I received 4 quotes for stone installation for our kitchen renovation. This included waterfall and backsplashes (including one tall panel up the wall). Uni Marble was very easy to communicate with, but had the highest price so we went with a different vendor. The breakdown: - Uni was at $14.5K. - 2 companies were at $11-12K. - 1 company was at $9K. We selected this company and were happy with the job they did. read more

Builder since 1998. I wouldn't use a different fabricator. Other companies over the years have produced horrible results that needed to be redone, don't get me started. But Unimarble's work is always superb. My clients have asked for some non-standard shapes and Unimarble is always on point. Their communication is excellent too. And their prices are consistently affordable. High praise, highly recommend. read more

First rate professional service, attention to detail and did an amazing job!! The process was on time and as described.

Unimarble went beyond the call of duty to complete my bathroom. They were extremely attentive to detail and good communicators. They worked seemlessly with my contractor. Look no further! They are amazing. Janet Howes read more

As first-time homeowners, we were completely new to the process of renovating a kitchen and had no idea what to expect. Uni Marble made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, patient, and transparent (which is something we learned isn't always the case with everyone you work with in renovations). Krystal and Oliver, in particular, were amazing! They took the time to explain everything clearly to us, made sure we were comfortable with the costs and understood all our options. I can't express how much we appreciated their honesty and professionalism. The quality of their work is top-notch, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. We highly recommend Uni Marble to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy company. They exceeded all our expectations! read more

Had a great experience working with uni marble to get an initial quote for my project. They also let me borrow some samples which I appreciated! A great local business to support in Richmond. They are a fabricator, but do have a few miscellaneous slabs and fragments. read more

Uni Marble is simply the best! Their team, especially Rafal, Eli, and Krystal, went above and beyond to help us with our complicated scenario. They rescued our damaged island slab, repaired it, and transformed it into the most beautiful quartzite island we've ever seen. Our bathroom countertop and four quartz counters (2 kitchen, 2 laundry) were also expertly fabricated and installed. Rafal was especially thorough with me and went over all of the details we might care about, such as the sink overhang, viability of hole positions given the material of our sink, countertop overhangs etc. In the end, the time was worth it and we got everything, just as we had dreamed. I highly recommend Uni Marble for their exceptional service and unparalleled craftsmanship. read more

Uni gets five stars. I'd give them six if I could. They fabricated the slabs for our new kitchen countertops, pantry, island and a stunning mantle for over the fireplace. First class installation from start to finish ~ teamwork at its best! You can count on them to carefully handle your project and leave your home like they were never there. Big WOW and thank you from this very satisfied customer. read more

Unimarble just finished fabricating several pieces in our home. Kitchen counters and island, bathrooms counters and showers benches, a beautiful fireplace facade. They did an amazing job and has been an absolute pleasure working with such an incredible crew! From Krystal in the estimate phase to managing the schedule with Luis and final execution with Andre, Rafal and his team. Everyone at Unimarble are impeccable professionals. The best experience on our project. Thank you! read more

In the middle of my kitchen construction, I found out that the original granite fabricator I choose was in the process of going out of business. I was so frighted because I had bought my slab and was "assigned" to Uni Marble. BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH A VENDOR. Uni Marble is amazing. They are family run and everyone I met from Andre who did my estimate, to Oliver in the shop for my layout appointment, and then to another brother who did the install were just phenomenal. I have to say, my granite made my kitchen. They were so professional and a pleasure to work with through every step of the process. Honestly, I like them better than the group who I was supposed to go with. I'm so happy I ended up with them... read more

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Everyone involved from Eli, Luis, Raphael, Krystal to Andrea were not only professional, accommodating and courteous but were able to problem solve any issues without missing a beat. They are also creative in designing and suggested a stunning addition by adding the stone to all horizontal surfaces (shower bench, shower threshold, tub deck and pony wall cap). The end result of our master bath is beautiful. These folks are craftsman that truly know their craft. If you are looking for a great stone fabricator - look no further than Uni! read more

Well we kind of do not know why the 5 start reviews maybe we caught them on a bad day however these guys were not great. Communication is not the best. We got this fabricators recommended by the place we purchased our stone with. We called them the same day to get on schedule, now mind you, we get that folks are busy, we understand but the level of sub par customer service we got was not cool. We sent them our request via a detailed email, followed with a call, they received it then radio silence. My husband followed up, the sketch came back and it was laid out but completely missing the bar area. My husband once again in a detailed email is asking questions and letting them know they missed a whole section. Poof never heard back from them again. We sensed this from the get go so we had a back up fabricator that was on it so we went with him. We really do not have the time to chase folks to give them our business you either flow or out. read more

