First time at Bo's because of all the great Yelp reviews. We stopped in for a quick breakfast due to a bagel craving! They have a great menu and lots of interesting choices. I ordered a salty honey rosemary bagel based on the reviews and plain cream cheese. It was delicious. Great way to taste the actual bagel. The rest of the family ordered different things: the Seth Rogen,, apple and Brie, and an egg, bacon and cheese bagel. Everyone loved all of their choices. I got to sample their shared bites and each one was so flavorful. The hashbrowns were especially delightful. We loved the different cube shape of it, and it was crunchy on the outside and fluffy and hot on the inside. Wow. The service was friendly at the counter and they were quick to bring out the food items. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place has great ambience because it is filled with light, is well decorated and comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We will definitely put Bo's on the list of great spots to grab a bagel!

Bo's Falafel Bar - Hummus. House-made. Not Recommended.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice store, tucked away in a retail center.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Friendly Staff. I went for lunch, and the veggies were fresh, the falafel good, but everything good was overshadowed by the very poor Hummus ($10). I found it thin, watery, and tasteless. Very disappointing. It was served with a warm, very good pita, and cucumber. 2.5-Stars.

If you're craving a big, hearty, falafel bowl this is your spot. Falafels were massive and very fresh. Fries here are also super good and crispy. Recommend getting the fry harissa sauce on your falafel bowl with hummus & garlic sauce and maybe double the fry sauce too, because the bowl needed more sauce and you can never have too much sauce.

Following a long hike one morning, a friend found this place through excellent online reviews. It was also near a few breweries on our list for the day, so it was the perfect spot to stop for a hearty lunch. This place went beyond our expectations; as a falafel lover I can say this is the best I've had in years and only wish my go to spots at home lived up to this. It's located in a commercial plaza with other restaurants, shops, and breweries; there's plenty of parking all around. The hours lean earlier for breakfast and bagels, plus lunch. The vibe of the interior was eclectic, almost like a 50s diner with a mix of other decor. You line up on the left and order; I had a falafel pita with various olives and veggies; the falafel itself is that perfect balance of soft and crispy. All the produce was fresh and super delicious, with just the right amount of sauce. It was filling too; worth the price for the portion size and quality. The single cashier took our order and brought food as it was made, she was friendly and efficient with everyone. It was a great experience all around and I only wish I could eat there again today!

bagels these are not. This is a roll. An okay roll but a roll. The hashbrowns are also more like giant tater tots. Setting aside their confusion about food (bagels do not peak in the center because there is a hole in the center) the service was very slow and the food very mediocre. The buns weren't very good and the tots very (very) under seasoned. The hummus was the most disappointing, it was wet and loose with far too much garlic. I noticed the couple next to us brought altoods and had them on the table LMAO. The pickled onions were the best of everything we ordered but my husband said they felt under done. I don't know what brand of vegan cc they're using but I didn't care for it and scraped it off. The interior is quite pretty, however, and there is plenty of parking. Service was slow but they apologized for our long wait. The seating was verrrry comfy. My 2yo nephew spit his "bagel" out on the floor and he really likes bread/bagels.

2025 Update: as many restaurants in Bend jack up their prices and skimp on quality Bo's has remained a wonderful option for tasty, healthy food with excellent portions for the price. Whenever we get lunch in town we always ask "do we want to try some place new, or just go to Bo's". Bo's wins out most of the time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bo's offers chill vibes and tasty food at reasonable prices.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'd give this place five stars any day, but wanted to give a special shout-out to them for going the extra mile to accommodate for food allergies on our first visit. My wife is allergic to soy, an allergy that is just uncommon enough for most restaurants to reasonably not warn about it on their menus. We assumed that chicken at a falafel shop would be soy free... but when her bowl came out we were suspicious. She asked the staff and sure enough, it had a soy glaze. Without hesitating they offered to make her a fresh bowl with the (soy free) spicy chicken at no charge. The new meal came out super fast and we were both happy. Next time we are looking for a quick and healthy lunch option in Bend Bo's will be at the top of the list!

The Gouda, add scallion cream cheese

We love Bo's! We won't come to bend without making a stop at Bo's. Best bagel sandwiches ever. We love the Gouda. We always get some bagels to go to take home. Wish there was a bagel spot like this in Portland!

Cute, Open, and airy restaurant. Fast and easy ordering, and the staff was all super friendly and nice. I ordered the big fries and they were some of the best loaded fries I've ever had. The fries were crisp and full of flavor. And the zesty sauce on top of it was so great with the pickled onions and I could've eaten a mountain of them. I will definitely be coming back here.

