk for $5 (yes please!). My son wanted to share one so I opted for the Tigers Milk which skips the tea. I was hesitant that I'd miss the tea but I didn't (at least flavor wise, still craved some caffeine though lol). As another reviewer mentioned too the vender was very warm towards the kids (we have 4....). I'd love to come back and support these guys. If the other drinks are as good as the Tigers Milk I'm sure others would rate them 5 stars as well (how could you not at such a great price and friendly service?). read more

Boba Bros has been on my list for a while now and I ran into them at the KCC farmers market. Tried the kalo and cream and I don't think it's the right drink for me. Boba at the market! My favorite Honolulu Farmers Market has Boba Bros woohoo!! Grabbing a drink while walking and browsing around does help to make the decision easier you think?! Not a huge drink but just right imo and they do have the right choice for just about everyone. Staff here is very friendly and helpful for choices which there's quite a bit, from their classic Creme Tea to Matcha and Thai Iced Tea to caffeine free options of Tiger Milk, Kalo & Cream to the one I got "Lady Bug" which is adorably named for it's appearance of all colors of the lady bug having boba does complete the ensemble lol! Was craving milk tea and passed by, so I HAD to try their Tiger Milk Tea with Boba. They were very generous with the brown sugar syrup, and the creamy milk tea was awesome. Love Boba Bros! I always stop by their booth at the Kaiser High farmers market on Tuesdays and it definitely makes the market that much better. My favorite it the matcha latte with brown sugar boba! I always say I am going to try other flavors but the matcha latte with brown sugar boba is FIRE. The boba was fresh and soft but chewy, not hard and weird. Walking around Kakaako Farmers Market this morning and it was super crowded and a bit warm. Came across Boba Bros and thought I would give it a try and so glad I did. I am trying not to have caffeine on the weekends so was pleased to see Boba Bros had caffeine free options to choose from. I opted for the Lady bug, it sounded really good Strawberry walls, milk, topped with sea salt ($5). I also added Boba which was a good decision. The drink was really good and refreshing, hit the spot and just what I was looking for. Glad I ordered with Boba because it was a great addition and elevated the drink to a higher level. The service was outstanding, fast and efficient. I didn't wait long at all and I appreciated that. I will definitely try Boba Bros again in the future. I am relying on my 8 year-old twin boys for this review: "BEST BOBA EVER!" Why should you listen to them? While they are not themselves Elite Yelpers, they have let me taste all the bobas we have sampled all over the world and guess what? They're right! We prefer Boba Bros to the Alley, Happy Lemon, Urth Cafe, and numerous other bobas we have sampled in NYC, LA, Paris and Honolulu over the years. We found them at the Hawaii Kai farmer's market, which takes place on Tuesday afternoons at Kaiser High School. First off, love that they have caffeine-free items, because I am not gonna give my 8 yo boys caffeine unless YOU are going to babysit for the next 24 hours? Thanks. First time trying boba bros & I would definitely return to try their other boba drinks!! I got the matcha boba drink & the matcha flavor was amazing. Such a nice, strong matcha taste that is on the level of Japan's matcha lattes. Boba was soft & chewy, very nice texture. I was able to try their boba at the blaisdell farmer's market on Wednesday. I believe the farmer's market opens at 4pm, & I arrived at boba bros around 3:45. I was looking over the menu & was very surprised when I was helped immediately (some other tents still setting up). Got to grab a matcha latte ($6) from the Honolulu Farmers Market at Blaisdell today, and I was pleasantly surprised with how great the boba was! I had to ask how the boba is, because I absolutely hate mushy or undercooked boba. He said it's soft yet chewy, and I crossed my fingers that he was correct... and he was! Spot on, actually. The boba had an amazing chew to it without being tooooo chewy, and it wasn't undercooked in the middle like some places. The matcha flavor was very prominent and I love love loved that it wasn't super sweet (in fact, it was borderline not sweet at all - just the way I like it haha). The only gripe I have is that the menu board said it's topped with sea salt cream, but I'm pretty sure mine didn't have it, which was a bummer cause I love all kinds of foams/creams on my drinks! Anyhow, the drinks were solid, boba was spectacular and service was great. It's not something I'd be dying to get again, but if I'm at another farmers market and want a nice drink, I'll definitely be back to try a different flavor! read more

Happy to see Boba Bros finally on Yelp! It's one of my favs for boba and yes I'm pretty picky about my boba. They don't have a store right now but they are typically at the Kaakako Farmer's Market. They were doing delivery during the whole stay at home order and it was literally the best thing ever. Boba delivered right to your place?? I could get used to that haha. My favorite here is their Matchatte with boba. What I like about their matcha latte is that it has a strong matcha taste which you don't get from other places. Also it's creamy and they have a vegan option (made with coconut milk). So good! Another favorite is the Vietnamese coffee with boba. Strong in flavor and gives you a nice kick especially when you need it. I love that it is run by a family with 4 boys that love boba! Hence the name Boba Bros. Such a sweet fam. They're located at the farmers market on Tuesday at kaiser high school and Saturday at kakaako farmers market only. Bobas range from $5-$7 each. This review is for the "tigers milk boba" which I assumed was something else, but it's actually milk with Hershey syrup walls. That explains the "kid friendly" notation on the board. Everyone's drinks looked so good and I must have ordered the wrong drink because my $6 lemon tea was super bitter and sour. It caught my eye because for one, I love boba and trying new places - especially local boba:) I was so surprised and happy to love the drink we tried! This place is located at the Kakaako Farmers Market on Saturdays but you can follow their instagram to see when they are open and other locations. They have a small menu and the staff was really nice when I asked about their drinks. They use organic tea and cream, and no powders, artificial flavors or non-dairy creamers. I was at the Blaisdell farmers market and wanted something to drink. I looked at the pig and the lady line to get an iced coffee but the line looked long. But luckily Boba Bros was nearby and I decided to try it. I got the creme tea with boba and it was probably the best boba tea I've had in a long time. The boba was perfectly chewy and the tea wasn't too sweet, creamy but not too heavy. I will definitely need to have another one the next time I'm at the farmers market! Pretty sure it was the owner that served my plantation iced tea. He said he had sons and that the little bobas in the logo represent his sons. I got the plantation iced with less ice, no boba.
