WOW, I am surprised by some of the (1 STAR) assassins, on this site.. VERY GRAPHIC!! YIKES!!- MY experience was AMAZING?? This was a digital transaction from CA. amid COVID 19. GREAT : Price point, stress free negotiations, great value on my trade and they handled everything from taxes, CA license thru transport of both vehicles. Leo Esquivel was my sales rep.. He was always available, knowledgable, patient, RESPECTFUL and KIND. Very surprising experience for me (I HATE BUYING CARS) this was TRULY a pleasure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, as a lady sometimes the car process can be challenging.. I LOVE MY NEW MERCEDES, I'll be back and I am sure so will friends and family. THANK YOU AGAIN HGREGLUX and LEO... read more

I have reason to believe that the 2019 MCLAREN 600LT IN LUMINAIRE GREEN HAS BEEN IN A CRASH AND THEY ARE POTENTIALLY TRYING TO HIDE IT!! My fiancé was looking into purchasing this 2019 McLaren 600lT last week. However, my fiancé came across a YouTube channel and the youtuber had a car that looked just liked it, as the color on this McLaren is very unique. My fiancé continues to look at the videos and sees that the youtuber was involved in an ACCIDENT with that car. The youtuber CRASHED into the highways wall and the youtuber stated that the car had over 160k in damages, airbags were even deployed. My fiancé found this to be such a coincidence and reached out to the salesman and told him the situation as a lot of the things the youtuber was saying about the car were matching up to the car at the dealer (mileage, where he purchased/sold the car). The salesman reassured my fiancé that the car had a PERFECT title, and it was IMPOSSIBLE that it is the same car as the Carfax did not show it was involved in an accident and that by just LOOKING at the car, he can tell. This still did not sit well with my fiancé as this is a 260K purchase. My fiancé reached out to the youtuber and sent the youtuber the link to the dealer's website with the cars vin and the youtuber CONFIRMED with my fiancé that it was the SAME CAR and to check on AUTOCHECK as the accident was reported on there. We purchased the report and behold, the vins matched and autocheck has the accident reported. He brought this to the attention of the salesman, sent him the autocheck report and sent him the video of the accident of the McLaren. The salesman stilled denied it and continued to say it was impossible, that they were not the same cars. The salesman then told my fiancé they next day that they "reported this to autocheck as they must have reported the wrong vin and that a representative from autocheck was going to the dealer to inspect the car and take that off the report". We called autocheck and the representative from autocheck told my fiance that there was not even a case number filed for that report, if the dealer actually called then there would be a case opened but there was no case yet and that they don't even send out representatives especially in a day's notice. When he told this to the salesman, salesman was at a loss of words and said that that's what he was being told. When making a big purchase you want to feel like they are being honest and being transparent with you. This was the opposite experience my fiancé had. read more

I called on a Sunday to see if they were open because they listed a car online that I was interested in. We proceeded to make the 1 hour round trip drive only to be told by the nice salesman inside, Ed Allen, that we can't buy the car today because Sundays are by appointment only and there is no finance staff or managers present on Sundays. So basically they are closed, but they are open??? I was immediately disappointed that I was not told this when I called, and their website also states that they are open on Sundays. Only the dealership door says, "by appointment only". Moving on, Ed did his best to call the finance manager the day we got there to get me numbers for my trade and for the new vehicle. The vehicle had some imperfections which I was assured would be taken care of before delivery of the vehicle. Ed, was extremely thorough and efficient in answering all my emails, and texts. I picked up the car on Thursday and it was basically flawless and meticulously detailed. There were a couple of hiccups during the transaction but Ed took care of every detail and I drove off in my new vehicle as a very satisfied customer. BTW...the showroom is immaculate and their luxury car inventory is second to none! Every car is in mint condition with low mileage. It's a very laid back sales atmosphere with no pressure from the sales team which I loved. I would definitely recommend this dealership for a luxury used vehicle and make sure you ask for Ed Allen when you get there. Thanks again Ed, and to the entire team at Hgreg Lux. read more

I was initially reluctant to go to a non factory dealer. However the Rolls Royce dealers we visited did not have what we were looking for. We came across Hgreglux and called to make an appointment. Honestly we were apprehensive but... luckily we put our fears aside. Dealt with Leo and several hours later were owners of a Rolls. We have bought many cars in various price points and like most people never looked forward to going to the dealer or left wondering if we got a good deal. Our experience with Leo was great. No pressure, very accommodating and we left with the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Will definitely be buying more cars there and highly recommend them read more

