The battery was replaced and put back together like it was never opened. I actually got my phone back better than how I brought it in. (previous battery had bloated and lifted the screen). Service was completed within 2 hours. Although they said it would take one hour and when I returned they said they needed 15 min more which ended up being about an hour. Still impressive it was done that quickly. There was a steady flow of customers so be prepared for it to take a little longer than quoted (which happens). Parking is a little tough but its in the town of Herndon so take advantage of your visit by trying out some of the local restaurants and bars. There are many options with good variety. Its a quaint little town and a good opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. I'll be coming back here if i need to have a component in my cell phones replaced.

They told me they still don't have the claim available. I asked them how long it usually takes for claims to come in. The employee told me an hour....sir it's been two hours. I've been trying to fix my phone for three days now and all they do is give you the run around probably until you don't show your face anymore. Seems like they have too many claims to handle for 2-3 employees. Mind you I pay monthly for insurance so I expect way better service and quicker service. I just need a replacement because that's what the employee told me they do for broken mics. I just want to fix my phone so I can upgrade my phone and get out of yalls hair. But after voicing our concerns the owner reached out and he was able to replace the bad screen. We were also hesitant to repair our iPads but were were assured by the owner they would pay close attention to detail and want to make sure customers are happy and their devices work.
