It was great working with Slava on our bathroom vanity. He was detailed, always responsive and when I was being indecisive about selecting the stain, he was patient and did not make me feel pressured. There were a couple of stains I was interested in and he didn't have samples available in his shop, but he'd order them right away. read more

Everything you read on Yelp about Slava and Viktoryia Kitchen and Bath is true! It started with my calls to various kitchen cabinet stores, what sets Slava apart is that he was the ONLY person who returned my call! When I met him at his showroom, he thoroughly explained the differences between framed and frameless cabinets, and discussed the pros and cons of each cabinet type and educated me on door styles and cabinet construction. When he came to my home to take measurements, he was meticulously detail oriented. Slava cares not only about function, but he has an eye for aesthetics as well. Slava was professional, patient, kind and generous with his time and expertise. He answered/replied to every phone call, text and email, including evenings and weekends. We went through a few design changes and each time, Slava was patient and understanding. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision or to finalize the order. Slava was not focused on "sealing the deal" but was focused on providing me with a well designed, functional and beautiful kitchen. Slava takes pride in his work, and cared as much about my kitchen as I did - he treated my project as if it were his own. Even after the delivery of my cabinets when issues came up (unrelated to the cabinets), Slava was kind in offering suggestions and solutions. His help did not end when the sale of cabinets was completed. Slava may not be a general contractor, but his knowledge and experience is extensive, and, in my opinion, he knows as much as any contractor I've met. Slava provided information about lighting, countertop materials, types of sinks and faucets, drawer pulls and knobs, appliances - there was no item related to a kitchen remodel that Slava was not knowledgeable about. This is the first time I have written a Yelp review, but I am so impressed with the service I received from Slava that I had to write this review. read more

Our contractor, Bay Metro, recommended Slava for our kitchen remodel. I met Slava at his showroom in the Richmond District, where he showed me the various options for our new cabinets. We have a small corner space that we wanted to make good use of and Slava showed me videos of several creative options. Slava came to our flat to take measurements and discuss layout. We paid a 50% deposit and Slava estimated the new custom cabinets would be ready in 6 weeks. The cabinets arrived a few days short of 6 weeks! The cabinets are beautiful! The are solid and well crafted, with drawers that fully extend and close softly and quietly. And the corner cabinet, with a mechanism that allows us to pull out and up 4 sturdy shelves, has provided us with substantial extra storage space. After our kitchen was nearly complete, we decided we wanted an additional shelf in our small spice cabinet. Slava came by to measure and the new shelf arrived in about 10 days! Slava was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him and Viktoriya Kitchen & Bath. read more

There aren't enough words to describe the absolute pleasure Slava is to work with. I renovated my entire kitchen and bathroom and since he's in the neighborhood and has stellar reviews, I contacted him to see if he would provide my cabinetry. He got back to me within hours and from there he made the process so easy. This was my first project I have ever done and he met with me whenever I wanted to design the layout, make edits, help me pick all of my kitchen and bathroom fixtures and answer my huge list of questions. He explained everything from water pressure in faucets to quartz vs marble countertops to choosing the most efficient and durable cabinetry. He will also work within your budget and is honest about every aspect of what he does. I recently found out that he also went out of his way to help my contractor install everything and not once did Slava complain. He went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I will be working with him on all of my renovations and remodels from this point forward and am grateful to have met him. Slava, you're the best! read more

Slava was a pleasure to work with for my kitchen pantry project! I found Slava as one of the preferred sellers of the brand of cabinets already existing in my kitchen. He is detail-oriented and goes above and beyond. He took time with measurements and ensured the pantry cabinets matched back to my current kitchen. It turned out, the cabinet style was discontinued, but Slava worked with the cabinet-maker to locate a batch for my project. Slava also referred a contractor for installation and gave the contractor clear instructions on my needs. I didn't have to explain anything to the contractor because he was also very experienced, but he got all the detailed instructions from Slava. I highly recommend Slava and his team for your home-improvement project! read more

First we hired Viktoriya Kitchen-Bath Accessories 6 years ago to remodel our big guest bathroom. After interviewing 3-4 other cabinet companies we decided to choose Slava for his professionalism, flexibility and responsiveness. Once he started the project, we knew that we had make the right decision. Six years later, we continue to receive compliments about the work from pretty much everybody who comes to our house for the first time. Two years back we hired Viktoriya Kitchen-Bath Accessories again for the kitchen and dining room remodeling. Slava designed the layout in our small kitchen to maximize the space as well as making it beautiful. We were specific about the color combination we wanted and Slava was able to meet our criteria. From the initial meeting, to the design work, to the selection of all materials, attention to details & personal touches throughout the entire job were just great. Slava worked closely with our general contractor during the cabinets installation. The end result was perfect and gorgeous. read more

It was a pleasure working with Slava. Rarely do we write a review however, in this case we felt it was best to share our experience. We went to multiple kitchen cabinet stores investigating pricing, cabinet quality and customer service. Slava 'ticked' all of these boxes. Our project was unique in that we needed not only kitchen cabinets but also bathroom vanities, customized cabinets for a pantry area and customized cabinets next to the fireplace. Slava was able to deliver on all of this. First, he spent considerable time laying out the kitchen, bathrooms, pantry and fireplace areas the way we wanted it to optimize space. Then he created the drawings and reviewed them in detail with us to make sure we understood everything. In his store he has many samples of wood finishes to choose from. During installation, he worked very closely with our contractor to ensure proper installation. He definitely exceeded our expectations on all levels. read more
