Upon surprising the mother in law for Christmas we decided to take her out to dinner. What better place to get a Turkey dinner with all the dressings? This Bob Evans is very clean and the food was fresh and properly prepared. I didn't take pictures because honestly as corporate dining goes, it all looks exactly the same as the last guy. Missy (misty?) was our waitress and she said it was only her second week but she did a great job! We prefer trying locally owned businesses when we travel but as fate would have it not much is open so close to Christmas. Anyway, this location gets an A+ as far as Bob Evan's goes. read more

Slow service. Seem to be understaffed. Tomatoes on my salad were not fresh. Fairly clean. Not real personable. Bob Evans menu is boring. The whole chain seems to be in decline. I used to enjoy their meals. read more

This is an example of a chain that does things well. The food is consistently good no matter where you go, the service is always friendly and the restaurant clean. I have never been to a Bob Evans restaurant that has deviated from these points. Today I got the beef soup and side salad for lunch. My son had the steak and eggs. Both were cooked well and came out fast. We also had a side of the cinnamon bread and peanut butter pie. Loved that this place was right off the highway, too. read more

Haven't been here in a while, didn't feel like cooking so we went out. Everything we had was pretty good, nothing to write home about. Our server christian was on point. My complaint is my onions, they apparently do not purge their refrigerator and throw out old food. I ordered extra onion for my BLT and I got a plate of moldy onions. The kitchen should have seen this, maybe they did and didn't care. read more

My brother and I stopped here to eat. We went in and was seated right away. We sat there for 13 minutes with the wait staff walking past us and not one of them even acted like we were there. No one asked what we wanted to drink or even said that they were would be with us in a minute. The wait staff seemed to be able to talk to other people, but not us. After 13 minutes we got up and left. I told the young man who seated us, that he needed to talk to his wait staff about waiting on customers. That since no one could be bothered, that we were leaving. read more

On 2-1-22 we went to Bob Evans in Upper Sandusky around noon and we were seated after 5 minutes when there were alot of open tables open. She said Monica will be right with you, 10 minutes later she showed up with menus and ask if we were ready to order. 15 minutes later she came back with drinks and took our order. 20 minutes later she brought our food and it looked like a child had plated it. Food was all over the plates like a child did it and half the food was cold. My mushrooms and onions were all over the plate along with my bacon and fries were cold and everyone's plate was the same. Monica had no ambition and did not come back for refills until we were done eating. I wondered if it was a new crew with no experience because this was the worst experience we have ever had a Bobs. read more

No Rye toast, wheat "toast" was sent back to toast. Food was lukewarm and bacon was barely cooked. No more crepes on the menu, either. . Not the best experience. read more

Food was good and the service was friendly. I loved the cute mason jar cups and my pot pie was decorated with a little heart cut-out. It was an unnecessary touch that made the place stand out over all the Bob Evans I've eaten at. And the service was the best I've had at Bob Evans in a while. Not overly crowded on a Sunday afternoon too, not something I'm used to with the chain. read more

The cleanliness of the bathroom was the worst! I literally almost threw up using this restroom! I told a manager but don't feel like it was of any importance. It needed to be bleached down on a regular basis not left for a company to come and spray down every once in a while. read more
