When I picked up my car, it was closing time so I really didn't get a chance to check my car out until the next day. It looks like someone did a tap dance on the hood, all the trim inside my car feels like it has overspray on it. There is white stuff on the outside of the car that wasn't cleaned up. It took forever for my car to be done. State Farm was a little responsible too but it ended up costing me $580 for the rental which Enterprise never bothered to call and tell me, they just put the charges on my credit card. Cris and his team at BNC are wonderful. The Friday of Labor Day weekend I got rear-ended in my Audi A7. Despite not technically being open on weekends, Cris met with me the next day to evaluate my vehicle. He provided a fair estimate and contacted the insurance companies multiple times after they were only going to cover 25% of the projected costs. When I picked up my car, not only had he gotten the insurance company to cover 100% of the cost, he returned my car in better condition than before the accident. A wonderful experience having my car repaired. Back bumper had been hit and paint cracked. Chris said no problem they needed the car for a week. When they took the molding off, found it was cracked. They found another bumper and told me no additional charge. Also repaired some rust around wheel well. They cut it out and made a custom piece. The car looks amazing and work was first class. My vehicle was brought to this establishment by my dealership to have some rust repaired under warranty. When I received the car everything seemed to be in working order. A year later the rust reappeared. I reviewed their website of which it then stated this type of work was warrantied. I contacted BNC Auto directly to have the work repaired. They provided me with a warranty document that had not been signed by either myself or the dealership yet they adhered to it. Buyer beware!!! When considering this place take your car somewhere else. It is not worth it. I gave them an ample amount of time to rectify the situation of which they informed me they would not. read more

I got into a wreck in Palatine, and while dealing with the police officer and my insurance company, was calling nearby tow trucks and body shops to get my car off the street. They all said they couldn't help me. I called Cris at BNC out in Schaumburg and he sent a tow immediately. Wow! He handled the best body work ever, coordinating with State Farm the whole time, and keeping me informed. I visited the shop and saw the TLC they give all the cars there. My Lincoln MKX was involved in a hit and run. I called my Lincoln dealer to find out who they use. The recommended BNC. They really made everything easy for me.. Rather than having to take the car to the adjuster, BNC said to drop the car off at the shop and they will call the adjuster and call for a car rental for me. When my insurance company adjuster contacted me about the cost, he told me that BNC does high quality work and that I made a good choice. The job took a little longer than I expected, but for good reason. The front end alignment wasn't quite right and another part was needed. The front end of my Infiniti got smashed in while I had it parked across the street from a friend's. Hit-and-run, so the insurance and deductible is on me. State Farm tried to direct me to a couple places for the work, but the Infiniti dealership (of Hoffman Estates) trusts its body work business to BNC, so that's where I went. So glad I did. Stephanie had answers whenever I called and Chris was a total pro the couple of times we met. The work itself is unnoticeable (which in repair work is exactly what you want) and timely. My car looks better than it did before I got hit. Couple of things worth noting...they actually finished EARLY! They refused aftermarket products that arrived in less than perfect condition, insisting on OEM parts. They washed and detailed my car before I got it back. They even helped me with the rental car, allowing me to leave it on their block and just drive away with my newly fixed car. Look, nobody wants to have a rainy day, but it's good to know that BNC has the biggest umbrella when you do. read more
