I will never do my laundry here again. They are not handling COVID protocols, though a sign on the door says they do. While there I had to ask a woman to actually wear the mask she wore on her chin and she yelled at me. I gave a brand new mask to another woman with a child (neither were masked). The bathroom had a handwritten sign that said it was not available unless staff were present but I saw no sign that would indicate staff is ever present, I didn't see anyone while I was there. The place was a mess! At least 5 washers were out of order, at least 4 dryers were out of order and at least 2 others made so much noise, they couldn't possibly be usable. The floor and tops of machines were littered with trash, no wonder, no trash can in sight. Peeling paint, sticky floors and tables. I sat in my car and brought in my own gloves and wipes. If I could have found another laundry in close proximity I would have bounced. I will from now on, make the drive into town to go where I know there is staff and they do follow protocols. I highly suggest you skip this location if you value your health. It's a shame, 2 years ago, this was a clean, friendly location with staff that was helpful. I won't be back. read more

I went when it was slower and a lady coughed directly on me with no mask. Not a reflection on the business, but there were a bunch of older people maskless, or chin strapped just coughing and being a kind of gross I can't explain. Everyone side-eyeing each other. But my clothes are clean so I'm good! The machines take cards. Avoid the far right machine for large loads. I had to swipe my card for each quarter and $10.50 took a long time since the machine would barely read my card. Also, please start sanitizing the buttons & handles between customers. I saw employees wiping every part of the machines except where people actually touch and the handles and buttons were slimy. read more

The place is nice, but the card system sucks. Tried using my card multiple times and it kept saying declined. I didn't have cash on me so I had to go get cash, come back and get quarters. Then when I am putting the quarters in it takes an extra quarter from me. I'd rather wash my clothes in the sink. read more

The prices are normal for washer and dryers of this model. The washers are good, extracts water well but, it's a hit and miss with the dryers. I dried a load of light clothes and sheets, after a half hour the load was still wet. I moved the load to the dryer below and it worked good. To the owner, I think it would be a good practice to check your machines yourself or have monthly maintenance done. You pay for an outside person to clean the place. I think the prices we pay you'd be able to afford the maintenance cost. Otherwise, the place is ok. It's worth trying. read more

We had planned to use the laundry at Sandy Riverfront RV Resort but it required tokens and there was no place to get them on a Sunday. We decided to try this laundrymat. We found it to be clean and the equipment efficient. Everyone there was socially distancing and wearing masks. We will use them again when we are in town. read more

Man stayed on backside of location near driers talking to other customers while man patiently waited, as I continued to wait on my laundry long term loyal customers came in some from 5-6 yrs. I've been coming here on and off for several years and I feel like it's just getting worse and worse . There's never any staff there so of course nobody to monitor the grounds.Homeless people posted up outside messing with people and smoking drugs.And today I spent $20 doing wash just to come home and find out that half of it didn't even get cleaned at all. I never overpack the machines and I make sure to separate everything into individual loads. Manager usually on duty and very helpful and professional. Owner is very nice as well. A few arcade games and toy rides for children. My girl loves the big washers. Makes doing laundry fun. Establishment is kept clean and maintained. Open late!!! Only negative I have is parking is a pain so you would have to kinda go by the other businesses schedules if you want to be able to park close to the front doors. I just moved and my washer and dryer are not hooked up yet. Had about 6 loads of laundry. Blue Sky Eco was there for me. Their instructions are clearly displayed above the washers, complete with tips about what choices to make. You can pay with quarters or card, and I think maybe with an app, which I might try next time. The facility was clean and the people working there were making the rounds cleaning up after sloppy people and happily answering questions. People kept to themselves but I did end up talking to a few friendly ladies while I was waiting. They have vending machines and tables to sit at while waiting. No bells and whistles. Just a clean well lighted place to do your laundry. Note: If you read the instructions, you learn that you start with a sanitizing rinse of your machine (free) and a suggestion to look for socks from the previous wash, etc before you get rolling. Also, I say you seriously should not cram your washer full. Use a bigger machine. They have a few different sizes to choose from. read more

