Let's just say.. I'm a food not an auto guy and had NO clue as to where to go for a mishap by AT&T's contractors crew. Quick back story...my car was sitting in front of my home, crew was hired to dig cable ditches for fiber. End of the work day the crew was trying to load a ditch witch and it fell off the trailer on to my car. (Major oops, they begged to not call police and report on their insurance which I agreed as long as everything was covered). We wanted to stay local and family owned. Attempted to get 3 estimates and out of 3, 1 responded. Nicki from Atlantic. After my partner went to speak with her and communication seemed quick we went ahead and made the appointment for repair. It took about a week for the repair and it was done when they had said so no issues with that expectation. What I was blown away with was when they pulled my car around front I didn't recognize it. It looked brand new!!!!!! Paint and parts 100%. I would highly recommend these folks. Family owned, husband and wife. He's Nick and she's Nicki. What a team! I drive a 2023 HONDA HRV and I had made a dent on one of the doors. I was very upset with myself because it is a brand new car and I wanted to go to a place that I knew I could trust. I'm glad I went with Atlantic Coast Collision. I told them I wanted the dent gone as if it never happened and that's exactly what I was given. At first, I was very nervous. I did not know if the paint was going to be a good match or if they were going to be able to remove the dent that happened to occur on a difficult spot on the car. Absolutely awful. Got rear ended at a red light. My jeep Wrangler needed a new tailgate and bumper. Not only they took more than 4 months to complete, but they did the most awful job (they blamed a previous supervisor who was no longer there, parts were not available, etc. blah blah blah). The parts were widely available when I searched online though. In any case the result is awful. Paint doesn't match in color or texture. Tailgate is extremely hard to operate, and they left my spare tire in the trunk because they were unable to put back the tire carrier mount back properly. As a result, now the spare tire doesn't fit because it hits the bumper. I selected them specifically because they said they had experience in Jeeps. It's has been a nightmare. Of course I was promised a fix but then they never backed up their promise. A total nightmare. read more

I'd give NO STARS if afforded the ability! On December 16th, 2023, I signed an agreement to have the front end of my 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid repaired and some other cosmetic issues taken care of. That was over a month ago! I gave them a $100 up front, to have this expedited and taken care of within 7 to 10 days, according to the receptionist and adjuster. I called them weekly, trying to figure out when the parts will arrive so that I can bring my vehicle in. Each time, they would explain the parts would be in by specified day and that they would call me. That call never came! I found it odd that they would ask for my phone number again or even imply if I was able to bring in the vehicle? After almost a month of waiting, 27 days to be exact, I decided to take my car to Collision Care XPress @ 3041 W McNab Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. This place specializes in imports and domestic vehicles. Within a week they performed the repairs needed. What a wonderful experience! This place goes out their way to ensure you are satisfied! Atlantic Coast Collision has done absolutely nothing in satisfying the contract I signed with them over a month ago. Not a single phone call. Or message. Or Email. Nothing! This company is lackadaisical at best! Choosing which repairs to perform and which ones to jerk around and screw over. I made it clear to them, I needed this repair done quickly, which was very important to me. Instead pulling the bait and switch scheme. I'm out a hundred dollars, because they never intended to call me. Or keep their word! Avoid Atlantic Coast Collision! Period! It's a sham! So now a month and 4 days later. I was rear ended and needed the hatchback and bumper along with other components replaced on my vehicle. After taking my car over to ACC for a quick inspection and quote they got straight to work ordering the parts. Even with parts being hard to come by at the moment they still received them fairly quickly and were ready for me to drop off the car before I knew it. They found an issue with the brakes which could have proved fatal if not resolved so I had them complete that work at the same time. The job was finished in a timely manor with good communication and upfront costs. I received the car back in better shape than it was before the accident! The inside was cleaned, the car was washed and even the hub caps were replaced as one was cracked and fell off. You're not going to find a better collision repair center! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I personally want to forget my nightmarish experience with Atlantic Coast Collision but I feel compelled to tell my story hoping it would spare someone else the grief and the aggravation. Mine was a minor damage to the drivers side door. By the time they released my car back to me after 2 tries to "make it right"...the whole side of my car needs to be repaired and repainted. The first time they left dirt bubbles in their paint job in 3 different areas. Second time they had my car for eight days even though Nicky said she'll have it back in a day. Eight days later she texted me to come pick up my car in the morning ..it's ready. Next morning she text's me again to wait until I hear from them. It would be two additional days later when they notified me to go pick up my car. I went in, neither Nicky nor her husband were in the shop supposedly on vacation. I noticed what looked like a real bad attempt to cover up of a new dent they made to the rear driver side door. The color was so off that you could see it even at night. They painted my car a different color than the original. They also painted over the black plastic wheel moldings. Btw I never got a text or a call from them to ask how I liked the job they did. I am pretty sure they are fully aware of how badly they have damaged my car. SHADY and INCOMPETENT as can be!!! read more

