DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM SIENNA MOTORS. This is hands-down the…read moreworst experience I've ever had with any dealership, and they should be ashamed to even be in business. I bought a car from them in January 2025. It's now the end of April -- FOUR MONTHS later -- and I still don't have the title. They failed to properly pay off a lien from the previous owner, and because of their complete incompetence, BMW Financial still had the title tied up months after my purchase. I called their office FIVE DAYS before I got into a serious accident to try to fix the title issue. It had already been over 60 days since I bought the car -- and they still had no real answers, no urgency, and frankly no clue what they were doing. If I hadn't gotten into a crash and forced the issue, they would probably still be sitting on it doing absolutely nothing. When I got into the accident, the police at the scene told me I didn't even legally own the car because the registration was temporary and my name was nowhere to be found in the system -- because of Sienna Motors' negligence. Imagine how humiliating and stressful that is, being in a wreck and then being told you might not even own your own car? Now, my insurance company wants to pay me for the totaled car -- but they can't release a dime until I get the title. And guess what? I still don't have it. All because this dealership can't do the basic things a dealership is supposed to do. Sienna Motors cost me time, money, mental stress, and almost wrecked my insurance claim because they were too lazy and careless to do their jobs properly. If you value your sanity, your money, or your legal protection -- stay far, far away from Sienna Motors. This place is a complete joke. Absolutely disgraceful business. ZERO STARS if I could.

I had been looking for a specific Miata for quite some time. My boyfriend, constantly looking it up…read moreto try to find it for me, ended up finding it on the Sienna Motors website. He kept this from me for a while because, knowing it was my dream car, he was afraid I'd get tunnel vision and want it despite living states away (and therefore, unable to see it in person). My first major mistake. I did get tunnel vision and really counted on the fact that if we talked to them and requested photos and videos, and asked specifically about the condition of the car (one question of which being, whether it would pass smog which they said it would), that they'd be honest and let us know if it needed work or anything of the sort so we could make an informed decision about buying it. Apparently, it was in perfect, flawless condition. I believed this and decided I wanted the car. The whole transaction was quick and considering it was in pristine condition, we were told it would just need routine maintenance and would be sent out. We asked for a specific date because my boyfriend travels for work and we would both be out of the country within the month. This "routine maintenance" turned into weeks and suddenly they needed to change the wheels? And something else needed fixing? (I can't remember what it was, my boyfriend handled everything because he's the one that knows about this stuff but the stress this entire ordeal caused him makes me not want to bring this up but he has all the texts). This pushed the date we received the car from Nov to Dec. When it was on the way here, we got a call from the driver transporting my car. He said he was stuck, unable to deliver the car because it wouldn't run on its own. It couldn't be moved in or out of the trailer because it wouldn't turn on. We called Sienna Motors giving them a list of all the reasons why they needed to take the car back. It wasn't at all in the condition they had stated it was in. Not even close, the car didn't run? Claude, the owner, was adamant that the car was perfect and rather than taking it back and refunding it, he stated he would pay for whatever maintenance the car needed. We have this in a signed contract as well (spoiler alert: it wasn't honored). It was written, Sienna Motors would pay for any major repairs at the place of our choice. We're close to a Mazda so we chose to have it repaired there (which Claude was reluctant about. Probably because Mazda seeing the condition the car was in would know it needed some MAJOR work). Needless to say, we didn't receive the car then and I didn't see it until end of Jan. Once we saw the car it was clear what this whole ordeal was. The car barely turned on, there was a ton of rust, water filled the trunk all around the battery, it didn't pass smog (once we got it to work for a moment and drained the water). The list went on. For a perfect car, I couldn't even drive it around the corner. The car was looked at a few times and basically lived at Mazda for months, with nothing done. Our mechanic told us it needed major repairs (we have the list), Claude didn't want to pay it as his contract said he would and asked us to take the car to another mechanic for a second opinion. The car can't be legally driven and barely functions at that. This is now 5 months or so of this back and forth so we just gave up. No lemon laws or used car buyer protections in Florida so easy to scam out-of-staters I guess? My final conversation with Mazda, he mentioned he only spoke with Claude once, and tried to call back a few times to no avail. The one time they spoke, he said Claude told him to do a minimal check, so he wasn't actually going to pay for any repairs. Yet, he told us Mazda wouldn't return his calls? Last thing I will say, it's an older car so I knew it wouldn't be perfect like a new car but I expected it to drive. It's disappointing that I really thought I had found my dream car, and my naïveté lead me to believe this was an honest dealership. My mistake! Thanks Sienna Motors. And thank you Claude and Luis. May you both be well.

We stopped at this Carmax to check out some used cars for sale and maybe test drive one or two…read more The way it works is that you basically have a Self-Service system here. You go to the lot and you spot what car you want to test drive and they will then set you up with the test drive. I guess it's a good system if you don't see anything you like and you don't waste a salesperson time, but I thought that was kind of odd. We walked around for about 15-20 min and did not find anything that caught our eyes. But at least we now know how it works.

So we found a car outside the area. We paid the have it transported here from another Carmax. We contacted a local GM dealer and found that Carmaxs Equifax reporting (versus Carfax) was incorrect and manufacturer warranty was finished. We also found the CPO on file was never paid for original dealer and thus not in effect. Urgh .... So we reach out after hours by chat to discuss cancelling and to find out the process when they were incorrect. Not to worry, the car was on a test drive and being sold today. Didn't you see the refund pending for delivery you paid ??? What ... So in effect the delivery was paid and funds received. The car was on hold and Carmax allowed another buyer to test drive and buy a unit held for transport. Then they just refund the money and fail to alert via phone and email. Wow ! Now again we were going to cancel and all is well in end. We won't likely ever consider Carmax for a buy in future however. Bad info on cars, poor hold and transport policies, and true lack of empathy around their business model and loopholes. Just another typical car dealer experience !!!

David confirmed the car my son wanted was on the lot and David could meet us at his location Phil Smith KIA in Lighthouse Point. Sure enough, he met us at the door and talked about each other's expectations and possibilities. My son said he had a price in mind and needed to know, without resorting to intense negotiations, that it was possible. David introduced him to a soft spoken, experienced sales rep, John Gutierrez, who offered great advice on the Sportage EX. John, was so helpful. He showed us cars , took us for test drives, and explained all the details to drive off the lot comfortably and safely David came back into the office. He and my son found their fair price, shook hands, and without any intense dialog, just calm dialog, my son had his new Kia Sportage EX. We'd spent a week trying to purchase this car at other Kia dealerships and had to walk away. My son had done his homework, checked auto trader and knew his starting price.David closed the deal. We met the finance manager who made financing simple, and my son drove off in his new car. No hidden fees, a fair price, the car he wanted, and great experience .

On top of that, I've already paid out of pocket for a new battery and an oil change while trying to deal with this ongoing issue. At this point, I'm extremely frustrated. The vehicle has ongoing issues and I'm not getting real answers or a solution. I expected accountability and proper service, not to be pushed toward another purchase. I would like a clear diagnosis and a real fix. I REPEATED MYSELF SEVERAL TIMES..I NEED HELP.. CAR IS NOT SAFE..