This business is shady as he gets busy with his other business. The machines aren't maintain. I worked for him and when I did his wash and fold his whites kind of daily even with oxi. I tried another laundry mat Wich was cheaper and my whites that were mixed with colors came out bright white. All I used was detergent and softener. The owner thier was in available and making sure his customers were satisfies. This owner has gotten away from that as I watched something last Saturday of him not checking to make sure a washer was cleaned as 2 customers complained. If you use his laundry card make sure you empty it versus asking for money back because he will take money from it. He 86 me out of thier last week and took my card and have yet to receive money but just message him and he said he took out the bonus but that was my money he took. Will never come back. Was thinking as I walked in about how nice and clean the place is, with updated machines and an attendant that just plays in her phone. Until my load of laundry was done. Not only was it overpriced, but I only put in half the recommended amount of clothes. About half of the load of laundry wasn't even wet when finished. I'm from out of town working and I have a weird work schedule. That being said, we never have time to sit and wash our clothes. We found this laundromat and walked in to drop our clothes off. Instructions are very simple on how to drop off and took less than 5 minutes. I wanted to do the rush service and boy are they fast! They washed my clothes within less than 24 hours and I went to pick it up and had no problems. I definitely recommend this place. They are so very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys ! read more

I have been coming to this laundromat for about 9 months now and usually it's very clean with lots of available machines. I also love their dryers because they are huge and efficient. Lots of different washing machine sizes. I really enjoyed this establishment. It's gone downhill though. Today there is no one working, half the machines don't work and are out of order. It's also a mess. Didn't want to look for a new place as this is very close to my home, but probably won't be back. read more

This place had dirty washers. I used the large washers and my blankets came out sticky and stink. They were also half dry and there was plenty of room in the washers for them to get washed. I let the staff know and she said that the washers were fine and offered to pay for one of my blankets to be re-washed. Why not pay for all my blankets to be re-washed? She blamed the dirtyness on the softener I used. Dont wash anything here. Its not worth damaging all your clothes or blankets. read more

Usually this place is clean and nice. Not today! Employees were here but everything was dirty; the floors, the washers, the dryers. Worst of all though was the homeless couple that was here, not doing laundry. They were hanging out and eating, snuggling, and stealing clothes!!! They were going through the trash and then found some shoes behind where they keep clothes they have cleaned in lockers. During most of this, an employee was just sitting there! The couple talked about stealing and had a creepy guy come in and he was talking about stealing. At one point, the employee left and we were alone w/ them!!! The point is, we come here to avoid this kind of thing. You need to post a sign that says, "No vagrancy, if you're not doing laundry, this place is not for you!!!" The employee should have done something and honestly we should have called the cops, but my elderly mother and I were too scared. Have to find a new place to do laundry. No stars!! read more

This laundry facility used to be our family favorite. The up keep was amazing, it was nice and clean. There used to be an attendant here during business hours, to do daily cleaning of the equipment and laundry mat daily. They jacked their prices up and stopped going the extra mile. Place is clean with good functioning equipment. Like the sanitizing rinse too. There are a few folding tables that work well and I always have room to use one. I have never had to way to a machine either. I really find Eco laundries to be the best and this is no exception. read more

This place is AMAZING. I know one of the other yelpers complained about the price (and it is a little more pricey but having been to like 4 other laundromats in the area, it isn't that much more expensive) but here's a break down of why it's worth it... there is a free one minute sanitizing rinse on every washer. (It's a public place. Sanitize those germs before you wash your clothes!) The owner met me at the door to explain the machines. (They are a bit over whelming at first..) Everything takes cards. There is free wifi. The place is ridiculously clean. There is an early bird special and a night owl special. (Before 8am or after 8pm.) My favorite part? The machines will text you when your stuff is done! I'm always so paranoid about getting the time wrong and someone stealing my stuff or throwing my stuff on the ground. (Gross right? It's happened.) Now I can go get something to eat or do something to kill the time and the machine will text me to tell me my stuff is done. Awesomeeeee. read more
