I've been using this place since moving here from CA almost 2 years ago. I found it on Yelp because the other place I went to was a DUMP! I rarely write reviews but after seeing what Sam had said, I felt I needed to respond. This place is kept clean and nice because of the 2 women who I've seen go out of their to be friendly to everyone who comes into the place. I've watched them wipe down and clean each machine after it's been used. They've been very helpful when some one has a problem or question. I've been to this place at least 20 times. The main reason my wife and I continue to come back is because of it cleanliness and the two women who keep it so... As far as the "blond hair" women who works there goes. . . Yes she smokes but every time I've been there she always walks out by street to smoke. ("chain smoker"? I've not seen evidence of that) I've seen other patrons just standing outside the front door smoking which then at times blows in. Seems to me, Sam just has issues with smokers. "Vile habit" Sam? I'm no fan of smoking. Watched my mother die of lung cancer. Sam writes: "it's just hard to stomach the cigarette smoke that is constantly present when this woman is around. I'm not sure if smoking is prohibited but if it's not it should be. The owner of this laundromat should take steps to make sure his patrons aren't subjected to this vile habit". Lighten up Sam and get a life! read more

The normal weekend attendant is fantastic but when she is gone and the other lady is there- meh. It is usually clean and tidy and the dryers dry quickly- I think because the vents get cleaned at least one time while o am there for a couple of hours.. Today there were 2 people there. They seemed like they kept busy but as soon as the 2nd person left nothing got done and the attendant sat on her phone. The floors were dirty so I definitely didn't want to drop anything and once again, the dryers took a long time to dry. Just like the last time when I had come on a Monday. After I over heard the 2 of them discussing and worrying about there potentially not being enough quarters in he machines for the day, when asked, the employee pointed the customer to the quarter machine and continued on her phone. I honestly could not believe it. I have been there on the weekend for months and months and have been asked to ask the attendant working to get quarters if needed rather than using the machines because those are for when there isn't an attendant. I have overheard her say it over and over as well. Which is probably why the customer asked her instead of going directly to the machine. I'd really like to only go there when one specific person is working but I have to do my laundry when I have to do my laundry. Other than these 2 instances this laundry mat is amazing. The machines do a good job washing and dryers normally dry quickly. read more

Clean. Two machines take credit cards. The rest are quarters only. I needed wash while we were out a washer and was able to do my family's laundry in less than 30 min on Wednesday afternoons. read more

Half of the machines are broken down, leaving only the smaller and more expensive machines to be used unless you are literally the only person. Lock their bathroom door too, they clearly give zero shits about customers time and money. If you wash, dry and fold a single big load, you'll have to split it into three smaller loads, so it ends up being 3 times $3.50 instead of 1 time $6.50...and you still have to piss out back in the shrubs. This town needs a second laundromat, even if it sucks as much as this one. Two large machines are not enough to service Camas and Washougal. read more

Very clean and pleasant including bathrooms which were open prior to attendant arrival. Got the job done

Very clean and bright facility. Decent number of washers and dryers. Some only take quarters and some take both card or quarters.

This place is clean, but that is the only good thing about this place. Constantly full machines, no employees during regular business hours so if you pay for a machine and it's broken, you can't get it fixed or reimbursed. You just gotta try another machine. At least some customers will leave a note, since there are no employees to address it. Locked bathrooms so you have to leave your clothes unattended and go somewhere else just to go piss. Had most of my wardrobe stolen this past winter because I went next door to use the bathroom. This town needs a second laundromat, even if it's just as bad, least then there's options. You might honestly consider driving the extra 30 minutes to one in vancouver vs coming here if you have that option. read more

I've been coming to this laundromat for over a year now... it's the only one in the Camas/ Washougal area that I know of, but it is very nice. It is always clean, all machines are well maintained. I get in and out in just over an hour, even when it is busy. All of the larger machines take both quarters and cards, the smaller ones only quarters. The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. They have extended hours so you can always find a time that is convenient. They have wifi and a beverage vending machine, a snack machine would be nice, but there are a lot of places nearby if you need to grab a snack. Overall... great place if you need some place to do laundry! read more

This is a very nice laundromat. The machines are clean, well lit, free wifi and charging station for your phone. I hope my washing machine doesn't break again but if it does I will definitely come here. Also they have wash and fold service. read more

This may sound horrible but I've never HAD to go to a laundry mat. I was under the impression it would be dirty and gross; however, this place definitely changed my perspective. I'm only here because my washer broke and I needed clothes to work. This establishment Is clean and all the equipment seems pretty well maintained! They have a few machines that take card(visa, Amex, Mastercard, and discover). All others take quarters. They even have change machines that are functional. 5 star because I've never been to one before and they rest look SKETCHY!! read more

Fantastic little laundromat. The little lady in attendance was always available to help. She was constantly cleaning everything. Very well taken care of place. Will come here again. read more

My dryer broke unexpectedly so it meant I had to take my weeks worth of laundry to a laundromat for the first time in a long time. The attendant there was so nice, and helpful, even offering us some fryer sheets someone had left behind to "pay forward". There was a man there that was being very vocal about me using the large washers, and the attendant actually stayed beyond his shift to make sure my daughter and we're going to be okay. read more

