I went there a couple years ago for my birthday breakfast at Bob Evans with my mother which was the one who bought me the breakfast as I chosen Bob Evans for my birthday breakfast, we entered in then waited for the waitress to check us in with a table for two which that took a few minutes for us at least to be noticed that we are the customers in waiting for a table while there were several tables available and I ordered turkey with gravy along with mashed potatoes on the side with rolls/biscuits. The foods that we have ordered were somewhat delicious, well I would say more like average delicious that tastes like if they were from somebody's house and the hospitality were somewhat good especially the waitress who come to make sure that everything is all well or to see if we need anything but the check-in service where we stand to be await for the waitress to check us in to a table is something that they needs to work on a bit. read more

Seats were dirty, crayons, straw papers & food all under & around our table . Drink came with a big hunk of slime stuck to the inside of glass & particles floating in it. Food was pretty good . After paying & leaving a tip/as we were pulling out of parking space a guy that works there comes running out waving his arms saying the manager messed up & we got the wrong ticket & we owed more money. He was wrong , I had screen shot the receipt & we paid for exactly what we ordered . He goes back inside & comes out & apologized for the MANAGER instead of her coming out herself. Very unprofessional & so very embarrassing, I doubt we will ever go back in that Bob Evans again. Humiliation !! read more

Ordered the 18.00 steak tips and lemon chicken. The steak was so tuff that I think it died of old age and was like warm. The chicken was fine. The loaded mashed potatoes was on the cold side. The brick was like warm and flavorless. read more

We were seated as soon as we walked in. The server was at our table within minutes and our meal was prepared as ordered, hot and delicious. The atmosphere is exactly as you would expect at a Bob Evans, country, clean and friendly. Perfect for our day date. read more

Growing up Bob Evans was one of my favorite restaurant I love the sausage gravy. Would get a turkey and stuffing for dinner. My favorite sandwich used to be a double sausage patty burger which is not on the menu anymore. We moved to Bowling Green Kentucky and ate at the Bob Evans there which was very subpar. We are now visiting Pikeville Kentucky this one is fantastic. Had the whole hog and country skillet with sausage gravy. All was perfect even for a chain. You can never go wrong with their sausage or sausage gravy. Kenny was our server and was great. Other than being out of oj to make the strawberry splash drink. A 10 out of 10 read more

Stopped here with my best friend. We were traveling to Gatlinburg Tenn. We were sat quickly and was able to order our drinks right away. Ordered our food and we didn't have to wait long. Meal came and it was exactly what I ordered. Our waiter was attentive and got us what we needed. Food tasted great except the cole slaw. It didn't taste right and I absolutely love cole slaw everywhere else. Hope they change it up some. The restaurant is clean and inviting. Our waiter Richie was very kind and did a wonderful job! The wonderful, friendly service saves this place from a one star review. The wait staff and hosts were excellent. The breakfast, however, was very plain, some even uncooked and inedible. I hope the kitchen gets its act together! read more

I am giving this place one star because the food was bearable, at best, and my friend found a cheese wrapper in his omelette. We didn't want to make a big deal out of it because the staff seemed friendly enough to let it go, but then came the worst part! We got up from the table, paid for the bill (leaving a hefty tip), and by the time we got in the car, we realized a phone was missing. We went back inside because we were certain it was left on the table and our plates had been stocked up but they claimed no one had touched the table. We knew that no one sat around us so we asked the hostess if she could check with the other staff. Needless to say, the phone was not found and we were shocked that our kindness and hefty tip was returned with dishonesty. Not what I expected from a reputable chain. read more

Don't know how they are staying open. Chicken sandwich burnt so there was no meat left hard as a rock. Watched guy handle several things then pick up a bowl hold it in his palm then set it on top of our food. When sent food back manager didn't even come out when we complained. As for manager and low and behold it was the guy that handled the food. We got up and walked out. read more

I have been going to this restaurant since its opening and always had good food and service. But after my experience here tonight I will never visit this restaurant again. The service was horrible and after waiting over an hour to get our food it was all cooked wrong and was not worth the wait. read more

Meatloaf - Delish! Best entree I've had so far. I keep eating it and it is always good. The fruit dish is also quite good

We waited for 10 minutes to be greeted and sat at the hostess stand. There was no one else waiting to be seated, and the restaurant was only half full of customers. When I asked if someone could seat us, an employee rudely told my party that someone would seat us when they got a minute. I ordered the Turkey Sausage Breakfast. It was supposed to come with dry toast and egg whites, but it came with buttered toast and regular eggs. I did not ask to have my order fixed because it was not worth my time to try to deal with workers who didn't want to be there. This is the worst service I've had in a long time. Hostess won't even add our name to wait list. This place may have the worst service in town.... a town that has worst service in America. I stopped in for dinner last night. It was the best visit yet. The food was hot, the decaf fresh, and I had the best server to date, Savannah. She was polite friendly and professional. The Meal was a great value. I see reviews where people had a bad experience but honestly, the place was busy and i could not have had better. The wait time was not unreasonable at all for 6:30 pm on a Friday. I would really like to see a suggestion box / server voting bosx on site so we could give direct feed-back on servers and the meal.
