When I asked for the franchise owner's contact information so I could address the issue appropriately, the manager loudly refused and walked away laughing with the cashier. This was especially concerning because the owner's information is publicly available. Their reaction showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer‑service training. No customer should be laughed at, dismissed, or made to feel unwelcome. I left feeling disrespected and treated as though my presence was an inconvenience.
