After multiple calls to the owner, Janet Damron, I was told that I wouldn't be getting my money back and that I would need to come in the next morning and they would show me how to cancel it online. I called the city police so they could verify that they would not give me a refund and that I had not received any food. I was also told it had to be canceled online. The employee, myself and a police officer all looked online and could find no where to cancel the order. Needless to say I left without my money or my food. The next day the owner Janet had the manager call me. Not to issue a refund or help me get my money back. She only called to go through a long list of reasons why they didn't have half the items in my order and if the employee would have called her instead of the owner she would have come over and fixed it. I stated I should have never had to have left there without my money back and that it was theft to not give the product someone has purchased or a refund. I also told her I had contacted my bank and they were filing a fraud claim. She then stated that they didn't want me back in their business Maybe they should quit their day job and start a stand up comedy routine considering they have better jokes than business sense.
