So after BMW reached out to me about purchasing my 2015 328i with 61K miles on it, I decided to see what they would offer to buy my car for. They seemed really enthusiastic about buying it, and saying how mint the condition of the car is in and how clean it looks. The person I originally talked to was super nice and showed me a couple cars while I waited. I had both keys, and service records this car was only serviced there too. They say the offer is read and the manager say I'll tell him the offer. The manager goes to list a bunch of excuses that the brakes and tires are worn when I got it serviced for brakes in January 2024, and have only out 1450 miles it on since then, and rattling bunch of other flaws after saying the car is "mint/excellent condition" they come with this low ball offer of 6,000 dollars I went to car Mac and sold it for 11,000! I will never buy a car from them again!

This is for Sales NOT Service. Came in to look at a used 2020 M340i. Of course buying used now is absolutely ridiculous because the prices on used are the same prices when they were sold new. So I test drove it thinking this would be a great car to own. Then the Robert (the Sales Rep) asked me if I wanted to see a 2022 M440i Gran Coupe. Sure why not. I'm looking right? What would it hurt? Fell in love immediately. We came to an agreement on financing a day later. There were no hidden fees. No back and forth. I wanted to be at a certain payment. He made it happen. I'm satisfied. 5 stars for the purchase and all around sales deal. The reason it gets 4 stars overall is because I found two small paint chips on the bumper. Most likely when unloading from truck or dock. Regardless it will be dealt with. But go see Robert. He's an honest guy. Hard worker.

2020 330i

You go to the lot and you spot what car you want to test drive and they will then set you up with the test drive. I guess it's a good system if you don't see anything you like and you don't waste a salesperson time, but I thought that was kind of odd. We walked around for about 15-20 min and did not find anything that caught our eyes. But at least we now know how it works.

So we found a car outside the area. We paid the have it transported here from another Carmax. We contacted a local GM dealer and found that Carmaxs Equifax reporting (versus Carfax) was incorrect and manufacturer warranty was finished. We also found the CPO on file was never paid for original dealer and thus not in effect. Urgh .... So we reach out after hours by chat to discuss cancelling and to find out the process when they were incorrect. Not to worry, the car was on a test drive and being sold today. Didn't you see the refund pending for delivery you paid ??? What ... So in effect the delivery was paid and funds received. The car was on hold and Carmax allowed another buyer to test drive and buy a unit held for transport. Then they just refund the money and fail to alert via phone and email. Wow ! Now again we were going to cancel and all is well in end. We won't likely ever consider Carmax for a buy in future however. Bad info on cars, poor hold and transport policies, and true lack of empathy around their business model and loopholes. Just another typical car dealer experience !!!

Chad handled everything from start to finish, providing top-notch service that was both friendly and professional. Living in PA while the dealership is in FL, I was initially hesitant, but Chad and the team made me feel secure and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Chad was so accommodating and even FaceTime'd me so that I could see the car and hear it running etc. Expert Auto even took the car on my behalf to the PPI I arranged, which was a huge relief, especially when I had to set up a second inspection due to a miscommunication with the first. Sam and Chad were understanding and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. Negotiations were fair and quick, and the paperwork was a breeze. They also helped me arrange for the car to be transported up to PA from FL at a very fair price through a 3rd party that they work with. I have zero complaints and would give them more than 5 stars if I could! They're changing the game for used car sales (absolutely nothing like the stereotype), and I've already recommended them to some friends. Thanks so much again, Chad and Sam! You guys are the best! PS - I absolutely ADORE my car!!

