I pick them up a week later and nothing is said as the items are handed over. I get home and all of them are ruined. A tag is pinned to each one that acknowledges that they saw the damage, but makes it sound like they are stains that were already there that they couldn't get out, rather than damage caused by their service. I imagine they may do just fine with regular dry cleaning items but I would not recommend them for specialty items. Normally I would work directly with a business to remedy a poor experience, but in this case I feel like their response was already loud and clear with how they handled the situation. They made a mistake, actively chose to not take responsibility or to try to keep me as a customer. Gave an extra star above one only because they do seem like good people and may do just fine with standard, non-complicated items.

They said it was due to the fabric being too thin.
