A mediocre experience by my estimate. Completely annoying to others. I took a single pair of slacks in for cleaning. I think I interrupted the man who met me at the counter. He took the pants and seemed put out when I asked if he wanted me to pay the $8 then (so my BF wouldn't have to later) because he would have to print out a receipt and another claim tag. I just shook it off and made him do it anyway. Whatever. Everyone has bad days, right? They are only open 9 - 5 during the week so it's difficult to meet those hours unless you go during their small Saturday window. I drove over there to pick up the pants about two weeks after I dropped them off and an hour before closing and the doors are locked. There's a sign in the window that says they'll be back... later. When? It's almost closing time as you can see in the time stamped snap. Someone else stopped by and I saw them expressing their exasperation too. Rather unprofessional to say the least. Maybe if they shifted their operational hours to later it would help? Very bad first impression. read more

Thought that I found a great place to take my comforters to have washed. Sadly my 2nd time using Clark county cleaners ended with them returning my comforter with 1-2 inch cuts in numerous places. There were 3 of them. They said it was due to the fabric being too thin. Although I have used them before to clean the exact same comforter and this did not happen all of a sudden my fabric is the cause for the rips occurring. After calling and explaining that there were rips in the fabric they asked me to bring it back to have to repaired. The work they did to repair was awful. And they only stitched two of the three rips. At this point I have a $300 comforter that I have owned for less than a year that is ruined. Never got a refund either. Will not be going back. read more

Went to our friends' wedding on the weekend that we had a record heat wave. Yes, it was outdoors. Yes, we all sweat a lot. So, obviously, my duds needed a little love. I brought my vest to Clark County Cleaners to help alleviate the sweat stains on all sides of the fabric. The people working there were friendly, and they turn out a quality product. I get plastic collars on the neck so it stays perfect and have different requests for different suits and shirts, and everything is always perfect. Aside from doing a good job they treat me like family, and when I need something done quick, after they tease me about It:), they get it done, every time. We have been using this dry cleaning business for 20 years and they do a great job; I would give five stars if not for my recent experience. When I was picking up my clothes the young woman working came out not wearing a mask. When I assured her that I was vaccinated she began ranting to me about how she was not vaccinated and how she would not be vaccinating her or her daughter. While I respect that it is her choice to decide whether or not to receive a vaccine, it is unprofessional and inappropriate to bombard me with her anti-vax rhetoric. After this experience I no longer feel comfortable supporting this business knowing that their employees are putting others in danger. read more

I have used the pick up and delivery service for Clark County Dry Cleaners for years. They come weekly to pick up our dry cleaning and deliver it. They are consistent, professional and do a good job. I find it to be a good value and time saver. I had difficulty finding a dry cleaner that I liked near my house, but I'm very happy with Clark County Cleaners. I have not used their alteration services, but I have sent out clothes and household items (such as a seat cushion or a tablecloth) and everything has always come back clean and pressed in a timely manner. read more

This place is absolutely amazing! What a great service. I am a businessman that travels frequently and they continue to impress me time and time again. One of the best features that they have is the fact that they iron your shirts and fold it and wrap it as if it was new wrapped in a plastic film just like you would buy a brand new Dress shirt. Husband's dress shirts ruined by their automatic pressing machine being too hot. Bubbled the fusing in his collars, cuffs, and that 2 inches of the shirt where the buttons are. They always do a good job and items are ready when expected. Their commitment to their customers was exemplified by Shondra (sp?). My wife's wedding dress was cleaned by CCC about 8 months ago. When my wife opened the wedding preservation box, a letterman's jacket was found in place of her wedding dress. When I went to CCC to return the jacket, it was Shondra who took charge. Within 5 days of returning the jacket, my wife's wedding dress was found and in our possession. And it was Shondra who greeted me and handed me the correct box. This time I opened the box to confirm we had it. So you see, we can take some responsibility for this mishap as we did not open the box in the first place. Lesson learned. read more

I had the strangest experience today. I had used their services a few times in the past but this time, after paying the $16 plus, I noticed that the wool jacket was covered in what looked like cat hair (I don't own any pets) and lint on it. The young gal apologized profusely and offered to have it "cleaned" again. I explained I could not make another trip soon so she proceeded to use a roller on it. Suddenly, in the middle of the roller treatment, she walks away and goes behind a wall. Then I hear her sobbing. I ask if she's alright. I tell her that my polite complaint about the bad job on the jacket is no reason to be crying. Between sobs, she mumbled something about the bad job. By that time there were 3 other customers waiting, so I told her she may want to tend to the customer at the drive-through window. I grabbed my jacket still covered with hairs and lint and walked out. When one has a fair complaint about service one expects an apology and/or a discount, not an emotional wreck. read more

I just moved to the area, so seeing good reviews, I brought in a pair of jeans to be hemmed. The lady had me change in the restroom and quickly helped pin up a leg. She asked if I wanted to keep the original hem and I said no. She gave me a receipt that said pick up on Saturday for $15. Then she said it would actually be Wednesday, a week away, so that was too bad. Nevertheless I came back at the appointed time with my receipt to pick up the jeans. The girl who came to the counter told me it would be $26. I said I would have gone elsewhere if I had been told that price as my receipt clearly said $15 (I'm used to paying under $10, I just moved from the California Bay Area). She rolled her eyes and got all upset and called over someone else to "deal with me." Fortunately this lady was very polite, apologized and said of course if you're given a receipt for the price they can't charge you $11 more later. She fixed it, I paid the $15 and left. Being short, I regularly have all my pants, skirts, and dresses hemmed. I think I'll try somewhere else first to compare. read more
