We walked in and while i understand there was only 1 worker making the three orders ahead of ours, we didn't get a "welcome in", "welcome to boba bee", "I'll be with you in a minute" nothing. Very unimpressed. We stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before she even came over to us. We also had a rewards card for a free drink and they wouldn't honor it! So disappointing and unprofessional! At least there's plenty of seating options read more

SPANISH FORK LOCATION My first time here and I absolutely loved it! We got a taro slushie with boba and their boba is fantastic! Perfectly sweet and chewy. The taro slush itself was delicious also. I'm so happy to have found a good boba place nearby! I haven't tried any of the food yet but hopefully next time! The employee was nice, fast, and friendly. I loved the decorations inside, it was nice and clean and the smell of the boba and different drinks was really nice. Parking is super easy, doesn't look like it ever gets too packed. Believe me when I say this boba is poppin. The girls that took my order are the scary tarot card type on the outside but the soft "how was your day" "there's something in your teeth" type on the inside. I can tell. It is your turn to head to Boba Bee! And hurry down there for a delicious boba and panini. I am a fan of boba so I was happy to have the new Boba Bee so close. On my first visit I went with a traditional brown sugar milk tea with classic boba. It was great. There are so many options for milk tea, smoothies, juice, ice tea, and shushes. There is also a wide variety of pearls and jellies. When I saw paninis on the menu, I honestly didn't think a boba place could really pull it off, but I confess, I was wrong; very wrong. Loving Asian cuisine, particularly Korean, I wanted to try the Bulgogi Beef panini. Well, not only did they pull off the Bulgogi Beef panini, they knocked it out of the park! A new boba shop recently popped up in a prime location in Provo and I'm obsessed!! I've been 3 times already and can't get enough. The staff is kind, store is clean, and drinks are GREAT!! They have many flavors and options of drinks, from milk tea to smoothies to juices. My favorite so far has been the mango milk tea with black pearls. I stopped in for lunch during a conference and picked up a strawberry milk tea with passion fruit popping boba. I also got an ultimate grilled cheese panini. The service was exceptional. Coming from the Bay Area, and having formerly ran a boba company, I know my standards for boba might be a bit higher than other folks. This place has a great vibe and inviting atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly, but the reason why you go to a boba shop is to ultimately have boba, and their boba is about the middle of the road in terms of what is possible. The flavor combos are good, and they actually use real ingredients like red bean in some of their drinks, but the boba is slightly undercooked/too firm and completely bland. It's maybe one step up from a Quickly's. read more

Boba drinks are the best! So it's really hard for me to make the choice of what flavor to pick. At the new Springville store it gets even harder with their very small menu board. You have to squint to read while the cashier just stares at you. The service has always been speedy, maybe not the most friendly but I'm able to easily grab and go. read more

It was ok! I wouldn't say it was my favorite Boba, but it was tastey. My problem was the sweetness of the actual drink. It turned into a dessert or shake rather than a drink. My wife and I shared one and after we both said it was too sweet. The atmosphere is also lacking. It is cold and kinda boring. It's not a problem but there is no experience for the customer. If you're going to charge over $7 for a boba drink than you better do something other than boring tables and walls and a strange open kitchen area. Overall it was ok. They also serve some sandwiches and stuff but I didn't try. I only got a drink. Would I go back? Idk. But it's definitely worth a shot if you like boba. It may be up your alley! read more

I love boba bee. This might be a hot take but it's personally my favorite boba place in all of Utah. The quality of drink and food stays consistent and is sooo yummy!!! Also pricing is good, I never feel like I'm getting ripped off for the amount of food I'm getting and for how good it tastes. The shop is also super cute with its couch, bookshelf, and decorations. I go to boba bee pretty frequently and have only ever had one bad experience with a staff member who must've been having a bad day because she was really rude. However, I messaged the website and got ahold of a manager to explain what I had experienced and they took care of me and reassured me that it would not be a problem again! This is hands down the best boba I have found in Utah Valley this far!! I got the wintermelon smoothie with classic boba pearls, and wow. WOW. The smoothie itself is smooth and creamy - no ice junks like almost everywhere else I've tried around here - and the boba has been hydrated long enough that it's not super chewy and sticky, it's just right. The boba was a little chewy and not really the right texture for boba in my opinion. The lavender smoothie did have a really good flavor, though. The bursting boba was good and we got it with a mango smoothie. The workers seemed upset that we were even there, but I'm not sure why because we were almost the only people in there. Bought $2.07 of yogurt and was charged $1.50 tip. I despise places that default registers to automatically charge tips. Went back for refund and "trainer" didn't know how to issue it. Be aware and wise to choose elsewhere for yogurt. read more

