Very expensive for the quality. They chipped the granite all over and had to fill it in with really obvious epoxy, seams are wide and chipped and really obvious. The lady that does the communications is unresponsive half the time and panicking and rushing you the other half of the time. Where to even begin with how fantastic Blue Stone is? First off their work is BEAUTIFUL. They cut our kitchen counters and they are flawless. Second they are lightning fast. Their standard turn around is 1-2 weeks (so much faster than anyone in the Bay Area) and they were able to do a 3 day turn around for me on the final slab of our kitchen because the house was going to market. Mercedes is lovely and responsive. Angel and Sergio are masters who template with care and fabricate beautiful countertops. We were referred to Angel and Blue Stone by Bedrosian. They did an excellent job with our bathroom. We had the whole floor and shower re-tiled, replaced a bench in the shower with a crema marfil slab, and replaced our counter-top with crema marfil as well. In addition, they installed a new sink and shower fixtures for us. The work took a little longer than estimated, but we partly expected that and there was no real inconvenience. The bathroom looks beautiful now. Even our glass door specialist commented that the tile job was excellent. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing tile work. read more

I am late to post this review, but Blue Stone Fabrication did some excellent work for me this spring. They installed a marble shower surround as well as a vanity counter top in my bathroom. I gave them an initial idea of what I wanted, and they took that and made it better. Angel is a master craftsman. His work is beautiful and I appreciate it every time I take a shower. Throughout the process, both Mercedes and Angel did everything they could to help, including providing many suggestions on how to prepare the bathroom for the marble (I did much of that work myself). Blue Stone Fabrication saved our kitchen remodel project and our sanity. We were struggling with our contractor who did a poor job with our kitchen glass tile backsplash. We still had other remaining tile work in the house to complete and were at a complete loss as to how we would fix the poorly installed kitchen backsplash. Blue Stone Fabrication was recommended to us by All Natural Stone. Mercedes from Blue Stone were very responsive to our call and she and Angel came out quickly to assess the situation and provided us with confident and thoughtful options as to how to fix the tile job. We ended up deciding to have Angel and Sergio demo and redo the entire backsplash that was installed by our contractor. Angel and Sergio were so professional, worked very meticulously and took great care not damage the new kitchen counter top and kitchen cabinets that were just installed. The backsplash turned out beautifully. In addition to the backsplash, Angel and Sergio installed a fireplace tile surround in our adjoining family room and also installed tiles in our living room. The fireplace surround turned out amazing and is now a beautiful feature wall. They also did a great job on the border tiles in our living room. Our floors had just been sanded and re-finished and Angel and Sergio left the house and re-finished floors in immaculate condition.