I rarely write reviews, but wanted to sing my praises for Atlantic Coast Collision. I have a 10 year old car and with kids and a dog, it's a "mom car" but I love it. I spend a lot of time in shopping parking lots and many people have rammed it with shopping carts or worse, backed into my bumpers. Regular dings, scrapes, and a lot of paint damage after driving behind a gravel truck left it looking dismal. It's a great car but it was looking quite sad on the exterior. Nikki and the team told me that they could have it looking good as new in a matter of days. I received my quote quickly beforehand, and the team quickly turned around what now looks like a new car. Several portions had to be repainted, and they were honest with me about which portions could simply be buffed out. The result is FANTASTIC. I feel like I am driving a new car. Thank you, Nikki and Atlantic Coast Collision! An autobody shop is not a place I hope to repeat business, but if I have to, I'll definitely see you guys again!! read more

Went to the Fort Lauderdale location and dealt with the alleged manager to paint a motorcycle fairing. Got lured in with talk about expanding the business to include motorcycles and a real good price. What a mistake! DO NOT entrust your property to these people much less the manager. He is not trustworthy and completely incapable of giving an accurate estimate of the time it will take to do the job. He will come up with daily excuses as to why it's not done - literally the "dog ate my homework" type of stuff and when you point it out to him he gets "offended". Real childish stuff for a business. Luckily for us we got tired of the lame excuses and pulled the fairing out of there and found a reputable, competent shop who did excellent work!!!! read more

Just picked up my car, and I am happy to provide a great review. They were a pleasure to deal with, courteous and cooperative. My car was ready when promised and they appear to have done an excellent job - good as new. I was amazed to see that my car was cleaner than when I brought it in. It was washed, vacuumed, and - I think - even semi-detailed, inside at least. That was a new experience for me. I cannot recommend Atlantic Coast more highly. I am so happy I brought my car to Mike- actually, I didn't even have to bring it to him- He came to the house and picked it up in the morning, and just a few hours later called me with a detailed estimate, which was very reasonable. He updated me regularly over the next few days as some parts had to be ordered, and still had my car back sooner than I expected. Above all, my car now looks every bit as good as the day I drove it brand new out of the dealership. I can't say enough nice things about these folks. The last thing you want to be worried about when you have an auto accident is if the car repair shop you choose is going to rip you off. Rest easy. I was "warned" against using the Allstate contracted repair shop because "they'll do what Allstate wants and not what you want" but that was not true at all. I asked for factory new parts instead of aftermarket, and that was no problem. Nikki was friendly and helpful and she walked me completely through the process of how to get my car released from the City's contracted towing company (who were so rude and sleazy!) and the whole business of getting my car fixed and back to me as soon as possible. They got my car back to me almost a week earlier then estimated, and I even had additional work done by them that was not related to the accident. The price they gave me was a great deal less than the dealer had quoted me, and I figured while it was going to be there anyway, why not get some cosmetic things fixed. Any questions I asked were explained to me in a calm and patient manner, and I always felt that I was being given all the information so I could make the best decision for me. They are so reputable that the Enterprise dealership told me I could leave the rental there in the parking lot and they would just pick it up in the morning. At every turn, Nikki was pleasant, helpful, and made sure that I was completely satisfied. And the best part is, that all the work they do is guaranteed for as long as you own the car.