This place is amazing!! So my washer broke at 9pm and had nothing for work the next day. I showed up at 10:05 and since we just needed to wash, Mike allowed us to wash our clothes. The washers are amazing, my clothes have never been this clean. The large washers are really nice. Would fit my Cal King comforter. The machines take quarters or Credit/Debit card. I think the prices are really fair and fast! We were actually able to dry the loads and get out and there closing time. The washer took 25 minutes and dryer was about 25 minutes. Can't believe all that done in that short of time. My dryer takes forever at home. Mike was so nice and helpful. We were new to theachines and so he was so nice in helping us. Your place is also so clean and well taken care of. Thank you again Mike!! read more

I recently moved to the area and needed to do some laundry while awaiting a washer/dryer set to be delivered. This laundromat was the closest so I decided to give it a go. Overall the machines got the job done but I did not feel safe with the other clientele. read more

This was my first time in about 13 years doing laundry here. Let me tell you, it has come a long way. It's now a clean and quiet place, and convenient location. The machines are extremely clean, large in size, and super fast. I only had 1 large load to do and the wash time only took about 24 minutes, while the dry time only took about 40 minutes. read more

This place feels like home, very clean and the lady running it is so sweet! I will definitely come back here.

I loved this laundromat and I'm so glad I picked it for my cleaning needs! It was inexpensive and convenient and I felt like there were plenty of washers available for me to get my linens done! The only thing I wished is that they gave more time per quarter for the dryer. But still it was clean and comfortable. read more

Love this place! I come in the morning to a freshly clean laundromat, especially the washers, so nice to wash in clean machines! All the machines are fairly new, and work amazing. The attendant Margaret is very kind and helpful. It is coin operated only, no credit cards. There are change machines and cups provided to hold your coins. Clean bathroom also! My favorite laundromat by far! Keep up the good work!! **The only reason I gave 4 stars, is it would be nice to have a dollar bill insert on the machines, to prevent putting in so many quarters at once. But minor details really. read more

It has been awhile since I have been to the laundry mat, this laundry mat is very clean but the attendant is very rude and high as hell!!! Not sure if it's meth or pills, I am pretty sure it's pills! She was not being very nice to the customers at all yelling at them and telling them "read the sign!" I am sorry but if it want for the customers lady you wouldn't have a damn job!! She needs to be fired I can not believe how rude she was. Where is Leonna she was nice and was always so helpful! This other lady is a mess and so rude! read more

I mean it's a laundromat.......but as laundromats go this location has a few positives and a few negatives. Positives: 1. It is usually exceptionally clean on the inside; the machines are usually polished, clean and free of any debris, the floors are clean and overall pleasant environment. 2. They offer free Wi-Fi, a soda vending machine and a coffee vending machine. 3. Their washers and dryer's are all Dexter commercial washers and dryer's and range from the double load up to a triple load machine. They have four extra large dryers and the remainder are a standard size. 4. It is never completely crowded and they have the right combination of machines to dryers versus the number of people that use the laundromat. Negatives: 1. The manager of the location, a woman with blond hair has been less than friendly at least on one occasion as far as coming in the evening and starting laundry; I'm sure due to her just wanting to get out of the business and lock up. Customer service is king and while I understand wanting to get home, if the hours are not OK well I'm not sure what to do. 2. The same woman, the manager, as discussed above is a chain-smoker, sometimes she will walk across the parking lot and smoke next to the dumpster but more often than not she will smoke right by the front doors which are usually left open and all of that cigarette smoke comes right into the laundromat. It is a filthy and vile habit and she clearly does not care that it might affect the health of the patrons that use this establishment. I have been coming to do laundry here for quite some time and in all honesty, even though the machines are great and the place is clean, it's just hard to stomach the cigarette smoke that is constantly present when this woman is around. I'm not sure if smoking is prohibited but if it's not it should be. The owner of this laundromat should take steps to make sure his patrons aren't subjected to this vile habit. read more

Every time I come in here for my client (about every 2 weeks) i'm greeted immediately when I enter the building. If I have any questions they're answered and always really informative. All the customers have been friendly and Margaret has always been very friendly to me and always asks how I've been. Great atmosphere and friendly staffing. read more

I've always had a negative experience at laundromats until today. The owner here is super sweet and helped me learn about the high efficiency washers. I'm afraid to overfill because at home my clothes don't wash properly with too much. Here, their high efficiency washers can hold up to five loads of laundry in one. I was able to minimize my costs and use two washers instead of five. She also came and told me I didn't put enough clothes in and helped me load it to full capacity. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and personable. Thank you!! read more

I haven't had to use a laundromat in years but both my washer and dryer went out suddenly and I came in on a Sunday night and this wasn't the dreary laundromat that I remember from the past. It was clean with state of the art commercial washers. There was a friendly lady attendant who helped me figure everything out quickly and everything was sanitized and safe to the touch. Fair prices too. Until I get new machines I will be coming back read more

Nice place, but the tenant always harasses us when we come in late around 9pm, the sign outside says there open till 11 but she always says they close at 10 just because she wants to go home early. All Star laundromat is the best. Friendly service, clean, friendly employees, all over great laundromat!

This laundromat is clean and neat and honestly I would be fine with the price they charge if it wasn't for the fact that they turn the hot water off on the weekends. Someone told me that and I thought no way that cant even be legal. I went in first thing on a Saturday and chose hot water and guess what... everything gets washed in extremely cold water. This does nothing for my whites. Come on All Star if your gonna charge the price and make the place shiny clean dont ruin it by being greedy and turning off the hot water. read more
