Had a pick up order and was missing food items, called back and only gave me one option to drive back to get it. Horrible customer service, Emily was not nice at all, I was going to leave a generous tip but she was horrible from the start. I guess lesson learned to check my bag!! Pamela was our server on Sunday, July 16, 2023. We all felt very uncomfortable when she served us. She served my dear friend's husband a bowl of green beans. As she served him the hot green beans she dropped them on the table and spilled it all over his lap and went all over my fiancé's lap as well. She never apologized to them or acknowledge it. She acted as if we would be ok and kept on working. And she blamed my friend and acted like it was his fault. Never said I'm so sorry or felt bad. She also served us very small Banana bread on our side, and on the other side of the table she served them better bigger size Banana bread and biscuit. That was not a small cut. We are so disappointed in Pamela she needs to work on empathy and people skills. Please work on apologizing and slowing down serving your guest Pamela. read more

I love Bob Evan's. I decided that I wanted breakfast solo. It was a Sunday morning and I needed to study and Bob Evan's was the first place that popped in my head. The place was packed but the greeter said I could sit at the bar if I wanted otherwise it would be a 25 minute wait. So I decided to sit at the bar. I was greeted immediately. My waitress was a nice older lady. She took my order as soon as I was ready. The food took some time to come but it was very busy. I ordered an egg white omnlette with ham and spinach,.fruit and a single cinnamon pancake. When my food arrived, the omnlette was made with regular eggs so I had to send it back. I ate my pancake and studied while I waited. It was very delicious. My omnlette was great as well. I ate the whole thing. Overall, great atmosphere, great service and a great place for me to study. read more

Do not get the cappuccino, it cost 3.49 and it taste like the 0.25 cappuccino packets that you add water too, the waitress I don't know her name but we had to ask for straws then she didn't ask me how I wanted my steak. Had a bad experience here today. The waitress, Tamara, had an attitude and did not provide good service. I had to ask several times for cream. My granddaughter ordered loaded fries but. when she brought them, they were plain. i said those aren't loaded fries and she said she didnt ask for loaded fries. But she had asked and added to the waitress that she loves loaded fries. Tamara took them back, put some small bits of cheese on them, cold, a few bacon bits and brought them back. When we first came, I asked Tamara if the strawberry lemonade had sugar in it and she said "I have no idea". I said can you check please. When we were done eating, she threw the bill on the table, didn't ask if we wanted anything else and never even said thank you. One of the worst waitresses I have ever had! read more

I ordered 2 Three-Course Slow Roasted Turkey & Dressing Dinners for carryout, I believe this order was placed at 6:47pm and picked up at about 7:17pm, upon arriving at my hotel, I discovered that the soup was missing from one of the orders, also the appearance of the food was unacceptable, the food was thrown into the containers, only 1 slice of turkey per order, broccoli and vegetables were mush, totally unacceptable meals, I called the restaurant to tell the manager about the missing soup, this was about 7:30pm, your manager Brandy came on the phone and I explained I was not happy to be missing the soup, she dryly replied "is that all", sensing no empathy from her, I then informed her that the food overall was not acceptable, at which point she exclaimed "if you keep complaining about the food, it will not end well for you", I then informed her that I may have to return the order to the restaurant, upon which she replied " if you come back to the restaurant, I will call the police on you", I am sure Bob Evans is so proud they spent money on training Brandy on how to deal with customers, this experience guarantees that I will never be a Bob Evans customer again, the food was mainly inedible and my wife and I gave our dog over half of the turkey and she would not eat it read more

Here is the pathetic disgusting nightmare of pancakes I received today through takeout. Absolutely nasty. Every single freaking time I have ordered take out here they mess everything up!! But this is the last time I ever order here. All I asked for was pancakes with bananas cooked inside and look at the garbage I received. Home fries were raw too, not even soft. In the past 6 months, I have dined in 3 times and ordered carry out twice. Each time I have received my food as ordered, delivered by very kind, polite and professional employees. One of the curbside take out orders took about 10 minutes longer to get ready than what they said it would be. When she came out to my car to let me know, she offered me a free drink while I waited. Classy move and a testimonial of the first class customer service offered here. I don't understand the negative reviews. Maybe things weren't up to par several years ago when those reviews were written but I can testify to the way things are today and it's all great and that parking lot is always full! Today at Bob Evans in BOWIE, MARYLAND. Bad service waited for 20 minutes for a server then the manager told the server to wait on us. He had and attitude took our drinks and food order. We waited then a group of 7 sat down in the same area. The same waiter took their drink orders and then came back the drinks right way. We still had no drinks or no utensils and NO FOOD. I spoke to the female manager and she was going to fix the issue but the other mgr he gave us cold food and no utensils and no drinks and the order was wrong. I told manager that he brought us the cold food and that our food was up ready for 15 minutes and no server. My order was half cooked and the half was not. We left never to return read more

Just had the wildfire salad to go. Have had many times and enjoyed. However it was much smaller than before - only came with one dressing cup instead of the usual two and the one was plenty. I think we paid for regular size and received small. No tortilla chips on the salad. Lots and lots of lettuce. Won't be going back. There must of been a blow up the day before with the staff because all their servers and staff (with the exception of the cook who was busy working) were discussing work dynamics loudly and without discretion. It was unprofessional and made my time there very uncomfortable. I watched my food come out and the server disappear and it sat there for a while. I really was fine with Luke warm food over the discontent of the employees behavior. Bob Evans needs to teach them what is appropriate and in appropriate work chatter. The worst service. My family met for Sunday breakfast. We had a waitress & trainee take our order. We waited over an hour to get our food. The waitress said it was a computer issue. She didn't seem to care. My husband's food came 20 minutes after the rest of had our food. The trainee said that they were making it. It was bad enough having the awful service but I've really never seen a waiter/waitress not care/seem annoyed when we told her how long we waited. She took 2 of the 8 breakfasts off the bill. Servers are rude and seem like they hate their job, management is lousy and doesnt bother to fix any of the problens everyone complains about. Whenever they are making the food all i could hear was yelling coming from the kitchen.
