Austin was extremely helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, personable and friendly. He worked with me and my son to get some issues covered by warranty repaired and one was something the other dealership most likely caused when they did another major warranty repair. We have tried for over 8 months to get the other dealership to repair what they caused and got the run around, being given excuses for not having availability, having to have the car at the dealership when the light is on to run diagnostics, told the car had to sit for weeks at the dealership for weeks before they would hook it up to the machine even though it was running and my son still had work and not offered a loaner car because they do not have any or will not do it until it is diagnosed and confirmed it is a warranty issue. Dealing with the other dealership left me apprehensive to say the least. I called and asked about an appointment to get the diagnostics done and explained what the other dealership had told us and was quickly told by the sweet young lady that they could do it on Thursday (2 days from the day I called) and she told me they would do the diagnostics the same day. My son took his car in on the day of the appointment and Austin immediately let us know what the outcome was and what was going to be done. Because of it being a warranty repair they offered a loaner car. My son was not old enough so my older son let him borrow his car and he got the loaner. Every step of the way Austin would update us with the status and answer questions without making us feel stupid or like we were inconveniencing him. I do not do reviews very often but Auston M and Huffines Kia service department deserve to hear how amazing they are. I hope the management sees this and knows how remarkable this group is! Apparently no other mechanics is allowed to look at it only Kia, but they also don't fix their problem and instead is wasting my time and my money they lost all my respect they lost all my business completely done with Kia. If you wanna waste money on a Scam of a car I highly recommend Kia. I will be going back to Chevy.

Let me say this -- Flusche Auto Repair got me and my wife home in time for Christmas!…read more We had a long drive from Dallas, TX to Orange County, CA to spend Christmas with our family, so we had gotten our car checked up and gotten the oil changed at a local Dallas repair shop -- well it turns out they hadn't done their best work, leaving our undercarriage cover hanging on without being fastened down. My wife and I got all the way to Decatur before noticing that something was loose underneath the car, and my wife, being as smart and wise as she is, pointed out that the repair place in Dallas probably didn't properly fasten the undercarriage cover when they changed the oil. With 2,000 miles left in our trip we couldn't let that go. A quick Google search of nearby automotive repair shops brought up Flusche, and we got their right at 7 when their awesome staff began rolling in. At first they thought they wouldn't be able to get the car on a lift until 8, but by 7:15 they were able to get it up on a lift and check it out. Not only did they refasten the undercarriage cover, but their mechanic had the good sense and the good heart to check our oil system, because "he doesn't trust it if he didn't do it himself." Well, good thing he checked, because the folks at our Dallas shop had also left our oil gasket and our oil filter loose! The folks at Flusche got us all fixed up in a jiffy, and ensured our car was truly safe for us to take our trip in -- they even pointed out that our front tires were badly balding, something I would have hoped our Dallas shop would have alerted us to, and that I am very glad to be aware of and to get fixed as soon as possible. All that, and Flusche charged a very fair price and were so considerate and friendly the entire time... Their whole staff is an A+ team and great to talk to! Thank you, Flusche, for getting us back on the road in less than an hour -- we will be home for Christmas on time because of you!

I've never heard of a place that couldn't give you a range for something as simple as replacing a…read moreclutch without bringing in the vehicle. This is not a huge job with a lot of variables. Pull transmission, replace parts, reassemble and adjust accordingly. Seriously? I'll take my business elsewhere where customer service is more of a priority. Too bad. I was met by Valdez almost immediately. I told him my situation and he said ok let's go chat with my manager. So we Walked in and was met with smiles and just the nicest people ever. I once again told them my situation and I was asked" what car do you like?" I told Dan what one and we talked some more, I looked at the inside and loved it and then Dan said " have you driven it?" I had not he said he wanted to make sure I really liked it before anything was to change hands. ( and of course I LOVE IT) I explained I can't get the full down payment right then. He then explained the Step Program, Let me tell you I was so excited, it helped me so much, that they were willing to work with me, when others wouldn't . I never felt like I was being talked at rather I was talked to like what I wanted mattered. Honestly you don't find that anymore in dealership. Thank you guys for being honest, and freaking awesome!! I bought a Jeep Compass from them in March. Ever since then, I have had nothing but issues with the…read morecar. It slips when I'm accelerating, two weeks into having the car it had overheating issues and it caused me to have to get a new engine, the car was in the shop almost 4 weeks total for repairs, I didn't have a car to drive in the meantime. The car works fine for about 2 months, then it starts making loud noises and a loud roaring noise when I'm driving and backing up and turning. I take it to the shop; I get it fixed. Now, a month later it is doing more stuff, now it's literally unsafe to drive, the car literally just drops down to 0 RPM's and shuts off right in the middle of driving. I call them to tell them about it and that I need a loaner car if I' m going to put mine in the shop to get fixed because I am a single mom, I have one car in my house, I am the only one that drives, I have 3 young children that I have to get to school and back, a disabled mother that has to be able to get to doctors' appointments and such and a husband who has to go to work. I NEED the loaner car. They told me there was a waiting list, that I'd have to wait 1-2 weeks at the most. I have called every day for two weeks, since I called the first time, I have been getting nothing but the run around, they were getting the loaner car delivered to them, then they needed to get it serviced and then I could have it, every day for 5 days, that was the story, they still hadn't received the loaner car. Then they got the loaner car to get serviced, for the last 6 days it needed a part that still hasn't been delivered to the shop to be put on the car. Why is everything taking so long to do? My issue is emergent and not my fault. I have had the car 8 months and have had nothing but issues. First time I didn't even have a car to drive while it was being worked on, I was without a car for 4 weeks, now I am having to drive a car dangerously around because it's the only car I have and have no choice. I can't afford a rental car and I shouldn't have to get a rental car when they have the means to give me a loaner car and fix mine. I shouldn't have to put myself, my children, husband and elderly mother in danger to get them and myself around where we need to go. Worst car dealership I have ever had to deal with!

Due to the technicians lack of quality work, this has caused significant inconvenience, as I had to rent a car while my truck was in the shop for repairs. Plus the added expense to get my truck repaired. When I approached the manager and went over the inconveniences this has caused me. I was only offered a free oil change the next time I came in. That is not likely to happen. Being a loyal customer for quite a few years I believe they could have done better towards me and offered more than one free oil change. I would not recommend Just Tires of Highland Village based on my experience.
