I brought in some pillow case covers for cleaning. I specifically told them that the care instructions say spot clean only. They nodded yes and said that would be no problem. I pick them up a week later and nothing is said as the items are handed over. I get home and all of them are ruined. A tag is pinned to each one that acknowledges that they saw the damage, but makes it sound like they are stains that were already there that they couldn't get out, rather than damage caused by their service. I imagine they may do just fine with regular dry cleaning items but I would not recommend them for specialty items. Normally I would work directly with a business to remedy a poor experience, but in this case I feel like their response was already loud and clear with how they handled the situation. They made a mistake, actively chose to not take responsibility or to try to keep me as a customer. Gave an extra star above one only because they do seem like good people and may do just fine with standard, non-complicated items.

He took the pants and seemed put out when I asked if he wanted me to pay the $8 then (so my BF wouldn't have to later) because he would have to print out a receipt and another claim tag. I just shook it off and made him do it anyway. Whatever. Everyone has bad days, right? They are only open 9 - 5 during the week so it's difficult to meet those hours unless you go during their small Saturday window. I drove over there to pick up the pants about two weeks after I dropped them off and an hour before closing and the doors are locked. There's a sign in the window that says they'll be back... later. When? It's almost closing time as you can see in the time stamped snap. Someone else stopped by and I saw them expressing their exasperation too. Rather unprofessional to say the least. Maybe if they shifted their operational hours to later it would help? Very bad first impression.

They said it was due to the fabric being too thin. Although I have used them before to clean the exact same comforter and this did not happen all of a sudden my fabric is the cause for the rips occurring. After calling and explaining that there were rips in the fabric they asked me to bring it back to have to repaired. The work they did to repair was awful. And they only stitched two of the three rips. At this point I have a $300 comforter that I have owned for less than a year that is ruined. Never got a refund either. Will not be going back.

There are moments in life when everything seems to hit at once, and this was one of those moments…read more My washing machine decided to quit, laundry was piling up at an alarming rate, my daughter was sick, I was getting sick, I have a dog and a cat who somehow contribute to the laundry situation despite not wearing clothes, and I was leaving for a work trip in just a couple of days. It was the perfect storm. When I called Brenda, she answered, and honestly, all I could muster was, "Hi! I need help." Without missing a beat, she completely understood the assignment. From that first conversation, Brenda was incredibly kind, understanding, and reassuring. At a time when I felt overwhelmed and was staring down what felt like a mountain of laundry, she made the entire process effortless. And the results? Absolutely amazing. When my laundry came back, everything was spotless, fresh, neatly folded, and organized better than I probably would have done myself. Every item looked and felt great. There is something deeply comforting about opening bags of clean laundry when you've been stressed, sick, and running out of time, and Brenda delivered exactly that. Beyond the quality of her work, what stood out most was her generosity and genuine care. She went above and beyond to help when I really needed it, and that level of customer service is rare these days. Brenda didn't just do my laundry. She rescued me from a laundry-induced meltdown. If you're drowning in laundry, short on time, dealing with life's inevitable chaos, or just want someone you can trust to do an outstanding job, I cannot recommend Brenda Bubble Laundry Service enough.