There was a reasonable amount of seating space inside, but we chose to sit outside while it was cool. When we're back in the area, we definitely wanna come back here. Thanks for the memories!

tl;dr great food, tell them about all your allergies so they can modify, get gluten free pastries!…read more A tasty option for brunch or dinner with several clearly marked gluten free items. You can also customize your meal as needed. To order, you stand in line like at a food court counter, but in a fancy way. While we were there, the line stretched to the door most of the time but it moves fast. This is the time you use to choose your bottle of wine, pick food, and browse the pastries on display. There were several places to sit indoors and out after placing the order. The kids hade the garlic bites (fried balls of bread with garlic and cheese...looked like doughnut holes!) and a pizza. They can add pepperoni to a cheese pizza for the particular children in your life. My husband and I shared a Cobb salad, no croutons to make it gf (the lemon dill dressing was AMAZING! Actually, this whole salad was very good). We also intended to share the NY strip with chimichurri. However, we didn't read that it comes with bread and a side salad (great!) and roasted vegetables in romesco sauce (also great!). My husband is allergic to nuts and so he couldn't eat any. That is not a complaint...all on us! The menu is clearly marked. But be aware if you have a nut allergy to specify that you can't have the romesco sauce. Or let the order taker know, as they are informed on modifications and whatnot. So he ate the salad and done pizza. I ate most of the steak and veggies. Everything tasted really good. The steak was a bit gristly. But the chimichurri was great. My absolute favorite thing was the elote cake with tajin buttercream. It was not a sweet cake. But it was heavenly. I should have grabbed another piece before we left. It was creative and salty and delicious and I still want it two days later. Service was great. Food is brought out as it's ready, not all at once. And the side salad and bread is brought before the main dish. The people were friendly and helpful. This was a great place and I would definitely go back.

It's a walk in sit down spot - you place your order at the counter and they give you a number - decent size for busy food times - so usually plenty of seating. Over the phone ordering was a snap and the dude was super polite and helpful - not rushed. My wife got the traditional breakfast - she loved the local links and flaky biscuit - I think it was peach marmalade - not sure, but it was LEGIT. I got the pozole roja (I think that's the menu name) and - yo, it was the best pozole I've had. The ingredients were plenty, the chicken was tender and flavorful, they put the radishes, cilantro and cabbage on the side for you to add so it's not soggy. Sourdough was so good to dip - mouth is watering writing this. Service th morning we were headed out at 7amish was great also - wife got coffee cake (warmed in their brick oven) and I got two citrus muffins and a sourdough cinnamon roll for later - all were scrumptious and delightful. I would got a half dozen muffins if I knew they were that good before. People were kind and the service is quick. We ate there these two time on $52 dollars - both to-go orders. We will absolutely be back - every time we are near bend, I'll be stopping for pozole for sure! Well done, Jacksons Corner, well done!

My husband who is not GF and I ordered the same thing minus the bagel. We had the Canadian BEC, his on a parmesan bagel and mine on a gluten free parmesan bagel. The bagels were delightful, the egg soufflé was so fluffy, the cheese and Canadian bacon were a great combo, and the siracha cream cheese was the perfect complement to tie it all together. They had a great selection of GF bagel flavors, which is so appreciated because of how rare that is. Our drinks were delicious. I'm a coffee girlie and he's a tea guy, so I ordered the Vanilla Cloud Cold Brew and he ordered the Haven Fog. Both were so good. In my humble opinion, the Haven Fog won and is one of the best London fogs we've ever had. We also ordered a GF pumpkin bread, chia pudding, and banana yogurt parfait for later. We shared all of them and enjoyed them all, but the banana yogurt parfait was such a treat. The ladies accepting our order, making our drinks, and preparing our bagel sandwiches were kind and friendly. The ambiance was cute. Very busy on a Friday morning. Indoor and a few outdoor seating options. We had ordered ours to go and appreciated the containers being compostable. Grateful we found Haven Bagel & Coffee on Yelp and highly recommend it :)

They refuse to up their cin-rasin production because Lane County is under a strict ten rasins a week allotment. There are however dozens of pumpernickel bagels for the horrific friendless monsters who engage with that product. They also like to call you up to the serving counter at least three different times by weakly calling your name over the throng of people lined up out the door. They do this because assembling your order and sending it all out at once is reductive and a micro-aggression against folks who are trying to get their steps in for the day. All in all however this is a good place, they just have quirks that they refuse to adjust for because this side of bend is a food desert and they know I'm not driving literally across town in order to have my car hit in the parking lot of the Vic. A competent place could eat Haven's lunch, that is if they were willing to walk up to the table three times in order to eat the whole thing. Great place, needs work.