After having a number of initial problems because this dealership was new one of the executives named Mahar Maker stepped in and quickly resolved all my issues. THEIR DISCLOSURES ARE MADE TO SCREW YOU OVER. As you can see on all the complaints, the company responds to you that "you signed documents", but what they don't tell you is how trained their sales reps are to make you feel comfortable where you feel like you're not being lied to. I purchased TWO ROLLS ROYCES from this scam of a dealership BACK TO BACK. My sales rep was Emir Olevic who worked with Richard Kondla (Director, Financial) - and Mike Lopez. They told me several times, as I asked and repeated my question several times, that they were selling me a ROLLS ROYCE WARRANTY on both cars. In actuality they sold me a BS WARRANTY with an astronomical amount from a THIRD PARTY WARRANTY COMPANY. When it came time for me to take my cars to service, I was told that I was NOT sold a Rolls Royce Warranty. I then called the dealership, and the sales reps and everyone is giving me the run around, not taking accountability, not being professional, not trying to make this right by me The only reason I bought these vehicles from this SCAM of a company was due to the promised Rolls Royce Warranty. . DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLES FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL SCAM YOU. read more

UPDATE: 2 years after buying my car from HGREG an accident has finally shows up exactly as suspected! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS THEY HAVE SOME SCAM GOING ON. YOU'RE OUT OF LUCK WITH CARFAX TOO! Caveat Emptor! Bring a collision expert and a mechanic. I purchased my Jaguar from HGREG and after a few days I began to notice body parts unaligned. I called and asked the salesperson if this car had been in an accident I was assured it was not. The car also shook at 50mph. Fast forward and Hurricane Irma scratched my car so I took it to get fixed. The Body shop told me that the car was obviously in 2 accidents one in the front and one in the rear. Carfax DID NOT mention any accidents so DO NOT trust it. I checked CarFax for several months after and still shows with Zero accidents. The engine's SuperCharger has also been an issue from the get-go and now it sounds like a diesel at start up. I was told the car still had a factory warranty at Hgreg only to find out a weeks later that it did not. This car came from Canada as many of their cars do so be careful! The car wasn't registered correctly for over a month. I was royally pissed off!! Don't pay attention to their replies on here because they don't follow through even after contacting them. P.S. LOVE YELP! because businesses can't pay to alter or remove their reviews like on other sites. read more

HGreg Lux - Selling cars that were in accidents when they assure you there was none even after their 100+ point professional check up. Stay away. - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Pompano Beach, Florida

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! They DO NOT give a shit about their customers post purchase. The Porsche 911 that I purchased had a few issues after I purchased it, and they didn't even care to address a single one. This dealership claims that 911s are their "bread and butter", yet Boris (my sales rep) seemed to not know much about the car that I was purchasing, and the car is not in the condition that they claimed it was in. When you're purchasing a high end sports car, good customer service is to be expected, and clearly this dealership failed to do this. As a business owner and former car salesman, there are some basic principles in the car buying/selling experience in which I think they failed. For example, the car rep must have a decent amount of brand knowledge, as a knowledgeable brand ambassador always impresses customers. And putting empathy at the center of your business is very important when it comes to a positive customer experience. According to my experience, THEY FAILED, and I will not be returning to this dealership to purchase my GT3. read more

I'm a young physician from South Florida and bought my first Porsche with Leo. I'm so extremely satisfied that i will be sending all my other colleagues to Leo and HGreg Lux...Couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Car was immaculate, clean, smelled new and engine runs amazing. I was literally in and out in 2 hrs. Show room couldn't be nicer while you wait for paperwork... Leo was outstanding. Will buy all my future sports cars from him now on. Thanks again guys seriously. You guys have earned my business read more

If you want to actually have a nice car buying experience go here!! It's the best car dealership I've ever experienced! I was searching for a C7 corvette for months so I knew what the prices were and they were right on point (actually $1000 cheaper then the same make and model with less features and not as nice as the one at another dealership next to them). They also only buy unique cars to sell, such as the paint, interior, mileage and options. For example in my about 6 months of searching the internet this is the only C7 I saw with the rare brown suede interior and it has every option and extremely low miles. I dealt with Ferris who was very nice and Oli the finance guy who got me a great rate and didn't waste any time. There are no pushy sales men here, probably because they don't need them, the cars and prices sell themselves! I highly recommend this place to buy your next ride!!! read more

Typical shady used car salesperson and had the nerve to claim he was a "man of his word" ... long story short, he is not. Do not trust this company. They are calculating and devious. I have been in the high end automotive business for a long time now and I would never recommend HGreg Lux EVER. When I went to visit HGreg Lux I had high expectations since they deal with high end cars. But when I visited I was introduce to a gentleman name Boris. He didn't really know much about cars nonetheless did he even know how to pronounce the cars names correctly. When I asked him questions about details regarding the cars he would give me wrong information and always would tell me he would need to speak with someone "to confirm" he's right. That is not someone I would want to buy a $100,000+ car from. If you're going to hire sales professionals please hire people that have knowledge about your cars and your business. He seemed lost and very confused when I asked certain questions. He didn't ask me what I liked or what I was looking for he just went straight to the most expensive car and told me this would be a perfect fit for me. How does he know if he didn't even ask? There are a lot of high end car dealerships throughout south Florida that will give you fair price and great knowledgeable sales professionals. Don't waste your time and money going here because if they hire employees like Boris then that's a big red flag right there. read more

