We purchased everything from New Art for 2 bathrooms, it's definitely a one stop shop, good quality and professional service! Also used their custom Mirror and shower enclosures and they turned out gorgeous!

Needed a stylish 10" rough in toilet ASAP - New Art delivered. Ordered it late in the day and picked it up next day.

Anita help me get a customized vanity / sink combo that I couldn't find any where else (even on the web). The team there even help drill additional holes into the sink top. Anita was very easy to talk to over the phone and communicated promptly by email. I wish I actually set foot in the shop before picking up the vanity I ordered over the phone / email. The selection here is awesome and the prices beat alot of internet retailers as well. They stock both traditional and contemporary fixtures. (Grohe, Toto, hansgrohe - home depot doesn't stock these higher end fixtures) When I went to pick up the vanity, the staff was very friendly and even un-packaged and re-packaged the sink top to have me inspect the additional drilled holes. I will definitely be using them for future projects and be referring my friends.

Update 11/1: the shower glass doors are finally installed and they look amazing. 3/8" tempered Crystal Clear glass with chrome hardware. New Art sublets the installer, Evan. He arrived on time with another partner. They took about 2.5 hours and made sure the fit was perfect. Work is guaranteed for 1 year. Great job! Couldn't be happier.

We got a high efficiency toilet here last year and I came back recently to get a new sink and shower head. It is so much fun shopping here. It's not a huge place but it's packed full of modern attractive bathroom fixtures. Can't wait to come back!

Wise demonstrated a level of professionalism that is truly refreshing to see. He reminded me what a great businessperson should be. That is, kind, understanding, approachable, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made sure he understood my needs. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, easygoing, and enjoyable. His amazing people skills and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and memorable. I highly recommend Wise (10 out of 10), and East Star, through and through! He absolutely deserves and more. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely great to work with, ask for Wise!

My contractor recommended them but I left pretty unimpressed and went elsewhere. The cabinet price…read morethey quoted me ended up being at least a couple thousand more than the place I ended up choosing and they were not as nice either (the East Star ones were particle board while the other ones were wood, the other ones were soft close which these were not, my actual layout ended up having almost entirely drawers on the base cabinets which wasn't included in the East Star price and so it would have been even higher than the quote they gave me, and so on). I was also looking for countertops and their options left a lot to be desired. They were maybe slightly cheaper than the other place ($40 difference for a standard countertop size of 110" by 26") but way less options and didn't look as nice. Mostly they were just not that helpful and I also didn't love their selections. I left searching for other options pretty quickly. I think one reason to maybe come here is the prices but in my experience even those were higher and the quality and selection were worse. In addition, ideally you want someone who can actually help you figure out a layout and make you feel like you want to shop there and I didn't get that sense. Maybe I just had a bad experience but even though I came in having some idea of what I wanted, I definitely did not get the vibe that this was where I would find it.

Excel Plumbing might look like just another showroom filled with beautiful fixtures, toilets, and…read moreplumbing supplies--but it's so much more than that, especially when you have the pleasure of working with Stacy! I came to the showroom with my designer while working on a very long and, at times, overwhelming remodel. From the very beginning, Stacy was incredibly helpful. She was always available to answer questions, clarify details, and offer thoughtful suggestions when I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. She knows her products inside and out, and her expertise made a daunting process feel so much more manageable. I had to select fixtures for THREE full bathrooms and a kitchen, which felt like an enormous undertaking. Stacy quickly put together a detailed, easy-to-understand invoice that was incredibly organized and made it much easier to keep track of everything. Throughout the entire process, she was responsive to every question, change, and adjustment I had. She kept me informed about delivery dates and made sure I always knew where things stood. But what impressed me most was what happened when everything arrived. Stacy meticulously checked the entire order to make sure nothing was missing, and she labeled everything by room. This was such a thoughtful extra step and made things SO much easier for my contractors during installation. Those little details made a huge difference! A remodel can involve so many vendors, moving parts, delays, and unexpected issues, so having someone who is organized, knowledgeable, responsive, and dependable is invaluable. Stacy was truly one of the easiest and most reliable vendors I worked with throughout my entire remodel. I feel very fortunate to have found Excel Plumbing among so many other options, and even more fortunate to have had Stacy helping me along the way. Her professionalism, attention to detail, product knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made my remodel journey significantly easier. If you're doing a remodel or simply looking for plumbing fixtures, I HIGHLY recommend Excel Plumbing--and especially Stacy! She is absolutely fantastic and someone you'll be very happy to have in your corner.