AWESOME! After another local fabricator failed miserably, I found Uni Marble on Yelp. On the initial call, they advised me where to find a particular slab I wanted (having lost my original slab because of the local fabricator failure). Once I found the slab I called Uni back and it was pure magic! After the two initial calls EVERYTHING was completed through email. They followed through every step of the way. In under four weeks, I had this beautiful bathroom counter and shelving. Uni also saved a remnant from the slab for me that I was able to turn into a foot stool for my kids. I am so happy with Uni!!!! I will definitely use them for my next remodel! I want to thank Crystal for all her communication, Eli who expertly templated and Victor and the boys who installed and made it all so beautiful!!!! read more

They did a good job and at a good price, however, they did not communicate well. I asked them on multiple occasions to save extra material for future use, verbally, and in writing, and they failed to do so. The finally replaced some of the materials they misplaced, but never came through on the second batch. Also the owner who advised me on how to prepare a slab for an external table, later asked why I had done it the way I did. I said, I had followed his instructions exactly, and the table cracked. Not a big deal, but it shows again their poor communication skills. read more

From my first phone call to post-installation questions, my experience was outstanding. Krystal was terrific on the phone and sent me a quote within hours...she followed up after a few weeks and explained their turnaround time was about 2 weeks, which was very important to me. Pricing was competitive. Eli came out for the measure (he was even early) and my contractor commented favorably on working with him. He brought me a sample from the slab to help with paint etc. I worked with Leah on the layout and she was fantastic. The turnaround time was as promised (and half of what I was told by other firms). The crew on the install treated the slab like a gem and were very professional. A fabulous experience and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Highly recommend this team!! read more

Uni Marble team was absolutely the best during our 1.5 year total makeover remodeling project in San Francisco. They picked up stone from various locations, template several times during construction progress, returned all my calls/emails immediately, were polite and professional all the way through. Eli is very knowledgeable master and a great manager (he made it possible every time to schedule my appointments according to my very busy schedule!); Rafal and his team always showed on time and had all tools and marble ready for installation when it should be done, while working in good coordination with other contractors. They fixed a few small glitches around the stone/tile works and help us to fix a major one which plumbers left behind. I recommend Uni Marble with an open heart and no reservations to anyone who need their 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms to look like mine do now (absolutely stunning :) read more

Unimarble wasn't terrible, but their workmanship was mediocre. I want to note that Eli was great and Victor and his crew did a good job with installation, but the fabrication was problematic and in the end, that is what matters most. Here are the issues: 1. The interior corners of my sink were just unacceptable. They used a sandwich design that ended up putting four pieces of different shaded quartzite next to each other. I had to reject the pieces and have them reworked to be delivered the next week. When they were refabricated they looked good, but I do not know how they ended up getting okayed for installation the first time. Quality control should have noted the poor fabrication and they should have fixed it before they sent it to my house. 2. When the person measuring my counters was at my house I showed him an example for how I wanted the counter to sit on my apron sink. My contractor was there and he detailed how it should be cut to create the look I requested. On installation day I could see they did not take my requests for the sink or my contractor's directions into account, so now I have a big lip in the sink when I specifically asked them not to do this. 3. I spent an hour and a half mapping out the layout with Eli so the backsplash ran the natural veining from the counter to the backsplash, but that plan was abandoned in the shop and my backsplash ended up not matching the counter at all. Apparently, the person who measured the counter mis-measured. So now my backsplash is about a foot and a half off from the counter beneath it. 4. My mid-size kitchen cost about 8k in fabrication. Given the lack of quality control, Unimarble seems to be charging top-notch prices for mediocre fabrication. read more

I've worked with Uni on a number of projects and have always had an excellent experience and their pricing is very reasonable

There was one part of the kitchen remodel that was flawlessly executed. It was the countertops. Love this group. Amazing precision with measurements and install. No regrets in choosing them. read more

Rafal was easily the best subcontractor we worked with on our kitchen remodel. He arranged the marble purchase from our stone garden, came out to measure and produced a beautiful product ahead of schedule at a very competitive price. After several fabrication estimates (some super low and one crazy high), I decided to go with Unimarble for the following reasons. -moderately priced (definitely worth it) -recommended by IRG slab owner (Amita) -great yelp reviews -pictures showed the type of intricate work they do Now that my kitchen is completed, I am so glad I went with Uni marble. From start to finish, I felt very comfortable with the ordering of the slabs that I wanted, payment, scheduling and installation of my slabs. Eli was always accessible for any questions I had ( boy did I have a ton) and Rafal was awesome with the entire installation process. My husband and I asked a ton of questions on the installation and care of the quartzite and Rafal was patient and answered all of them. He even gave me pointers on how to do my own backsplash while he was working. Also, when Rafal came by to drop off my extra slab pieces, I asked him how to connect a few pieces of the stove top and he actually did it for me. Now that is awesome customer service. I highly recommend this company. If you get a lower quote, really question whether you want to take the risk of your beautiful slabs getting fabricated and installed incorrectly. For my future projects, I will definitely be calling Uni Marble. BTW, do not confuse this Uni Marble with the one in San Jose. They are 2 different companies. read more

