I want to say upfront that the drive thru lady was amazing and my review does not reflect on HER at all. Arrived at the store at 5:37-got our food but the second order's wings were wrong, server gave us the wings that were wrong as an apology since they were already made--but the manager made her take it back after she already gave it to us--did not want to give us a refund for over charging my mother, and copped an attitude when she asked him "Isn't there taxes on the 3 dollars I was overcharged?" "NOPE!!" He snapped at her and slammed the window shut. Mind I just spent $63.68 at this establishment and my mother spent 16.88. We didn't even get to LEAVE the drive thru until 6:10. UPDATE: THEY STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG. Not going back to get another drive thru window slammed in our face, gonna have to eat the loss. The hot sauce is burning our throats just smelling it, let alone eating it. My mom has cancer and has a sensitive palate from that and is going hungry because of how rude the manager was rather than going back. read more

This place rocks! They don't care if j change clothes in the bathroom as they can tell u frequently do when I walk in holding clothes lol. Food is great too of course lol it's fazolis! This is a special location though! Check it out! read more

The service was horrible, the food was not good at all, the wings were cold, like they had sit in the fridge cold. The 7nlimited breadstick for dine in were non existent. Help from management when request went unanswered. I do not recommend and will never be returning to this location. read more

It's your typical building in the middle of nowhere nothing special about the exterior or interior. The food was beyond bland and service wasn't very attentive considering it was the dinner rush and not particularly busy you would think I could have at least got my order taken within 5 minutes but no I waited nearly 15 min for anyone to even notice I was standing there. I ordered the crispy chicken with marinara sauce from a girl that looked absolutely frazzled and unkept her personality was about the same as her look, she was curt and pushy. After I received my meal I noticed right away something was wrong, instead of the crispy chicken with marinara sauce I received what they called a smashed meatball breadstick Slider, this was after waiting nearly 25 minutes I understand some new businesses have kinks to work out but my goodness this is grade school stuff that should be addressed during training. So I went back up to exchange and the same girl began arguing with me about what I had ordered! I was beside myself, after making me feel a little embarrassed about asking for the right food she snatched the food out my hands and hurried off within a minute she was back tossing the food at me like it was a sack of trash... at this point I'm just wanting to leave but considering I've already invested nearly 45 minutes I figured I'd at least try the now correct food.... And wouldn't you know it ... it's cold, I don't mean like luke warm I mean like almost ice cold So really I'm done now and too afraid to bother the woman behind the counter as was the sandwich I received looked like it had been stepped on and considering the woman's personality I was afraid after another complaint they may leave something D.N.A'ish in my food . Feeling defeated I left. As far as the food itself I went home and nuked the sandwich it was just... bland and a soggy mess, kinda gritty.... Definitely not something that took so much effort to get considering I almost was in a car wreck coming into the restaurant the location off the highway is pretty dangerous so if you choose do go be extremely careful turning... personally I won't be taking the risk to revisit this particular Fazoli's again. read more
