So after BMW reached out to me about purchasing my 2015 328i with 61K miles on it, I decided to see what they would offer to buy my car for. They seemed really enthusiastic about buying it, and saying how mint the condition of the car is in and how clean it looks. The person I originally talked to was super nice and showed me a couple cars while I waited. I had both keys, and service records this car was only serviced there too. They say the offer is read and the manager say I'll tell him the offer. The manager goes to list a bunch of excuses that the brakes and tires are worn when I got it serviced for brakes in January 2024, and have only out 1450 miles it on since then, and rattling bunch of other flaws after saying the car is "mint/excellent condition" they come with this low ball offer of 6,000 dollars I went to car Mac and sold it for 11,000! I will never buy a car from them again!

6/30/23 Hola Julio: A message came up on my 2020 330i that said my coolant was low so I brought my car in to get it checked for leaks, then filled with coolant. Michael Fine did his usual great job. Last time my window motor was broken, and he got it replaced. So, he did his due diligence, as tires had wear and time was coming for maintenance, but I wanted to wait till August. It was a nice touch to have a video sent to my phone, for service items, and to keep me apprised of progress. So thanks to your service guy for his great work. Michael had a beautiful VW Tiguan for me to use, while I left my car to be serviced. It was very nice, but not a Bimmer, ha! As Service Advisor, Michael is very personable, professional, and works hard to make his clients happy. He enjoys his craft and is a credit to Vista BMW, 5 star all the way. In addition, your updates to the property are very welcome, as extra space was needed for service and parking. Looks great! So, all good and I look forward to my next visit to Vista BMW Pompano Pompano Beach. You all have my utmost respect. Regards, Marc Walther Pompano Beach marc132@me.com 954-647-0638

After looking for an affordable, late model, reliable and clean Town and Country, all over SoFlo, on every major car site, it was great to finally find the one right in my own backyard in Pompano Beach! Steven and Jacob are respectful, bright, young, totally professional, and honorable. They made it easy, with no pressure and no hustle. Jacobo and Steven were great. The buying process was very smooth. Jacobo set up the agreements to the purchase just as we had verbally agreed to. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for a vehicle. Very professional, well kept, and honest business. It is no coincidence that in an industry such as car sales, where it is so common that a dealership will have poor reviews, Monster Cars has such excellent and well deserved reviews. (Go ahead and search other car dealerships and you'll see that it's very common to find mediocre or poor ratings... so when you find a great one, like Monster Cars, best believe it's worth consideration to look through their car inventory when your car shopping.) Plus it's great to know you are contributing to an honest and independently own business! Thanks y'all, God bless.

I tried to give it a chance, but after this encounter, I can't say they are the best to go with. If you can, it's better to just buy the vehicle straight from the maker's dealership. Instead of the whole story, I will list the pros and my story for the cons. *Pros* Fast - In and out in a few hours Friendly(ish) - Majority of the staff was welcoming *Cons* TLDR - Chad sold me a van and failed to mention all of it's multi-thousand dollar issues beforehand (check engine light came on the 2nd day after being bought!), and for some reason falsely accused me of lying on several occasions, which I considered odd as I took time out of my week trying to help us BOTH out and there is literally no reason to lie! I just wanted good service and to go on about my day! Very disappointed in how service and communication was conducted at Expert Auto Group. Summarized story: I bought a sprinter van with Chad being the one to sell it to me. Did a thorough walk-around and noticed it was pretty banged up but could possibly be fixed. Noticed light coming in through the van, and asked about it and he said it shouldn't be an issue. Bought it, then it rained a few days later and flooded a portion of the van next to the electronics I had there and almost got me ELECTROCUTED since I was near it! Confronted Chad and he insist there was no leak even though there was water in the van during our walk through before I bought it, but I thought it was something else, but then it started to click. Eventually he offered to fix it and I shopped around for days trying to look for the best price so that it wouldn't hurt any of our pockets and it was hard to get someone who could work on a van that size, so he offered to have someone he knows fix it. Dropped my van off for 4 days thinking this body shop guy is fixing the huge dent and leak spot that I've been telling Chad I can't find anyone to fix. This guy "fixes" the leak with some weird, ugly, white paste in 2 spots that of course doesn't match my van AND all the dents are still on the vehicle!!! Then Chad tells me out of nowhere it's $300 out of pocket for me! No heads up or anything on my 2hr 30min drive over here saying that I was going to pay that much, and no pictures to show what was done! I asked why this terrible job was $300 and where was the receipt and he asked me why I need a receipt.. The guy "supposedly" charged him $800 for the sloppy work and I am just supposed to believe it without an invoice or any proof. Could have just been making that number up! If he would have given me an estimate beforehand, like I gave him the courtesy of trying to find a good one for him, I would have told him I'll just buy the materials and he can cover a portion of that. Would have saved me the long drive and multiple days without a van. Plus I would have gotten some of the dents out as well for way less. Then I told him I already had to pay for a lot of damages to the vehicle after I drove it off the lot. Things he failed to mention that were busted before I bought this thing, like broken seatbelt sensor which cost $338. Also, the 2 front broken tire pressure sensors, clogged DPF filter, faulty up & downstream NOX sensors which all in total would have equaled a few THOUSAND more dollars, but my local Mercedes with ACTUAL 5 star service looked out for me and made me feel like they were actively trying to save me money with suggestions and tips! I mentioned the damages to Chad and he didn't believe me and wanted proof, yet he could not provide the proof of the $800 "roof leak fix". Then he said I did some major wiring in the van that could have caused some damage which shocked me because I was trying to figure out what he was talking about since I DIDN'T EVEN DO THAT! Just a straight lie! Also told him that I was going to need extra money saved up to upgrade the suspension because after driving it on the highway, I learned how dangerous these big vans are to drive when affected by crosswind. I lost control almost 10 times and no exaggeration almost d!ed next to a semi on the way to the dealership, and his reaction to that was sucking his teeth and saying I was over reacting and lying about that. This is how I know he wasn't even familiar with sprinter vans, because that is a widely known issue with these vans, and I only found out after I bought it. Anyway, now I'm down $300 more and drove home feeling conned. If 5 stars is what they wanted, it should have been a stress free buying experience! This was my first vehicle purchase ever and it was an expensive lesson. A true shame because I really wanted to like Expert Auto Group, but too much strange activity happened during and after the purchase. I'm not even a hard guy to please to be honest. Just the bare minimum and some honesty and is all it takes to get 5 stars from me.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM SIENNA MOTORS. This is hands-down the…read moreworst experience I've ever had with any dealership, and they should be ashamed to even be in business. I bought a car from them in January 2025. It's now the end of April -- FOUR MONTHS later -- and I still don't have the title. They failed to properly pay off a lien from the previous owner, and because of their complete incompetence, BMW Financial still had the title tied up months after my purchase. I called their office FIVE DAYS before I got into a serious accident to try to fix the title issue. It had already been over 60 days since I bought the car -- and they still had no real answers, no urgency, and frankly no clue what they were doing. If I hadn't gotten into a crash and forced the issue, they would probably still be sitting on it doing absolutely nothing. When I got into the accident, the police at the scene told me I didn't even legally own the car because the registration was temporary and my name was nowhere to be found in the system -- because of Sienna Motors' negligence. Imagine how humiliating and stressful that is, being in a wreck and then being told you might not even own your own car? Now, my insurance company wants to pay me for the totaled car -- but they can't release a dime until I get the title. And guess what? I still don't have it. All because this dealership can't do the basic things a dealership is supposed to do. Sienna Motors cost me time, money, mental stress, and almost wrecked my insurance claim because they were too lazy and careless to do their jobs properly. If you value your sanity, your money, or your legal protection -- stay far, far away from Sienna Motors. This place is a complete joke. Absolutely disgraceful business. ZERO STARS if I could.

