They have a good process to get people in and out. Front desk is very quick with booking and paperwork. They go by x rays and explain the issue before troubleshooting. I went in for low back pain from the gym. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I was taken to the water chair, which feelings amazing. Then I laid down and the staff applied heat to my problem areas. Next, The chiropractor spoke with me about what I was experiencing. He quickly began assessing the area and began to work. I decided to come to this office after reading the numerous positive reviews. I was not disappointed. The care that I received there far exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful despite the office being very busy. Dr. Wilson was professional and personable. He explained clearly the source of my back pains after the examination. He then made some adjustments and was very gentle in his approach. Then he showed me a couple of simple movements that I can do at home to help with the healing. I was introduced to a hydro massage chair that helps soothe and massage you for 8 mins. It helps with the soreness on my upper body and legs. Then, I was brought to another room to be examined and X-rayed. Dr was very knowledgeable and gentle. He did an excellent job cracking my neck. It was so sore and stiff prior to that.
