The tortilla chips that come with the meal are pretty good and I ordered a side of cheese dip that was warm and had a good consistency for dipping though the flavor wasn't anything special. The cons: The quality of the food was underwhelming to put it kindly. The food was all room temperature and looked nothing like the food in the advertisement. The chicken was flavorless and appeared to be boiled and shredded or perhaps a canned chicken item, not the marinated and grilled chicken pieces I was expecting. The lettuce had a noticeable brown tint, the pico de Gallo was clearly made with soggy canned tomatoes (despite being advertised as made fresh daily) and the guac was very gray and unappetizing from the oxidation of the avocados.