KZ was one of the reasons my recent remodel finished in four weeks…read more I started at KZ early in the process after visiting a few other stores and feeling both underwhelmed by their selections and overwhelmed by figuring out what I actually needed. On that first visit I met Bailey, who ended up becoming a key part of the project. I came in with measurements from my contractor, rough layout ideas, and a general sense of what I wanted: drawers instead of mostly base cabinets, quartz countertops, and a way to turn a small, dysfunctional kitchen into something thoughtfully designed with proper prep space. Bailey took those requests and my contractor's initial mockups and developed a layout. I was immediately impressed by his thoughtfulness and attention to detail. He also included things I would not have known to ask for, including a blind corner pull out "peanut" cabinet that turned dead space into some of the most usable storage in the kitchen. He explained his decisions when asked and found solutions as needed, for example suggesting a microwave cabinet when I mentioned not knowing where to put that. I left excited about the project and hopeful it could actually come together. He was consistently responsive to my many questions afterward. He sent estimates for different options so I could compare costs, such as a 4-inch versus full-height backsplash, and shared renderings of the cabinet and countertop combination. Seeing the space rendered that early was a significant moment for me. His involvement continued well beyond placing the order. As the project progressed, Bailey made sure everything was delivered properly, communicated directly with my contractor, answered questions as they came up, kept suggesting ways to improve the project, and made sure everything was set up correctly for countertop templating. The fabricator, Rafael, was also excellent and did a beautiful job. He and Bailey suggested adding another slab of quartz so we could do a full waterfall on the exposed ends of the counter. I took their advice and I am very glad I did. It made a huge difference and made that part of the design feel complete. I was also happy with KZ's pricing and selection. I visited four cabinet and countertop stores, and KZ had the best overall selection I found. Their prices were extremely competitive without sacrificing features or quality. The cabinets have plywood boxes, soft-close doors and drawers, and full-extension drawers, and they arrived fully assembled rather than flat-packed. My contractor had specifically told me not to buy RTA cabinets and these were straightforward for him to install. All of my other interactions with KZ were positive too. Delivery drivers called ahead, other employees in the store were helpful, and the factory expedited part of my order for an additional charge when my fast schedule required it. One thing worth mentioning for anyone considering KZ is the type of experience they provide. This is not a full-service design firm where someone makes every selection and manages every detail for you. I had to be a little assertive on my first visit because there were a limited number of design/sales reps available, but once I connected with Bailey the experience was excellent. You will get the most out of KZ if you come in with measurements and some idea of what you want, are willing to look around and give input, and are okay following up with questions. When I did reach out, Bailey was very responsive. Some practical things to know: they do not offer financing, some costs such as fabrication are settled separately and in cash, and delivery is extra if you cannot pick up the order yourself. Mine was around $500 for 18 cabinets plus panels and hardware, delivered about an hour away. I think some of the savings come from this model, but it helps to have the right expectations. My entire remodel took about four weeks, including a full primary bathroom and extensive changes throughout the house, with the KZ order placed roughly one week before construction began. A lot of the credit goes to my excellent contractor, but KZ's responsiveness, timely deliveries, and efficient work were a major factor in keeping things moving. It was night and day compared with buying my other materials through large home improvement stores. When I had questions or concerns, it usually took a simple text to Bailey to resolve them. I am super happy with the finished kitchen and with my experience at KZ. I recommend them to anyone looking for cabinets or countertops, and I am especially grateful to Bailey and Rafael for how much care they put into my project.

The showroom is well laid out, two floors, attractive, not confusing, with a range of prices from, say, Delta, Moen and Kohler to higher end brands. It's important to see and touch as many of these products as you can. We worked with Keoki Garner. He was well informed, timely, easily available, and collaborative. He stayed cheerful when I overrode him and then changed things last minute (due to my own mistakes.) I loved that I could do research on Build.com and then bring it to Keoki. He never upsold or resisted when I went, say, for Kohler over Grohe. Everything so far has been delivered impeccably and undamaged. I will start with the good: We asked Danny to build a custom vanity for our bathroom. It came out…read moreextremely well and we are very happy with it. The drawer and door hardware is great quality. We wanted a solid surface countertop and HC had a wide variety of manufacturers and colors available. The price was very competitive and actually less than the kitchen showrooms selling semi-prefab cabinets. So why only four stars? Here are the things to know when working with Danny. - He is a cabinet maker and not an English language communicator. Expect your correspondence with him to be strained at best. If you rely on email, as we do, it gets considerably worse. - You will have to hound him relentlessly to get your requests incorporated. His idea of "shop drawings" is pretty laughable. I had to keep sending him my own drawings, which sort of worked, except: - Here are some of the things that didn't get done correctly: Edge banding on exposed edges was not consistently vertical as requested (he even specifically asked this question via email, received an answer and then ignored it); legs were not correctly located away from corners; countertop surface has minor flaws (not sure if this is the fault of the cabinetmaker or the solid surface supplier so no points off for this); I think the gap between the front drawer/door panels and the countertop could have been a bit narrower; cutouts in top drawers were unnecessarily large for the lav bowls we chose, resulting in a considerable loss of usable space. (We actually are considering taking the drawers back to Danny for rework at our expense on this last item, but if it had been shown on a shop drawing we might have caught it.) - The installers showed up an hour and a half late and took a lot longer than planned, which ruined a work day for me. In addition, they neglected to provide cutouts for the waste pipe at the lower drawers, resulting in two return trips (because the first attempt failed when they made the cuts the same dimension when the waste pipes weren't). Danny knocked a little off the price for this, which we appreciated as we were getting a little testy by that point. Bottom line is we got almost exactly the cabinet we wanted at an affordable price, and my wife says the rest is just nit picking :-) But know that you will have to be actively involved in the work to get a good result.

Flash forward to 2020: The paint and veneer of the front panels of most of the cabinets and drawers had peeled off and looked terrible. I reached out to Danny and he blamed me for the damage, saying that it was because the overhang on my countertops was not big enough to prevent moisture from leaking on them. But that does not make any sense because the veneer is peeling off even in places far below the countertops. His quoted price to replace the damaged area: $1,685 I own another house where the kitchen cabinets were installed decades ago and still look great. If you want cabinets that last and a company that will stand behind their work, I would suggest you look elsewhere.