This is my NEW go-to boba place. I like that you can get your flavor in either a "liquid" or slush format. What I mean by that is, instead of getting a brown sugar boba with milk like at other places, filled with ice so you basically paid $5 for something you can only enjoy less than half of, this place makes it all drinkable. The boba was the right texture, they had tons of flavors, the service was quick and friendly, and the sandwiches looked baller, so we're going to try those next time. I prefer this place over Tea Time now. read more

First time trying this place. I like how they have so many drink options. I orders a vanilla milk tea with the mango popping pearls and I got it 100% sweet. It was really sweet. It was delicious, but I think when I come next time I'll get my drink 75% sweet. There are so many other drinks I want to come back and try. The employee was also really nice. Immaculate vibes, and I got the large honeydew smoothie and a red bean bun, as a little celebration. Not only is it larger and cheeper than most other shops around where I live, but its absolutely delicious. The bun was soft and fresh, the paninis other folks ordered cooked on the spot, and the service was really fast! The boba too is perfectly soft and squishy, easy 10/10. I came here late in the afternoon, I think close to closing, and it was PACKED. I got a strawberry boba because I wanted a sweet treat. I wanted to also try their buns, but they only had one bun left - so I got it. It was a red bean bun, & it was really good. It was like molten lava, but that was my fault because I didn't wait for it to cool down. :) I got the Chrystal boba (I didn't think regular tapioca balls would be good w/ strawberry) - it did fit the drink I got, but I didn't like the texture of them very much. read more

Upon arriving, met the other owner - Iris, who was very personable and genuine in person! For a regular boba milk drink, it's $5. For a milk slushy (the icy version) it is $6. They has flavors such as Strawberry, Winter-melon, Mango, Honeydew, Coconut, and Taro. At the farmers market, they took cash or Venmo for payment, which was convenient for non-cash carriers like me. At first, I was going to order just the Taro milk, but ended up ordering the Taro slushy with boba. From my extensive experience of drinking milk tea with pearls (boba), when you order boba in a slushy drink, it tends to get hard and not stay soft and chewy. I was right, the boba did turn hard in the slushy drink, which is (almost) always the case. Normally when I do order the slushy version, I order the boba "on the side" and take nibbles of it while I sip the slushy separately. I guess I wanted to try the boba IN the slushy drink just to see if theirs would be different. Will def order a reg milk one next time so the boba stays soft and chewy. Also, they do not have actual milk "tea" drinks. They use only milk as a base and flavor it with your choice of flavor (mango, strawberry, etc). Their Taro flavor was pretty good, it has the right amount of sweetness without it being too overpowering.

So I asked if they were ok. They said they were, then looked at each other again. Same look. I started to order (I'd been craving this sandwich) then I just said I didn't want to order here and I'll just go to the other location in Provo. Maybe you can teach your people to make fun of customers when they aren't still in eyesight. It embarrassed me and it felt very mean. Bully's come in lots of forms. I'm sad for them. Although it was difficult to get in touch with someone, I appreciate their willingness to hear my concerns and their attempts to rectify the situation. When I returned to the store for the agreed-upon refund, however, the experience became frustrating. The manager, Aubrey, initially attempted to refund me for a less expensive drink and seemed unwilling to believe me when I explained what I had paid. I clarified that I was not seeking reimbursement for the tip, only the agreed-upon refund for my purchase. Her tone felt irritated and dismissive throughout the interaction. Fortunately, I still had my receipt with me and was able to verify the correct amount. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate that the store acknowledged the possibility of an error. What disappointed me most was how the refund was handled. I left feeling that my concerns were met with skepticism rather than understanding. Additionally, on a completely separate side note, while I was there, I noticed a customer had a dog inside the café. When I first visited with my friend, we had her dog with us and we were told dogs were only welcome on the patio because they had an open kitchen. So it was unexpected to see this dog inside and drinking from a reusable customer water cup provided by Peace on Earth. The inconsistency in enforcing store policies was surprising. I hope the business uses this as an opportunity to improve employee training and customer service.