I had been looking for a specific Miata for quite some time. My boyfriend, constantly looking it up…read moreto try to find it for me, ended up finding it on the Sienna Motors website. He kept this from me for a while because, knowing it was my dream car, he was afraid I'd get tunnel vision and want it despite living states away (and therefore, unable to see it in person). My first major mistake. I did get tunnel vision and really counted on the fact that if we talked to them and requested photos and videos, and asked specifically about the condition of the car (one question of which being, whether it would pass smog which they said it would), that they'd be honest and let us know if it needed work or anything of the sort so we could make an informed decision about buying it. Apparently, it was in perfect, flawless condition. I believed this and decided I wanted the car. The whole transaction was quick and considering it was in pristine condition, we were told it would just need routine maintenance and would be sent out. We asked for a specific date because my boyfriend travels for work and we would both be out of the country within the month. This "routine maintenance" turned into weeks and suddenly they needed to change the wheels? And something else needed fixing? (I can't remember what it was, my boyfriend handled everything because he's the one that knows about this stuff but the stress this entire ordeal caused him makes me not want to bring this up but he has all the texts). This pushed the date we received the car from Nov to Dec. When it was on the way here, we got a call from the driver transporting my car. He said he was stuck, unable to deliver the car because it wouldn't run on its own. It couldn't be moved in or out of the trailer because it wouldn't turn on. We called Sienna Motors giving them a list of all the reasons why they needed to take the car back. It wasn't at all in the condition they had stated it was in. Not even close, the car didn't run? Claude, the owner, was adamant that the car was perfect and rather than taking it back and refunding it, he stated he would pay for whatever maintenance the car needed. We have this in a signed contract as well (spoiler alert: it wasn't honored). It was written, Sienna Motors would pay for any major repairs at the place of our choice. We're close to a Mazda so we chose to have it repaired there (which Claude was reluctant about. Probably because Mazda seeing the condition the car was in would know it needed some MAJOR work). Needless to say, we didn't receive the car then and I didn't see it until end of Jan. Once we saw the car it was clear what this whole ordeal was. The car barely turned on, there was a ton of rust, water filled the trunk all around the battery, it didn't pass smog (once we got it to work for a moment and drained the water). The list went on. For a perfect car, I couldn't even drive it around the corner. The car was looked at a few times and basically lived at Mazda for months, with nothing done. Our mechanic told us it needed major repairs (we have the list), Claude didn't want to pay it as his contract said he would and asked us to take the car to another mechanic for a second opinion. The car can't be legally driven and barely functions at that. This is now 5 months or so of this back and forth so we just gave up. No lemon laws or used car buyer protections in Florida so easy to scam out-of-staters I guess? My final conversation with Mazda, he mentioned he only spoke with Claude once, and tried to call back a few times to no avail. The one time they spoke, he said Claude told him to do a minimal check, so he wasn't actually going to pay for any repairs. Yet, he told us Mazda wouldn't return his calls? Last thing I will say, it's an older car so I knew it wouldn't be perfect like a new car but I expected it to drive. It's disappointing that I really thought I had found my dream car, and my naïveté lead me to believe this was an honest dealership. My mistake! Thanks Sienna Motors. And thank you Claude and Luis. May you both be well.