I tried to give it a chance, but after this encounter, I can't say they are the best to go with. If you can, it's better to just buy the vehicle straight from the maker's dealership. Instead of the whole story, I will list the pros and my story for the cons. *Pros* Fast - In and out in a few hours Friendly(ish) - Majority of the staff was welcoming *Cons* TLDR - Chad sold me a van and failed to mention all of it's multi-thousand dollar issues beforehand (check engine light came on the 2nd day after being bought!), and for some reason falsely accused me of lying on several occasions, which I considered odd as I took time out of my week trying to help us BOTH out and there is literally no reason to lie! I just wanted good service and to go on about my day! Very disappointed in how service and communication was conducted at Expert Auto Group. Summarized story: I bought a sprinter van with Chad being the one to sell it to me. Did a thorough walk-around and noticed it was pretty banged up but could possibly be fixed. Noticed light coming in through the van, and asked about it and he said it shouldn't be an issue. Bought it, then it rained a few days later and flooded a portion of the van next to the electronics I had there and almost got me ELECTROCUTED since I was near it! Confronted Chad and he insist there was no leak even though there was water in the van during our walk through before I bought it, but I thought it was something else, but then it started to click. Eventually he offered to fix it and I shopped around for days trying to look for the best price so that it wouldn't hurt any of our pockets and it was hard to get someone who could work on a van that size, so he offered to have someone he knows fix it. Dropped my van off for 4 days thinking this body shop guy is fixing the huge dent and leak spot that I've been telling Chad I can't find anyone to fix. This guy "fixes" the leak with some weird, ugly, white paste in 2 spots that of course doesn't match my van AND all the dents are still on the vehicle!!! Then Chad tells me out of nowhere it's $300 out of pocket for me! No heads up or anything on my 2hr 30min drive over here saying that I was going to pay that much, and no pictures to show what was done! I asked why this terrible job was $300 and where was the receipt and he asked me why I need a receipt.. The guy "supposedly" charged him $800 for the sloppy work and I am just supposed to believe it without an invoice or any proof. Could have just been making that number up! If he would have given me an estimate beforehand, like I gave him the courtesy of trying to find a good one for him, I would have told him I'll just buy the materials and he can cover a portion of that. Would have saved me the long drive and multiple days without a van. Plus I would have gotten some of the dents out as well for way less. Then I told him I already had to pay for a lot of damages to the vehicle after I drove it off the lot. Things he failed to mention that were busted before I bought this thing, like broken seatbelt sensor which cost $338. Also, the 2 front broken tire pressure sensors, clogged DPF filter, faulty up & downstream NOX sensors which all in total would have equaled a few THOUSAND more dollars, but my local Mercedes with ACTUAL 5 star service looked out for me and made me feel like they were actively trying to save me money with suggestions and tips! I mentioned the damages to Chad and he didn't believe me and wanted proof, yet he could not provide the proof of the $800 "roof leak fix". Then he said I did some major wiring in the van that could have caused some damage which shocked me because I was trying to figure out what he was talking about since I DIDN'T EVEN DO THAT! Just a straight lie! Anyway, now I'm down $300 more and drove home feeling conned. If 5 stars is what they wanted, it should have been a stress free buying experience!

Very disappointing experience with Avis Car Sales. I…read morepurchased a 2023 Toyota RAV4. I put $10,000 cash down and received another $2,750 for my trade-in, for a total of $12,750 that I brought into this transaction. Yet I still ended up financing $20,459.85. After reviewing my paperwork carefully, I discovered approximately $7,013.10 in additional products, fees, taxes, and other charges were included in the transaction. About $5,641 alone was for additional products, including an extended service contract, Road Hazard, theft prevention/Data Dots, Appearance Protection, and windshield/glass coverage. I later canceled the extended service contract. As someone who did not have much experience purchasing vehicles, I relied on the dealership to clearly explain what I was agreeing to and how these charges would affect the amount financed. Instead, after putting down $10,000 plus a $2,750 trade-in, it felt like my money disappeared into thousands of dollars in extras. I believe customers deserve a clear explanation of every optional product and every fee before signing, especially when those extras add more than $7,000 to a transaction. This experience left me extremely disappointed. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Avis Car Sales carefully review every single line of the paperwork, ask exactly which products are optional, and calculate the final amount themselves before signing.
