Their fee is relatively high but fair, considering they do all of the work and we never needed to interface in any way with our renters. They also were helpful with recommending local services as needed and made great suggestions to improve the overall desirability of our home for rental. I'd recommend going through Beach Realty for all rental needs. They are true professionals with a real pulse on the East Sandwich/upper Cape housing and rental market.
