The food and games were simply amazing. The staff was very attentive with smiles on their faces.

Pizza is like cardboard with sauce and pepperoni on it. Pasta is ok. Restaurant seems clean. Never enough of the pizza you want on the bar. Good place to bring kids to play and spend money but thats about it. read more

Had to take off a star for the little plate snatcher that wouldn't let us enjoy our meal in peace. This employee would not let us have a moment to ourselves. She continuously came and tried to grab our plates and clean off our table whilst we were eating?? Food was immaculate though! Gameplay was decent. read more

Decided to try the pizza buffet here for the first time ever. Can't begin to describe the disappointment. To begin with, the sign said "$6.99" (Senior price). When she rang it up, she said "$20" plus change. When I inquired that that was not right, she informed us that drinks were included. When we told her we just wanted water, she said we still had to pay for the drinks. STRIKE ONE. When we went to the pizza "buffet" there were no pizzas out. STRIKE TWO. Granted, they were REAL busy ( there might have been 20 people in the place), so my wife elected to get a salad. OMG...the salad bar looked like no one has cleaned it since lunch. Vegetables scattered everywhere...salad dressing squirted everywhere (squirt bottles). STRIKE THREE. The pizzas were bland and flavorless. STRIKE FOUR??? The bottom line is we won't be back. False advertising, overpriced, bland pizza, and a filthy serving area. Cici's Pizza is a far better place and value...if only there was one in Pikeville. When we asked if they had comment cards, the cashier said simply No. Not I am sorry, not was there a problem, not would you like to talk to the manager...just NO. DO NOT EAT HERE. I would often go there at Gati's every now and then when I am in Pikeville because there are the reasons that I keeps going there and that would be because they have delicious pizzas. They have each pizzas with different toppings along with some different appetizer, deserts to eat after some pizzas and everything on the bar is delicious. Every now and then if you are lucky you would find some Oreo puddings which is by far the best pudding I have ever ate in my lifetime, I am not saying "one of" I am saying "the best" puddings! There are different Italian foods to choose besides pizzas such as spetti, mac n' cheese, cheese sticks, any indigents to make a salad along with different dressings to choose and all of them are delicious. Every pizzas that they serve is hot which is just the way I like, same with the rest of other foods except of salad of course. Most of the restaurants would have pop (or some say soda) that tastes watered down but Gati's doesn't which that's surprisingly rare as their drinks tastes fresh. If you have children that is full, finished eating but you all aren't then they have awesome games in their arcade for your children to play while you all can continue eating their delicious foods! As goes for the service, there aren't any waitresses although there are some of the employees that you may think that are waitresses but keep that in mind that they aren't the waitresses as they are there to take finished plates off your tables so that you can have more rooms on the table for some more plates of foods because you can eat as many as pizzas you want along with all of other foods that they offer because after all it is one price for everything. This place is my absolute favorite pizza place in town! If it isn't my husband and I taking our son then we are meeting the whole family! The ease of having a large party is spectacular! Having the three different rooms to choose from are awesome! They have a movie room for the kiddos , a room great for meeting with friends and family and a sports room ! The pizzas, spaghetti and salad bar are amazing! So many different options to choose from and if you don't see a pizza that suits your taste they are understanding and make it for you and most of the time will even bring it out to the table! And their peach and apple pie pizzas are a great sweet treat for after the main course. They have other desserts too but those are my favorite at the bar! Of course the family favorite is that we can ALL have fun at the end of a fabulous meal! The games are reasonably priced and so much fun! If you are just having a date night out and want to be a kid for the night. My husband and I love going here! Pizza and beer/wine!!! And then GAMES too. We have so much fun! My last time at the Pikeville Ky store. When you ask for a specific type of pizza for your kid and smores pizza for dessert and they refuse AFTER you pay. They finally agreed because we explained that's the only kind she'll eat. Nearly an hour laterr wet walked out. We work too hard for our money for this treatment. read more

Was NOT impressed with food quality & cleanliness at all!!!! I picked up two pieces of silverwear on the salad bar they were disgusting. One I put back down & another had pudding on the end of it that got all over my hand. Food that was out on the bar appeared to be older & my spaghetti tasted like plastic. Also, the people who pick up plates never came to remove our dirty plates. We had 9 stacked up that were never taken. The only upside to this place is the play area. read more

Poor selection of pizza. If you request a particular pizza for the buffet they act like you are a bother to them. The salad bar is poor at best. Almost half of the games in the game room are broken. read more