I would highly recommend Uni Marble as a fabricator. Eli was super helpful with everything from guiding me to slab suppliers, helping me look for quality slabs, to getting me quotes and doing the templates. Everything was very professional and I felt like I got the best service hands down, from start to finish. They were very accommodating to every request I had. The installers were so professional and were very detailed oriented. I have a kitchen remodel for my next project and will no doubt be using Uni Marble. Thank you Uni Marble for making my project so easy. read more

I had an exceptional experience with Uni Marble. I had ordered a cabinet top for a client of mine through a show room. It was delivered and was too small due to the saleswoman error at the show room. Eli at Uni Marble worked with us to get a different top made that would fit. He did an excellent job of helping us find a piece of material that would work and Uni Marble did a beautiful job on the new cabinet top. It fit perfectly and my client loves it. Thank you, Uni Marble and Eli for such great work! read more

I was impressed by the speed and diligence of Uni Marble in getting an estimate to me for a complex job. I called on Monday morning, emailed the drawings, and had a well considered estimate by the following day. Eli was a pleasure to work with. read more

Uni Marble just did a fabulous job on a challenging installation of granite countertops in my pantry: Asymmetrical U-shape with walls on four sides, through the door, dodge the stacked washer/dryer, maple paneling and no backsplash to hide the edges...you get the picture. Eli looked over the site, sent me to look at a slab of granite that matched the existing kitchen counters at a great price, and built a template. Unlike the high-volume subcontractor for Home Depot, Uni Marble had the expertise to locate the seam in an inconspicuous location. Xavier and Enrique did the installation and were total professionals, paying attention to every detail. The seam is almost invisible. The bullnose edge is perfect. I recommend Uni Marble enthusiastically and without reservation. read more

Had Uni Marble put quartz counter tops in my old kitchen and they did an excellent job, This is not an easy job and I did not want to trust it to the likes of Home Depot. I checked prices at five places (including HD) and Uni was one of the lowest. Good people. read more

These people are totally awesome. They did a great job templating and installing my silestone countertops. They even gave me great referrals to tile companies for installation of my backsplashes. They absolutely know what they are doing. They show up on time and my job even ran ahead of schedule. Their workers were polite and efficient. Their price was BELOW Home Depot.....But the best part is now to come....6 months after installation my husband was framing out a skylight and dropped a nail setter from his ladder...and you guessed it as it fell to the floor it hit the edge of the countertop and chipped it. He was sick! I called Eli and he was quick to schedule 2 guys to come out and take a look. They brought epoxy and mixed colors into it to match the silestone. They set the chip, buffed and I can't even find where the boo-boo was!! I have never been so relieved and happy!! And to think we might have just super-glued! I am so glad we used Uni Marble. They really stood by us and their work. I can only imagine at how difficult it might have been to get Home Depot to take care of a chip! read more

They are the best contractor I ever use. I remodel my kitchen and they did the all the stone work. I got three bids from companies recommended by IRG. They came in with the lowest price. The work was great, On my Z shape counter top, their cut only result in one small seam. That was all that is for my five counter tops. They came and measure exactly and when they install, no more cuts were necessary. Just glue it down. One other counter needed intircate work, no straight cut and had to fit into a applicance box and was over 80 inch long. Waterfall next to the sink was done prefectly. I even ask for one more backsplash and they did not charge me pass the originally estimate/bid. Came on time and installed two days ahead of schedule. I have ask for stone fabrication before for kitchen. They did the best job. People that came and examine their work, want to use them. I highly recommend them for the price and the workmenship. read more

We are fortunate in the bay area to have several high quality stone fabricators. I got four bids and I am confidant all of them would have done a decent job. I chose Uni Marble and I couldn't be happier. From the very first contact to the final installation they were totally professional and accommodating. Very high marks to Eli for his communications skills. I had many questions and emails and phone calls were returned very quickly. This was not the case with some of the other fabricators. I went down to their shop to go over the layout of my countertops and Eli was very patient helping me to figure out the best layout to take advantage of the beautiful granite I had chosen. We figured out that I could do my whole countertop with one slab instead of the two I was told I needed saving me a lot of money. The installation went very smoothly and the results are breathtaking.
