Fluffy scrambled eggs served on a slightly toasted brioche bun. The light cream cheese spread on the bread added a delicious creaminess that paired really well with the eggs. We also tried the Royal Benedict with Smoked Salmon. The poached eggs were cooked just right and paired beautifully with the smoked salmon. Definitely one of my favorite breakfast combinations! And, for a little treat, we had the Baursaq--fried dough served with a side of raspberry jam. The slight tartness of the jam balanced nicely with the subtle sweetness of the fried dough. It's a small detail, but I think serving dine-in orders on proper plates and in nice ceramic mugs would make the experience feel much nicer.Other than that, it was a lovely little café and a perfect place to warm up while waiting for the rain to pass.

The pain au raisins is soft and packed with golden raisins but I think it could have had a better caramelization. The quiche was tender and creamy but it did not come with the salad that was indicated on the menu.

He does not like over medium eggs so he did not enjoy his sandwich as much as I enjoyed mine. However, I let him try mine and he understood why I was hyping this place up!! Now what he did enjoy was that honey lemonade. He is still taking about that lemonade! The only suggestion I have is to allow customers to sample the drinks. When we were leaving my friend was going to get a lemonade to go, but said since he enjoyed the lemonade so much he would give the tea a try.
