The location is inside of a plaza located across the street of the VPD so I felt safe parking my car in the parking lot - especially during the late night hours. My initial thought when visiting Dr. Zach was that I didn't need a chiropractor but as my body started to show the pain I knew I needed adjustments and stretches to help me on my journey to recovery. I know I've missed a few appointments and for that I could feel my body telling me that missing those appointments was a huge mistake. The lobby area is clean. They offer water bottles while you wait as well as an option for a massage chair and body wave massage. While waiting, the receptionists were all very friendly and kind. It was a great vibe to see everyone working together. Dr Zach was awesome. There was a moment were he did go on paternity leave however he was able to find someone to substitute for his appointments - and with confidence he said that he knows the person that would fill in is just as qualified - if not more so I felt at ease when he was away. There was a moment were my hip join and leg was really hurting and Dr Zach referred me to his massage therapist Fattima. She was wonderful! It's nothing like going to a everyday massage parlor. She walked into the room understanding the pain points, felt and understood how to work out the kinks and gave me very clear instructions on how to maintain the pain from home. I've referred Fattima to many friends and family and they all experienced the same quality craftsmanship. I fully understand why Blueridge was voted best in Vacaville and I am one of the several clients that can attest to that.

I ended up owing or was billed for $60 and since neither of us knew anything I asked if they would do the Solomonic thing and we would each cover half .... $30 each. 50/50. They refused and stuck me with the entire bill. So needless to say their services will no longer be needed. (But the crazy thing is they didn't save $30 they lost $100s if not $1000s by losing a client!) (If I feel that I'm treated unfairly by any business regarding any issue and I give them a chance to redeem the relationship and they don't - I'm gone.) Plus I find it very unprofessional to be at the counter much less be a chiropractor wearing a nose ring. I've never seen that in my 50 years of chiropractors. Chiropractic is my front line of healthcare so.... it matters. Look professional for crying out loud!

Dr Jane is in two words a "goddess or healer"!…read more Initially, I took advantage of an offer through the internet to try the Walnut Creek Wellness Center for an amazing low price. I figured, why not? What do I have to lose? Except maybe PAIN! My neck, shoulders, mid back, calves and feet were in constant pain. I have had previous athletic and work injuries from the past. I've spent years, trying to get "back on track" to make my body stronger and healthier. I was stretching and doing tai chi often and occasionally trying to workout when I wasn't in pain. I'm a short 4"11' Asian woman who has worked at workstation that was obviously made for taller people. My past athletic injuries from volleyball, tennis, cross country, track and cheerleading all came back after years of being hidden. I know now that health, nutrition and exercise was the only ticket to living a long and happy life. But you can't do that if you can't move or lift your limbs. Anyway, to make a longer story shorter, if you're ever in pain and want to create a new stronger and healthier you.. Call Dr. Jane Baxley. You won't be sorry. I've never met a more caring, knowledgeable chiropractor as Jane H. Baxley, Doctor of Chiropractic. Having worked at Cal for over 28 years now and I hope to retire in hopefully in 6 years. Being 48 years old turning 49 this year, I can for the first time see myself as a strong healthy 85 year old woman. I would say that the only caveat to my testimonial is that if you call her and you really want to be better. You have to listen to EVERYTHING she says and do EVERYTHING she tells you to do and you will recover and be pain free. I feel amazing and I've only seen her less than 30 days. If I were rich and had money to invest, I would invest a million dollars on Dr. Baxley. And I don't invest unless its a sure thing. Thanks for letting me share my thoughts with you. So stop thinking and be like Nike and "just do it" and make an appointment with Jane today. Thank you Dr. Jane for coming into my life an making my life longer. You are what kids today refer to as "da bomb!" or my generation call "the Yoda".

When I got engaged last year I finally decided to prioritize working on my posture so I searched chiropractors and posture specialists in the east bay. I found Dr. Baxley online and decided to give her a shot! Best decision I have ever made. My wedding pictures turned out amazing- after a lot of dedicated and hard work I have proof it paid off. Dr. Baxley is patient and provides lots of helpful advise and tricks to help me work on my posture on my own. She encouraged me that it is years of bad posture cannot be corrected overnight. It has taken time for it to correct and will continuously need to work on it. But now i am at a place I can look at pictures and not be embarrassed. Beyond how I look- I feel better as well. I recommend this for anyone who is devoted to bettering their life and correcting their spinal alignment. Thank you Dr. Baxley!
