My initial thought when visiting Dr. Zach was that I didn't need a chiropractor but as my body started to show the pain I knew I needed adjustments and stretches to help me on my journey to recovery. I know I've missed a few appointments and for that I could feel my body telling me that missing those appointments was a huge mistake. The lobby area is clean. They offer water bottles while you wait as well as an option for a massage chair and body wave massage. While waiting, the receptionists were all very friendly and kind. It was a great vibe to see everyone working together. Dr Zach was awesome. There was a moment were he did go on paternity leave however he was able to find someone to substitute for his appointments - and with confidence he said that he knows the person that would fill in is just as qualified - if not more so I felt at ease when he was away. There was a moment were my hip join and leg was really hurting and Dr Zach referred me to his massage therapist Fattima. She was wonderful! It's nothing like going to a everyday massage parlor.
