On April 13, 2026, I dropped off a brand-new compressor at Nationwide Tools for a warranty repair…read morebecause the head gasket had failed. After dropping it off, I repeatedly called over the course of several days to check on the status of the repair but received little to no clear communication. On May 4, 2026, I contacted Metabo HPT (Koki Holdings America) directly to find out what was going on with my compressor. I was later informed that Nationwide Tools had supposedly repaired the compressor. However, based on the condition of the compressor when I later saw it, I strongly believe the unit was damaged while in Nationwide Tools' possession, possibly in retaliation for me contacting Metabo directly regarding the situation. On May 22, 2026, I finally picked up the compressor. Due to the damage done to the original unit, Metabo ultimately had to replace the compressor because Nationwide Tools refused to take responsibility for the damage that occurred while it was under their care. I also took pictures on the day I dropped off the compressor, showing its condition before service, as well as pictures on the day Nationwide Tools attempted to return it to me, clearly documenting the damage.

Funny thing, i found my design drawings from years ago....and i remember changing my layout after looking at the design for a day or two. I am glad i did. The choices they have are amazing. Tony is great and helped us pick out the two-tone slim shaker cabinets and quartz countertop. They added much more storage by removing the soffit and raising the cabinet height. The new cabinet inserts make the organization and access so much easier. On the remodeling side of their business, we had them replace our floors and countertops. We also decided to have them replace the cabinets in our powder room which really gave it an upgrade. The workers they use are thoughtful in how they complete the work. Joseph and Tony had great service and communication throughout the whole process. They have a beautiful selection and so many neat features to add to your kitchen to make your space feel more worthy. Our kitchen had a water leak discovered so we needed to renovate our kitchen. During the renovation process, Joseph would be present during the install or after a part of the project was completed for the day, Joseph would stop by to inspect and confirm that things were done correctly. I do appreciate his level of standards. Communication between us as a client and the company was very strong and effective. The outcome of this project was a beautiful kitchen. It has now been closer to almost two years since our kitchen was completed and I'm still in awe of the results. If you're looking for a company who can help do a project and just go through one chain of command instead of looking for several vendors, this is the company to hire. I also got to meet with Tony after the project was completed and he was super nice. They all are truly amazing at what they do. I also wanted to add that even after our project was completed, I had some minor issues with two of my cabinet spaces but they sent a team to take a look and get this issue fixed.
