I remember being a patron at their Los Feliz and Studio City locations. I guess since then, the franchise model has been working for them! But strange that they would be in Midland compared to say, Austin or Houston. I'm not complaining though, at least I was able to find a proper vegetarian meal on my travels. For lunch, I got a bowl that I was able to top with falafel. My grain choice was quinoa, and the rest of the bowl was the typical pickled and flavored veggies that make Mediterranean cuisine the distinguishable cuisine it is. I wasn't too much of a fan of my particular bowl though. The falafel felt too tough and didn't have that vibrant green color on the inside that good falafel usually has. The staff were helpful and the tables were clean. I'm glad the citizens of Midland/Odessa have this healthy gem in their backyard!
