I have had a sandwich and their tender meals - both are delicious. We have stopped in Pikeville, KY, on a Sunday afternoon and the guy at the register has been great. Not only is he hospitable and welcoming, but I truly can see he cares about the customers. My only complaint for the Pikeville location has been cleanliness. We stopped, once, during a busy time and it was rather disheveled inside. The last time we stopped later on a Sunday afternoon and had a hard time finding a table without the remnants of others and their meals. I tried to wipe down a table with several napkins and it was sticky. If they kept this location a bit cleaner (the guy wiping down needs to wipe the tables and the seats) it would help.
