To the owner, I think it would be a good practice to check your machines yourself or have monthly maintenance done. You pay for an outside person to clean the place. The dryers all take cards as far as I saw, which is a bit odd to be half and half, but I would rather use my card sometimes than not at all. It's slightly more convenient that way. The most pleasant surprise was my headphones. I had checked the pockets on my wife's coats before bringing them in but had left a pair of headphones in the pocket of my jacket.
