My fam and I go to this place daily and it always graces us with good service and good food

I would give this zero stars if that was an option. Stopped in and I ordered the biscuits and gravy and a side of toast, my boyfriend ordered a burger. The biscuits were so hard and the lady never brought the toast. We also ordered strawberry lemonade. Our waitress never got us refills and I would say we waited about 25 minutes for one. When she brought us our bill she FINALLY asked if we would like refills before we left. What sense does that even make? The food was awful and we never had anything to drink with it. I have breakfast at BE at least once a week. Very satisfactory . But eating at BE at night is like eating at another restaurant . My fourth time I ask why my homestead breakfast was really salty. The manger reply was it's not. I know what salty food taste like. Her reply again was it's not. Also the food comes premix , maybe at night the seasons get settle to the bottom. What a bunch of hogwash. Spent 40.00 for a meal and could not eat it. Grand kids had a upset tummy. Beside table was dirty, floor was trashy, and service was slow. Since I had 3 grand kids with me hungry from shopping all day. We stayed. I was wrong . Any other time I would have left. I am done with BE. Which is to bad. Went for breakfast. Ordered Biscuits and Gravy. Got the biscuits with less than sufficient gravy to cover the biscuits. Waitress was nice and said she could see why I mentioned it and they could give me extra gravy for free if I wanted. What is wrong here? Simple, why the devil would you have a policy of more gravy for free if you already had not had enough complaints on quantity to cause a 'policy'? Come on, this isn't rocket science. FRESH food, and delicious! Service is quick, and they are super friendly. Highly recommend this location, and seems like the entire crew is on point. Oh, except the cashier - she needs to be nice, and smile. Nothing that affected our experience, but I remember she was not friendly - she was young, and hating her job :) read more

Worst Bob Evans I have ever been to. Terribly slow service- it took over 5 minutes to ever see a waitress. At one point every table in the establishment was dirty if it was not occupied, and tables that were dirty when we arrived had not been cleaned upon our departure. The floor was disgusting and could not have been cleaned for the entire day. The trash cans were overflowing in the restrooms. The food, however, was consistent with the quality we normally expect from Bob Evans. read more

I went to my local Bob Evans on an extremely stressful evening after not having eaten for 27hrs. I was tired stressed and at the end of my rope. I know that I probably acted like a nightmare, but my waitress named Kayla was sweet and kind, never lost her smile and made sure my meal was fast and prepared to perfection. We where on our way to the lake on Saturday. Stopped at this Bob Evans at it was a mistake. We have been to a lot of Bob Evans but this is by far the worst one. It took 10mins to seat use because the young kid that was seating us was more interested in the girls he seated before us. When we did get seated our waitress was nice but never asked us for a refill or how our food was. As for the food cold nasty. The manager at this store needs to go Terrible. read more

Absolutely horrible service and food. Was not busy at all, got sat right away. Sat over 5 minutes waiting for a waitress, noticed one nearby just talking to a lone patron. This waitress proceeded to then come over to the table behind his which was just being sat to take their food order. Meanwhile another waitress noticed nobody had waited on us and took our drink order. Once our real waitress decided to wait on us it was downhill from there. Appetizer was horrible (onion petals) taste like they were fried in week old oil. My husbands meal was luke warm at best. Will never go back to this Bob Evans again. read more

We were on the way home from a hospital visit on a Friday evening, expecting the 10-15 minute wait. Right after we were seated the dining room started clearing out. When the waitress asked what we wanted to drink, we both said coffee, which was brought promptly, but I waited and waited for the spoon I asked for to stir in the sweetener and cream so I finally got up, went around the server's blind, got 2 tableware bundles without anyone saying anything. We both ordered from the new "brunch" menu, both plates with eggs, mine fried solid, my partner's runny. We waited half an hour for our simple meal to arrive, and mine was cold. I got his eggs on my dish, he got mine and we couldn't exchange them because his stuck and mine fell apart when trying to move them from one to the other plate. After the server took my food to re-warm it in the microwave it was just ok. The coffee was horrible, full of grounds and tasting like mud. read more

Second time this happened and it is the last! We will not go there again. The place was half empty and yet the service was horrible. We were the only ones in the lobby waiting for a table. Took several minutes before anyone greeted us, and she said it would take a couple minutes for a table. After waiting over 10 minutes, and feeling like we were invisible, we left. Can't believe a restaurant would have this kind of service. Apparently they want to go out of business. read more

We sat at our table for over 20 minutes waiting to even get served. The 2 tables around us got served before us and say down after us. Our order wasn't right when brought out to us. The service was horrible and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. We will not ever go back and it's too bad because the food is usually consistently good. read more

My wife and I on Nov. 25, at about 1:10 PM, went to bob evans in Adrian, Mi. We waited close to 10 minutes for a table, when we were seated, we noticed close to six empty tables near where we sat, why the wait? By the way my wife is in her mid 60's, I am in my late 60's. The hostess said our server would be right over. We waited, another party of three was seated near us, their drink order was taken, and my wife and I waited. The other table got their food and was eating, my wife and I waited. We saw other servers behind the counter talking, but none came to see if we were served. Nor could I get anyone's attention. After 20 to 25minutes of waiting, we put on our coats and went to the counter. The cashier began to ask how everything was, I told her we sat for 20 to 25 minutes and no one came by to even ask what we wanted to drink. Then she asked where we were sitting, I pointed to our table, still with the menus on the table. Then pointed to the table next to ours where the people, who came in AFTER, us were eating. Your cashier's remark was a dumb a**, "Oh". We went across the street to Applebee's and had an excellent lunch. I called your customer service line at 1-866-616-6464 I told the person who answered of this incident, as well as, my family, of 15, always got together for Sunday breakfast at this "hole", but not this past Sunday, and was told that someone would call back, no one has. Your motto, "we treat you like family", suggests that bob evan was an only child, has very small family gatherings. read more

The food is good, the way they operate the take out and the cash out service is so bad that your carry out is soooooo cold that your house pet is the biggest winner. They need a big change is operating management. read more
