    I had a nightmare experience at this service department. I left my vehicle for AC repair, and it was returned with significant interior damage: deep scratches on the dashboard near the cup holder, and damaged leather. When I brought this to their attention, they deny responsibility for the damage they caused. My biggest mistake was not taking "before" pictures, and they clearly took advantage of that to avoid accountability. After a lot of back-and-forth, they "fixed" the leather, but they did a terrible job. They didn't even bother to smooth it out, it looks cheap and unprofessional. I'm honestly exhausted.

    The car we were buying but didn't buy we walked

    Went to go buy a new car, the sales person and I negotiated a deal that he said got approved, then while I was changing insurance and doing the credit check o they can ding my credit report with an inquire, we were chatting and the sales manager came back in the room and said they made a mistake and the month payment increased by $21/Month for 60 months. When I inquired why they said they thought it was a lease not a purchase. We started removing things from trade in car to new car and covert the insurance and canceling the insurance on the old car. Then we went to the finace manager and when he produced the contract nothing matched the agreement and the payment went up again, I said that was not what we agreed to and he brought the sales manager into the room, and the sales manager kept saying the line item is sales tax on my trade in. I said the trade in is more than the new car so there is no sales tax, he started to argue with me and say stuff that makes no sense and then puts my daughter in tears by saying he decided he not going to sell the new car to us after dinging my credit report and having me transfer my insurance and cancelling the insurance on the trade, anyway we left after my daughter pleaded with him to sell her the car, she was in tears I left with my duaghter and on the way home the new car manager called and said come back tommorrow and they will sell me the car at the higher price. Do you think I would go back after they put my duaghter in tears and lied and committed fraud, all i wanted was the paperwork that my daughter and i were to sign match what we agreed to. I checked my mather and their math and what I negoiated at the APR they told me I was paying they were overcharging me and hiding things in the final paperwork again the final paperwork should match the agreed deal. Anyway we are now looking for a new car somewhere else and did not buy from this dealership that tried to scam us. BUYER BEWARE, in my opinion this PHIL SMITH KIA is a fraudster and dishonest and refused to even let me look over the worksheet we agreed to or give me a copy telling me it was an internal document. In my opinion these people are crooks and scam artist, and they changed the payment 3 times and refused to even say why except for making excuses that made no sense. Thankfully we left without the new car

    Ryan in service is a star in your company. Reward him. When I first pulled up for service he was helping another customer. I immediately noticed how helpful he was to the elderly gentleman. Then he immediately helped me. Very efficient. They send you a text so you can track your car or ask questions via text while you wait(I waited for my car). I needed to order a tire through my tire package cause it had a nail in it. They got the tire next day. He texted me. I went in and they installed it. Very nice and efficient. They even have fresh baked cookies. I booked my appointment online. So I really had a good experience. Reward Ryan in service. He is your shining star.

    Julian is amazing I had an excellent experience working with Julian at Phil Smith Kia. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Julian was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and listened closely to what I looking for. He took the time to explain all my options. I never felt pressured or rushed, and I walked away with the perfect car at a great price. I highly recommend Julian Araque. Overall a great experience from beginning to end.     It's rare that someone selling you something, promising to stand with you all the way through the process and beyond, actually means that. I have found that rare person, Byron McNair at Phil Smith Kia. We spent hours one Saturday afternoon deciding which car was right for me, and he has been there for everything I need since. When the electronics get too complicated for this old brain, he helps, to this day, by giving me 15 minute lessons in chunks I can absorb. I had a flat tire the other day, his day off, but he was the first person I called. His own wife told him if roadside assistance didn't show up promptly, he was going to come out to change the tire for me, day off or not. I have had many unpleasant customer service experiences over my life, especially recently, with people who promise the moon until the sale is done, then disappear without so much as returning a phone call or email. I can't use enough superlatives to describe how positive my interactions with Byron have been. And, btw, the entire staff seems just as dedicated.

    They ended up doing right by me. Rob Rizzo is a good dude. If you have issues with anything in the dealership go to him.

Stopped by and the owner Kenny greeted me and I let him know I was there for an oil change and for my front brakes. It was a GREAT experience. It was not an all day process. Kenny was kind. He explained to me the service and I was happy to know my car will be fine. After the service, I definitely felt the difference. And now my parents car are running even better than before Idk how my parents conned me to running their errands while I'm visiting them but everything happens for a reason. My parents now have a trusted mechanic and a car with new brakes and an oil change. It also didn't cost me an arm and a leg nor did I feel like I was being taken advantage of as a female. Honest business. Veteran owned. Thank you for your service, Kenny and team.

The tires needed to be ordered so he gave a deposit before he flew home. AJ their Assistant Service Writer called me the next day when the tires were in. Since we were all visiting for the holidays we actually made an appointment to put the tires on a few days later. When we arrived I checked in with AJ. I decided to wait bc I had my mom with me and it would be less running around. While waiting, I also spoke with Patrick their General Manager, and Tony their Manager. All 3 were very friendly and kind. They answered all my questions, and explained everything. I had my elderly mom with me and these guys had a lot of patience. What I really loved about Apex is besides selling tires, they take pictures of what's wrong with your vehicle and add it to your online profile account so you can see up close and personal what's wrong and the parts they replaced. This place seems to be very honest and truthful which is rare. They will also give you an estimate.You can go online to see all work done. I highly recommend making an appointment. This place gets very busy. They have two buildings. One in the front of the driveway, and one towards the back. The actual entrance is in the front building. They have a small waiting area. My mom's tires were put on and the tires were rebalanced. They can work on all types of vehicles. Their prices were competitive. I would definitely use Apex again

I'm stunned and pleasantly surprised that service like this still exists today. I was in and out in under ten minutes!