I was pleasantly impressed with the customer service and overall buying experience at HGreg Lux. Mark, Ferris and Max made this an easy and effortless transaction. Having purchased over 25 cars in the last 20 years I would say I have had some good and some bad experiences. This by far was the best car buying experience yet! From our salesman Ferris, to Mater in finance and the one of the owners Mark they each played a special part in making this an amazing transaction. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a luxury vehicle! This team will go over and above for their customers. We will definitely be back not only to buy more cars in the future but to also visit our new friends. Thank you HGreg Lux for everything!! read more

From the min the cars were delivered I was told that Hgreg would pay for half the delivery and that didn't happen, I was promised two keys for the Porsche they never found it and quite frankly put it on me to go out and get it from Porsche and then Hgreg would rein-burst, that's a joke because somehow they got out of paying me for half the auto shipment, Financing did not express the the Porsche  was a lease and not a finance, (also the company that its leased with does not report the Credit bureau which I stated this was very important to me ) there was a significant amount of confusion about my plates and title transfer, when ever I call I'm passed around, no one can help. Last but not lease I'll attached a picture of what my plate looked like with the screws you all provided. This isn't a license kit, these are two freaking screws that's doesn't fit in the license plate holes. You guys need to pay attention to details. I'm also a business owner and i would never do my customers like this. If nothing is done I'm taking my horrible experience to the internet  I'm sorry but I'm not impress with Alan either  I ask him for help he forgets to call me back 2 days in a row  like i purchased 2 cars $100k +  that one night, I'm sure it's nothing to you all considering you sell 6 figure cars all day, well this customer here is disfucking satisfied read more

Great experience. Ferris was efficient, professional and very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Great experience with our sales rep Nadar. I called him a couple of days before Christmas about a vehicle. He was able to have it ready to deliver to me on Christmas Eve, which I really did not expect. The Infinity was suppose to come with 22's but had 20's on it. I took the QX80 on Christmas Eve with a promise of the 22's. Shortly after Christmas he drove 4 hours to bring the wheels and tires to me which he did. He even paid for the transfer of the tires at the tire shop. Great transaction highly recommended!!! read more

I purchased a car 6 weeks ago (10/29/19) and the experience has been nothing short of ridiculous. I came to the table with my own approved financing and down payment. The process to close the deal took two days to close due to me not being onsite. Here's where it gets crazy. I was told my car would be delivered in two days... After three days I called to inquire about the vehicle and was told the check engine light came on so they took the car to BMW dealership for repairs. (Once the sale was complete I couldn't get anyone one on the phone). I was told repeatedly that they were working with a customer and they would call back (Common theme). I asked which BMW dealership but I received no response back from HGreg. I got on the phone and called two BMW dealers in the area and located the car with no word from HGreg. The car sat at the BMW dealership for almost two weeks with no word from HGreg. HGreg (Ferris) then calls on Friday 6pm and asked if they could make it right. Ferris asked me to send proof of my payment car and he would make sure his finance department sends me check for my trouble which I did so 20 minutes after we spoke. Its 12/10/2019 and no reimbursement check... SMH. Finally, the car was delivered 4 days later on November 13th. I asked about the paperwork for the extended warranty - my thought was that I should have some of sort documentation that shows I have a extended warranty - I then called the warranty company only to be shocked to discover there was no warranty of which I've already paid $2769.00 plus tax out-of-pocket not financed. Keep in mind the deal was closed on 10/29/2019. I contacted BMW here in Tampa Fla. The warranty cost through BMW is $6k and I'm okay with that - because I have piece of mind that I'm not dealing some low budget warranty company. I contacted HGreg on 11/24 to cancel the warranty that was never processed by HGreg. I signed a docusign cancelling the warranty on 12/2/2019 and it's 12/10/2019 and no response or reimbursement check from HGreg. On 12/6/2019 I spoke to Joe Coscarelli who was no help at all. Nadar (Finance Mgr) then calls a few minutes later and said he did recall the transaction and he would follow up the next day (I'm sure you can guess what happened) no phone call. If I were asking for something for free I would understand a delay but I've paid for this out-of-my-pocket and I am still waiting. Well, this is it. I have all of my documentation, emails, and the text so the next move is my attorney and the Better Business Bureau. Oh by the way - this was a $60,895.32 purchase of which I paid $17,995.32 out-of-pocket. Be very careful with your car buying experience. Read all reviews not just on their website. read more

After months of searching for a BMW 2014 650 grand coupe I found the right one at Hgreglux. I was blown away by the exotic color of the exterior combined by a white leather interior. I was looking at a rare color combo but what sold me was the price. Auction prices! I call, Leo answers the phone and I would be remiss if i didn't mention how nice and professional he was. I purchased the car out of state without ever personally viewing it therefore I was extremely apprehensive. I spoke to Leo almost everyday throughout the sale, he gave me his personal cell phone to ease my nerves. He contacted shippers, took a personalized video of the car for me and much more.
