Well ....former great reviews went to he** in a handbasket. I did not receive any notice nor did Simon Chiropractic (unlike other businesses I deal with they did not bother to check my insurance coverage starting a new year and so there was a lapse and it fell through the cracks.) I ended up owing or was billed for $60 and since neither of us knew anything I asked if they would do the Solomonic thing and we would each cover half .... $30 each. 50/50. They refused and stuck me with the entire bill. So needless to say their services will no longer be needed. (But the crazy thing is they didn't save $30 they lost $100s if not $1000s by losing a client!) (If I feel that I'm treated unfairly by any business regarding any issue and I give them a chance to redeem the relationship and they don't - I'm gone.) Plus I find it very unprofessional to be at the counter much less be a chiropractor wearing a nose ring. I've never seen that in my 50 years of chiropractors. Chiropractic is my front line of healthcare so.... it matters. Look professional for crying out loud! read more

They were super welcoming when I came in and went over pretty much all my health history, including prior injuries. Love how welcoming the office is every time my wife and I come in, and they aren't put off about us having to bring our 8 month old in. I went to this office for the first time this past week. The last time I had been to a chiropractor was almost 2 years ago and I could feel that my body was in desperate need of an adjustment. Dr. Simon was very personable and easy to talk to when discussing my medical history and my aches and pains. Let me tell you, she did an excellent job giving me an adjustment! She cracked me every which way unlike any other chiropractor I've ever been to. The appointment was quick, easy, and exactly what my body was needing. I could also tell in passing that Dr. Simon has an excellent relationship with all her patients by the way they talked and shared stories. I decided to give Simon Chiro a try since I am pregnant and wanted someone experienced with pregnancy care. I've have many adjustments and chiropractic care in the past. This first visit was odd. There wasn't any sort of physical assessment and discussion of care. I came in, completed paperwork, and just got an adjustment. Plus, the office receptionist Brittany and Dr. Tracy didn't bother to pronounce my name or ask. Of course it's a different, non-white name. They just looked at me, assuming I knew they were talking to me. I knew they didn't want to say my name. 2nd visit, it was pretty busy for the afternoon rush. Brittany called all the 5 patients by name in the waiting room regarding where they were next in line. And since I came in last, she just looked at me and asked if I wanted to go on the roller bed. I said sure, and as we're walking to the roller bed- I told her my name. She didn't respond and just set the roller on for me. She later called my name but said it wrong anyways. The adjustment itself was good and relieving. But I wouldn't come back anymore. They probably don't see a lot of Non-white, Asian American folks coming through for care. If you're afraid to pronounce the name, it doesn't hurt to ask. It's spelt in Plain English. Don't just talk and stare at me like I know you're talking to me. The equipment looks old and outdated. I understand equipment is expensive but she definitely needs a new chiro bed. It has duct tape taped over the ripped patches. Plus the waiting area is pretty small, so it gets crowded when it's busy - and no one wears masks either. Being pregnant, I'm extra cautious now. read more

If you are practicing social distancing and believe there is a health pandemic then you should stay away from this medical office. As a new patient I was Not informed by the doctor that booked my appointment that no one in this office wears a mask. When I asked the person checking me in if the doctor or patients wore masks I was told "we don't wear masks in this office". When I told her that I would need to find another chiropractic office she replied "that's fine" then held up my intake paperwork and ripped it up, in my face, with a big smile. Very disappointing, very concerning and DO NOT recommend this medical practice. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Simon for over a decade. Her professional, down to earth demeanor puts anyone at ease. She helped me initially with an old injury from a car accident and another caused by another Chiropractor then through 2 pregnancies and another car accident. I no longer have sciatica, pain or tingling in my feet, she has helped with headaches, acid reflux and horrible back pain. She even helped my newborn who was having multiple issues from the way she was born. My child started sleeping and seeming less agitated... now she's a healthy 12 year old. My kids have always seen Dr. Simon after their normal childhood bumps and bruises. She keeps a very clean office, they're disinfecting between patients, there is sanitizer at the counter, a sink with soap and water if needed. I trust her and her staff completely. read more

Tracy Simon is amazing! I had back pain for more than a year, I was seeing a spine specialist with no relief, I decided that I needed to try a chiropractor against my "specialist" opinion, 3 visits later I was out of pain. Fast forward I hurt my shoulder, going to pt, and my neck really started to bother me, causing terrible head aches. I made an appointment, after one adjustment I am 80% better, no headache since! I came in with very bad back and neck pain. I have had prior spinal fusion and am hesitant to let anyone work on my lower back. This office was very friendly and even helpful with connecting with my medical provider for coverage. I was so locked up that it usually take 5 weeks for the back spams to stop and for me to regain full range of motion again. Dr. Simon was very confident in manipulating my entire spine. Tracy is a pain stopping magician!! I've been going to see her for years unfortunately always when in pain but she always is able to make time even when I haven't made an appointment. Yesterday my husband was in agony I called Tracy and they had just closed but she waited for us to get there and fixed him up! You don't see customer service at that level anymore! Simon chiropractic was great basic adjustment for under $39 per visit. Until I had an accident that involved insurance, then my basic adjustment with no real change in the adjustment (neck, back, right,and left hip.) went to $125. A $3,000 bill instead went up to almost $8,000. If it involves insurance, beware of maximum billing!!! I was told by simon chiropractic not to worry about, becouse it was an insurance case.
