After my car accident, I didn't realize how much pain and stiffness I was carrying until I started treatment here. I was a little scared at first, but the care, kindness, and professionalism from everyone quickly put me at ease. The chiropractor, Dr Zach and massage therapist, Fatimah Abughannam have both been wonderful throughout my recovery. Their gentle approach and guidance have helped me find real relief and make steady progress healing. Every visit leaves me feeling better. What makes this office special is the entire team. From the front desk staff to Dr. Zach's mom, everyone is welcoming, compassionate, and genuinely cares about their patients. The whole team of Blue Ridge Chiropractic has been so amazing since day 1 to the completion of my care. The location is inside of a plaza located across the street of the VPD so I felt safe parking my car in the parking lot - especially during the late night hours. My initial thought when visiting Dr. Zach was that I didn't need a chiropractor but as my body started to show the pain I knew I needed adjustments and stretches to help me on my journey to recovery. I know I've missed a few appointments and for that I could feel my body telling me that missing those appointments was a huge mistake. The lobby area is clean. They offer water bottles while you wait as well as an option for a massage chair and body wave massage. While waiting, the receptionists were all very friendly and kind. It was a great vibe to see everyone working together. Dr Zach was awesome. There was a moment were he did go on paternity leave however he was able to find someone to substitute for his appointments - and with confidence he said that he knows the person that would fill in is just as qualified - if not more so I felt at ease when he was away. There was a moment were my hip join and leg was really hurting and Dr Zach referred me to his massage therapist Fattima. She was wonderful! It's nothing like going to a everyday massage parlor. She walked into the room understanding the pain points, felt and understood how to work out the kinks and gave me very clear instructions on how to maintain the pain from home. I've referred Fattima to many friends and family and they all experienced the same quality craftsmanship. I fully understand why Blueridge was voted best in Vacaville and I am one of the several clients that can attest to that. read more

I was referred to Dr. Zack by a friend who was dealing with migraines. He worked with my teenage daughter and she no longer suffers from migraines. So when I was dealing with digestive issues, I came to Dr. Zack. He uses spinal traction and muscle scraping in addition gentle adjustment via the activator to help me feel better. He also offers cold laser treatments which has been helpful for some other conditions I've experienced across our years together. Everyone at Blue Ridge Chiropractic is happy to be there. The office staff is professional and cheerful. You might even run into an old friend or acquaintance in the cute waiting area. read more

I've been going to Blue Ridge for almost two years now, and I have nothing but great things to say about this office. As a nail tech, I'm very conscious of ergonomics, but my body still builds up a lot of tightness and tension from the repetitive work. It wasn't until I started chiropractic care that I realized how much it could help. Every adjustment in my neck and spine releases that built-up tension and allows me to work without the constant exhaustion I used to feel. When I first began treatment, I was coming in every other week, then gradually moved to every other month. Now I only need visits every 2-3 months because the adjustments consistently keep me feeling looser and more comfortable. The entire office is very friendly and welcoming and even after moving to the east bay, this office is still worth the drive! read more

Dr. Zack and the staff at Blue Ridge are absolutely amazing! I've been seen by them for going on 2 years and every time I go in, I am greeted with a smile by the receptionist and promptly checked in and given the status on my appointment, be it I am there early, Dr. Zack is ready for me or if there is someone ahead of me. Dr. Zack has always been forthcoming with any questions I have with his adjustments and what isn't quite right or needs further attention or if everything is going pretty well. I have had 2 major injuries since I started being seen here. Both times Dr. Zack has been more than patient with my questions and especially attentive to any pain that a certain movement produces. I really appreciate that he uses both the activator, tables & manual adjustments dependent upon the need at the time. Our family trusts him with 6 members, including my elderly grandparents who have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. If you're looking for a chiropractor, I highly recommend giving them a try. read more

Overall Vibe and Characteristics: Dr. Zack is the best! I was a bit nervous to switch chiropractors, but now I'm more than grateful to be under the care of such a knowledgeable and skilled chiropractor! Both Dr. Zack and his office associates, are very genuine and care about your recovery. Melanie is truly a doll, she's so sweet! My recovery: This May I was at work and tweaked my back to the point of feeling nauseous. My fiancé called them to see if they had an opening and explained the situation. They worked with my schedule and squeezed me in on my lunch break. Not only could I move again- I felt better than before I tweaked it!! While I was there I asked him if he could look at my wrist (they too have been hurting - one was actually turned side ways) so we set another appointment to fix my wrists. (I had a lot of built up scar tissue in my wrists from prior injuries throughout the years) I attached photos of my recovery. Within 2 months the results are outstanding!! And I wish I would have gone to him years ago. Pictures from top left to right. Treatment 1 - trying to fully extend my fingers Treatment 2 - trying to fully extend my fingers Treatment 4 - trying to fully extend my fingers Treatment 6 - not extending fingers - will update Missed a few pictures from treatment 3 and 5 but 6 weeks later- the transformation! WOW! AMAZING!!! read more

