Wow! Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Pazdel and his staff. I was referred by a family member who was also referred by a family member (go figure) and we all agree his touch is magic! It's been some time (6months+) since I'd last been adjusted but I called and they were able to fit me in same day, within a matter of hours. Wonderful experience. read more

I have been in chronic pain for almost a year, just this year I received a cancer diagnosis, various surgeries and multiple treatments... however, my team of doctors was nowhere near finding a solution for my chronic pain. After just one visit, Dr. Pazdel provided me with immense relief. I left my second visit today, emotional. After almost a year of pain, I never would've thought that I was ever going to get any relief from this pain. He listened in detail to all of my symptoms and was not dismissive whatsoever. He is a true master at his practice. read more

I've been coming weekly for about 2 months now and let me tell you, what a difference it has made! They accept Kaiser as well as other forms of insurance, so make sure you check your insurance coverage to see if chiropractic care is covered. If so, it might just cost your co-pay! The first appointment will be your longest one, about half an hour. It's longer because you'll meet with the doc to go over your needs, your medical history, etc. All appointments after are super fast, about 10 min. Dr. Pazdel offers a hydraulic table so no need to hop on and off a table to lay down. Instead you'll stand on the hydraulics and the mechanics will recline you, easy peasy. He warms up the muscles with a heated pad and then softly kneads your back to get things loose. Then he works his magic and cracks your back, and then flips you over to crack your neck. It sounds intense but it's sooooo relieving and I feel amazing after each visit. You'll end the visit with a quick nap on his electric massage table. JK, it doesn't go on that long but I wish it did. I could literally fall asleep on that table. This man is magic!! If you go, let him know Stephanie Liew sent you read more

Dr. Pazdel is the best Chiropractor in town and in Solano County! I have been a patient of his since February and He has done wonders for me! I've gone several different Chiropractors and they are no where as good as he is. He has the magic touch!! I love how he applies a warm pad on my back bwfore he starts. He also applies pressure to certain areas to release tension and the goes in and adjusts everything. Treatment is finished off with a rolling massage bed and its just perfect! His staff are also wonderful and welcoming! read more

Do not even waste your time calling, I made that mistake, and they told me come on in we have room for you, O until I said I had insurance, then Low & behold while on the same call I was told Sorry the soonest we can see you is next week. I told them I am in sever pain, but that does not matter.. MONEY comes 1st NOT the patient So I go from having an Appointment (CASH) to Sorry your not welcome here (Ins) all in the space of a Minute. read more

Cannot speak to the actual treatment as we didn't get that far. 2 stars since they were kind with rescheduling the initial time. When I was coming to my appointment I received a call as I was about to leave, asked me if I was still coming to my scheduled appt and I said yes I am on my way getting in the car now I live only 10 minutes away. They said okay. I get there 5 minutes early, and the front office lady says so we'll need to reschedule would you like to paperwork now or take it home to bring with you next time since you didn't get here early enough to do it today. I'm immediately upset not at the being rescheduled, but at the idea that I was on the phone and communicated I hadn't left yet and they didn't tell me then that we'd reschedule and save me a trip. The lady was very rude and said "Well I told you in the voicemail" and I said so why would you not tell me when you did get me on the phone? Expressed that I thought it was rude and wanted an apology for that, and then the chiropractor comes out "So have you never been to a dentist before?" No one wanted to acknowledge that it's incredibly frustrating to drive somewhere all the way just to be told we have to reschedule when there was an opportunity to tell me before I even got in office. I work in customer service and it was very poor client de-escalation and consideration for the overall client experience. It sounds like they provide good treatment, but keep in mind their attitudes in the event a hiccup ever happens, which are normal but how you handle it is everything! read more

Dr. Pazdel and his team are excellent! Dr. Pazdel was recommended to me while I was practically standing up while eating at a local diner by a server who had went to him in the past. A little background on me, I woke up with unbearable pain and despite having dual medical coverage, had to jump through hoops to get an MRI. I had seen five other chiropractors before Dr. Pazdel and my confidence in chiropractors was close to none, Dr. Pazdel was my last chance of hope. Within the first visit, Dr. Pazdel told me that I most likely had a herniated disc. A couple weeks later, my MRI scan confirmed Dr. Pazdel's predictions. Dr. Pazdel is patient, understanding, and experienced. It has now been six months since my disc herniation and I can walk, sit, and sleep now, which I could not do so in the past. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is dealing with pain. Dr. Pazdel saved me from having surgery! Thank you Dr. Pazdel! read more

Service is great and professional including the staff. Worth coming back for maintenance service!

You are not just a number when you are a patient here. I highly recommend Dr. Pazdel whether you are in need of treatment for serious issues such as herniated disks or TMJ. We seen practically every chiropractor in the 707 area... and before giving up - we decided to give Dr. Pazdel a shot (two emergency room visits , multiple physical therapy referrals, and multiple spine surgeons pressures to jump into surgery later - including recommendations to stay away from chiropractors due to the severity of my family members condition). Long story short, we have been patients for about 6 months now and my family member has experienced a great deal of healing - without the spinal surgery!! There is hope - call Dr. Pazdel! read more

Dr. Pazdel literally restored my sanity after having been treated as a hypochondriac by my own physician when I complained of pain in my shoulders, neck, upper and lower back. I endured test after test and was dismissed with "there is nothing wrong with you". I wasn't sleeping at night due to pain and discomfort, irritable, and anxious. Dr. Pazdel was my only hope, and he came thru as my knight and shining armor as he listened to me with initial assessment, and commenced to adjusting. I was completely out of line due to heavy lifting and on my feet all day working. I cannot express how grateful I am that I found him. After that first visit my pain was gone. He possesses excellent bed side manners, presents with expert knowledge of the body and will NOT treat anyone like they are crazy. I would recommend Dr. Pazdel to anyone who has been wrote off with no hope of managing their aches, pain, and a whole host of malaise that can occur from just needing a simple adjustment. He truly cares. His staff is incredible as well. Treated me like a family member, never a patient! read more
