His text!!! Texts don't lie!!!

I want everyone to see how a co that sells expensive luxury cars acts towards customers. Contacted them through CARGURU that includes my name, email and phone number. I received an email from Mohamed Mustafa. I replied 3x's asking for CARFAX. ZERO REPLIES! I called no answer I finally texted 3 DAYS LATER as still no email response and he replied he would get me a video in the AM. I waited till 11:30 next day and still no answer. I texted questioning. Mohamed simply replied teh car had sold that AM?? I questioned why he didnt contact me in the AM and he changed his story saying car sold last night? Then why didnt he tell me then or still why didn't he contact me knowing I was waiting. This is a $100k 2023 Audi S8. I was aggravated and asked why he didnt contact me and showed him teh past emails. He didnt like I left a bad review and texted that I was "A Cry Baby" He reiterated that saying he was used to dealing with cry babies Then he stated its just a car buddy you will find another one Could you imagine buying a luxury car and being spoken to in this manner? He should have apologized and maybe offered to find another but see we live in a world were everyone has to be a wise guy. I should beg him to sell me a $100k car and he can be as rude and lazy as he wants. Worst part car is still posted as being for sale! How does anyone deal with this Co as he is supposedly a SUPERVISOR!!!!! See his text they don't lie!!!

I have so much to say about this company. So much, and unlike a lot of the reviews on their google; I promise you I am actually real. I had found this company on cargurus as I was looking for a yellow Urus, pronounced uhhh-russ, the salesman pronounced it YOUR US and as I asked him are you sure thats the way to say it and then he said in italian its errus, but in fact its actually a spanish name (as most lamborghini names are from spain not italy). So anyway I wanted to get trade my 2022 Audi TTRS Heritage Edition and I wanted 100k for it for a trade in. I told him that there was only 50 in the world, 10 of each color and I had 1 of 10 gray. He told me that he would talk to his manager and get back to me. I sent him the vin and called me back asking why he should convince his manager why I should get 100k for this vehicle. There actually was a white one for sale with DOUBLE the miles online with 2k Miles for 93/94K. I told him that it had double the miles and he argued and said that just because mine has 1k miles on it and this had 2k its NOT double. I said how it is not double. He said with car mileage it doesnt work off of a percent. Umm what? If I have 1 dollar and you have 2, you have double the amount I do. Even if it doesnt work that way with cars it has TWICE the amount of mileage mine does. He ends up texting me back saying he would give me 85K for it. Thats basically LOWER than what I had paid for it. I showed him the sticker from the window and the prices online. It didnt matter. I told him I was done talking after the ridiculous low ball offer and then messages me the next day to find out if I sold the car to someone else. Talk about pushy. I told him I was done and to stop messaging me. Thiago was his name. He tells me about recent car auctions and that if I sell the car to let him know. WHY would I let you know? I told you that I dont want anything to do with him the day before. Fast forward another day and he sends me ANOTHER message asking if I sold the car after I told him yesterday and the day before that I didnt want him to contact me anymore. He told me verbatim "Because we don't want your car. They don't sell well. You can sell it to them and get mine. " Talk about rude! Here are the text messages pointing out how much of a pushy terrible salesperson he is. And also to top it off that a lot of their cars come from Canada, this is a huge red flag as this voids the warranty in the states.

I really don't know where to start as I am still shocked that HGreg Lux put us up as if we were fools. I was shopping around for a Mars Red Mercedes Benz G63 and it turns out HGreg Lux had one on their lot. After mentioning to them several times that I am in the automotive business myself and that I will thoroughly check the vehicle for any severe damages and/or unprofessional work done to the vehicle. The sales representative Leo and his manager Charles promised that the vehicle is spotless and it is professionally blacked out. After asking them several times again about the condition of the vehicle they made many promises just to get us into the dealership. We booked our flight tickets and hotel from Los Angeles and flew thousands of miles into Miami to find out that everything they promised was a LIE!!! -front end was painted -severe rock chips -roof had several dents -rear end accident -tire cover was painted -terrible paint job -side molding were not professionally blacked out and were falling apart -emblems were unprofessionally reused and double-side taped -long deep scratch on passenger front fender After showing these damages to Leo (sales rep.) he said that it looks good to him. If this vehicle looked so good to him then he is in the wrong business of selling luxury vehicle. Words cannot explain how frustrated we were and let alone his manager Charles did not even bother to come out of his office and try and work something out knowing that we flew thousands of miles and spent thousands of dollars to come out and purchase the vehicle. I still cannot believe Leo and Charles made up these lies to drag us all the way to their dealership. They thought that we already flew out and that we would buy it but it was so bad that we walked right out! PS: I have posted images to prove my flight and uber to their dealership.

When you see bubbling rust, painted over with touch up in 5 places AND bare metal showing? No. There are no excuses for this in auto. According to them, "you aren't looking for a used car." I do acknowledge used cars are not perfect. However, when the 160-point inspection marks there are no paint imperfections, chips, or rust, this is obviously an issue. Sketchy stuff. Lowest quoted trade-in, illogical reasoning, terrible repairs (rust, which will inevitably get worse and rack up a bill), and typical salesman predatory questioning. They don't like you skipping their bait to the point of visible frustration. This is my experience, but ofc you do you. Best of luck to anyone out there looking for cars and extra luck to those who come here. PS - use the energy in being offended to clean ya ceilings, hella cobwebs for a "successful" dealership lmaooo

I was skeptical about Florida Fine Cars before but decided to give it a try. When I got to the office, they set me up with another employee named Thiago. I told him that I am looking for the Fit and and also asked him why is it that the orange Fit's Carfax history shows that the car was noted Black. He didn't know why. I only spent a few minutes there because they couldn't work with my budget even though I had called beforehand to let them know. Avoid at all cost in Broward county. Their salesmen are at the Toyota Coconut Creeek Al Hendrickson. Really unprofessional and will trick you into thinking they will replace your glass with something equivalent to oem. They use cheap chinese glass. They broke the clips on the molding on my new Landcruiser. And put superglue, but I caught them. Really shady practices. Avoid at all cost. I do not recommend this dealer.

We stopped at this Carmax to check out some used cars for sale and maybe test drive one or two…read more The way it works is that you basically have a Self-Service system here. You go to the lot and you spot what car you want to test drive and they will then set you up with the test drive. I guess it's a good system if you don't see anything you like and you don't waste a salesperson time, but I thought that was kind of odd. We walked around for about 15-20 min and did not find anything that caught our eyes. But at least we now know how it works.

So we found a car outside the area. We paid the have it transported here from another Carmax. We contacted a local GM dealer and found that Carmaxs Equifax reporting (versus Carfax) was incorrect and manufacturer warranty was finished. We also found the CPO on file was never paid for original dealer and thus not in effect. Urgh .... So we reach out after hours by chat to discuss cancelling and to find out the process when they were incorrect. Not to worry, the car was on a test drive and being sold today. Didn't you see the refund pending for delivery you paid ??? What ... So in effect the delivery was paid and funds received. The car was on hold and Carmax allowed another buyer to test drive and buy a unit held for transport. Then they just refund the money and fail to alert via phone and email. Wow ! Now again we were going to cancel and all is well in end. We won't likely ever consider Carmax for a buy in future however. Bad info on cars, poor hold and transport policies, and true lack of empathy around their business model and loopholes. Just another typical car dealer experience !!!