Excellent care! Dr. Zack is a talented professional who feels real passion about the health and betterment of his patients and community. Without him my back would be hurting, achy, and I'd be miserable. The office itself is so nice, usually seasonally decorated and it's super cute. All of the staff is wonderful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough for chiropractic care. Dr. Conde is also all of the above. Although I've not personally worked with her, I would in a heartbeat if I was ever in need of her services. read more

Over the years I've had back issues stemming from a gym injury. In that time I was fortunate to have a great chiropractor helping to manage my back, though with time my back got better and I moved away. Ive never found another chiropractor who was as good as my former until now, in comes Dr. Zack. After searching high and low for a chiropractor who uses the activator technique of adjustments aka softer chiropractic. I came across Dr. Zack's office, Blue Ridge Chiropractic and he mostly uses this technique exclusively. With my fingers crossed and a tweaked back I made an appointment. Once meeting with Dr. Zack, I immediately was at ease, he's incredibly friendly, has good vibes and a great bedside manner. He listened carefully as I described my problems and understood what course of treatment he needed to take as every patient is different. After the adjustment I virtually had no more pain! I have to say that my back felt almost normal and I was able to move and twist with ease. Wow, he's good. My back pain eventually came back but less than before and with regular visits with Dr. Zack my back is pain free almost back to normal. I only see him every few weeks for maintenance (always a treat) and his adjustment skills remain the same, amazing. read more

I highly recommend them if you are looking for somewhere better than what you have. read more

I've been way too lazy on writing this review, and while I rarely ever take the time to write reviews, I feel this establishment deserves my time. I have chronic pain, especially sciatic, and had been going to another chiropractor for about 6-7 years but didn't feel like I was getting the relief I needed. I reluctantly decided to switch to Blue Ridge, but am so happy that I did!! Dr. Zach is extremely thorough and I have never felt like he's rushing to get to the next patient. I'm now in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy, and he has been more than knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient for all of my chiropractic needs. The equipment he uses is always clean, up to date, and effective. Not only is Dr. Zach amazing, but I also enjoy working with his office staff. The assistants he has help during the adjustments, whether be it taking notes, using the massager, or putting on kt tape, have always been extremely professional, polite, and cheerful. The front desk employees are very friendly and efficient- always welcoming you to the office and offering snacks, drinks, and if Dr. Zach isn't ready yet, use of the massage chairs. I have had the best, most long lasting, adjustments since switching to Blue Ridge. It's been such a relief finding this practice. read more

Dr. Zack has has literally improved my life and over all wellness with out a doubt. I've recently had back to back births 17 months a part and c sections to top it off. He kept me in the best possible shape for delivery and after as well. I was able to bounce back so much quicker because my body "knew" where to adjust back to after delivery. He made a personalized care plan leading up to the births of my babies and has kept me in great alignment there after. I now bring both my babies to see Dr. Zack and i trust him explicitly with their care and that's saying A LOT! The staff are wonderful and make you feel extremely comfortable and like you're close friends right when you walk in the door. I will never leave Blue Ridge Chiropractic and I'm so thankful for this great business! read more

It's taken me a while to write this review, as my daughter and I have been going to Dr. Zack for a little over a year - he is AMAZING. My daughter is an athlete, and he's helped her tremendously. I've had SI joint & neck issues, that he's helped improve significantly. He also has a gift for explaining things to us in a way we understand, and we never feel rushed. Stephanie, the massage therapist is as equally amazing, the front desk staff is always so pleasant and accommodating. I've gone to a handful of Chiros throughout the years and Dr. Zack is definitely the best! Dr. Zack is not just your run-of-the-mill, crack & go chiro; he is thorough with his adjustments and truly listens to your complaints so he can customizes his treatments to your needs. He's very personable with a great sense of humor which makes the visits that much more enjoyable. I recommend him to everyone in need of Chiropractic care! read more

Dr. Zack always provides great service and leaves me feeling relieved. For years I was hesitant to visit a chiropractor. I thought, "You go once, then you always have to go. They keep you coming back." So I dealt with back and shoulder pain and paid a ton of money for massages, thinking that would help. It did some, but it never solved the problem. I ran into Dr. Zack one night and talked to him about my issues. He suggested I come in for a visit and we set up a treatment plan. I believe I visited every week to two weeks for a 6-8 week period of time and each time he re-evaluated my issues and worked on correcting them. Each time, I left feeling like we were getting somewhere (finally!). One day, he said we'd done all we could - just come back as needed. I think I've been back about five times over the past two years for random adjustments, usually when I've slept funny or have been camping and on an air mattress. Dr. Zack always solves the problem. Never have I felt like he was trying to keep me coming back just to stay busy (or make money). He was genuinely concerned with correcting my problem, always had reviewed my past visits prior to my arrival, and had a game plan for the current one. I've heard some stories about other chiropractic offices and my friends feeling like their visits weren't personal. They would have different people care for them each visit, so they felt that they had to start all over again each time. I highly recommend Dr. Zack and the staff at Blue Ridge Chiropractic. I plan on being a patient for many years to come! read more
