I drove over to Derek's. I was greeted with an intense aroma of paint and primer, as expected. A very kind polish man came out to my car with me, looked at it for a second and then went into the shop to grab a couple things. He returned and quickly buffed out the side of the car, no questions no anything. His only words "No Charge, have a good day". And that was that. For the price of a handshake, my car was as if nothing had ever happened. He could have honestly said that the clear coat was scratched and duped me into a couple hundred bucks....but he didn't. When we arrived, the place was very clean and organized. We met Victoria who manages the front desk and Randy was the go to guy who looked over our car and we gave them the estimated quote from the other guys insurance company. He gave us the honest truth that it would take about 3 days to fix our back number. And it was a plus that they also scheduled Enterpise car rental near by to pick us up from the shop. What customer service! They take all form of payments. If you do charge it on your credit card there's an additional service fee added on to the cost if you chose to pay this route. Ask about the fee amount before you decide to charge it! When we got a call back, it was 3 days! When we arrived the car was parked up front, washed, waxed and cleaned up inside. It smelled like new too! This was a very nice surprise! They gave us our paperwork along with their warranty of their work on the car, wow! Overall a great experience from start to finish. I would totally come back here again for service.
