I've lived in Lancaster for 10 years. Despite driving by from time to time I'd not been inside. But a friend from out of town found this location and wanted to go so we went. The restaurant is really lovely inside. Much different than the outside suggests. It's lovely inside. A bit romantic. Service was great. The food seemed fresh and tasty. Our only negative comment was that all the various rolls we ordered were all just slammed together on one plate-- so not the most appetizing look. So we missed a little bit more presentation. But I'd definitely go again!

Lychee cocktail

My fiance & I came here for dinner on Thanksgiving as our family was out of town & it was one of the few places in Lancaster open to a decent time. The staff was friendly & attentive, the place was clean, and had a nice atmosphere. My partner & I both ordered the lychee cocktail. I like my drinks strong, but it was too strong for me. I couldn't taste anything other than gin, and I found it a bit disappointing. My partner & I ordered several different types of sushi as well as the lo mein with chicken. The sushi was fantastic! My favorite was the Angel Maki roll. Sadly the lo mein had little flavor & was more oily than anything. There were also very few vegetables for the amount of noodles that were given. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but it was just okay. There are a lot of other really fantastic Asian restaurants around Lancaster & I don't think I'll be back. Not worth it in my personal opinion.

Beef Japchae

It has been quite some time since I have been here and, to be honest, for no good reason. I decided to order takeout this week and ended up getting Kung Pao Chicken for lunch. As usual,I asked for my dish to be spicy. They prepared it spicy to my specifications, which I appreciated. I noticed, upon entering the restaurant to pick up my food, that they had a dry erase board inside highlighting several Korean dishes that they offered. I am glad that I saw this because their website menu did not show these dishes as available options. I really wanted to make sure that I can come back to try some of these Korean dishes and kept thinking to myself on my way back to the office that I hoped the food I ordered today was good. I did end up returning and this time I dined in and ordered their japchae. It came out and I was pleased with the dish and the waitress was friendly and helpful. I ended up calling a third time to order take out again after noticing they had a Kung Pao lo mein option on their menu. This is an item that I certainly have never seen before but combined two of my favorite dishes so I needed to try it. Again, I ordered it spicy and it delivered. I have 'rediscovered' this restaurant and plan on going back to try some more of their Korean options.

Beautifully prepared. I brought my own trays to make the evening more special.

Catered a sushi party for 14! Extremely freshly prepared. Owner couldn't have done enough to make our evening perfect. Apps and 4 large sushi platters . Amazing night!!!

This place doesn't look like much on the outside. The inside is actually decent. The service was too notch and impeccable. The hot appetizers we ordered came out very quickly. Spring rolls, crab Rangoon, pot stickers, were al excellent. The sushi we ordered was fresh and tremendous. I will defiantly return. My family had a great experience.

Quite possibly the worst sushi I've ever had. I also go potstickers and they were gooey and tasteless. Never again.

I can't remember the last time I was so happy with a meal. My friends and I called at 5pm and…read moreluckily we were able to snag a last minute table. It's a small space- very intimate and romantic. The staff was lovely throughout the entire evening. We ordered the duck pate, octopus, and croquettes to start. I can't remember the names of all the entrees but it hardly matters because everything was delicious. Whoever thinks french food can be boring needs to come here. It's BYO which is always a plus and it was surprisingly affordable, especially considering the quality of the food. I'd go back to Lancaster just to eat here again.

The server was very friendly and kind, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although she did…read morecheck-in with us regarding our appetizer, she was too preoccupied to check-in regarding our entree, due to her being the only staff in the dining area catering to 4 different tables; understandable but didn't leave us the opportunity to address our issues with the entree (which will be highlighted below) until we paid for our bill and came across someone else by happenstance. The aesthetics were elegant and on the dimmer side, especially if you're seating at the corner tables away from the light, we recommend sitting closer to the light or by the entrance if there's still light out. We really loved the crab croquettes appetizer, which had a perfectly crispy exterior that complimented perfectly with the moist interior mixture of potato and crab that paired very well with the aioli. The crispy potato that accompanied the NY strip was perfectly balanced as well, with the crispiest exterior that I ever had with a potato dish! Unfortunately that was the highlight to the entire dish, for the strip was extremely lean without any fat or marbling to help balance out the leanness of the steak (which is evident in the attached photos below). Usually a NY strip, even if grass fed, would still have a strip of fat on the outer layer, but ours did not have any at all, which you can see from all slices we've made. We weren't hoping for ribeye-quality fats at all, but just one that wasn't completely lean. The creamed spinach was also quite bitter and watery, which definitely diluted its creaminess unfortunately; you can see from the photo the wateriness in the creamed spinach where the cream began separating. We love their menu and the restaurant's elegant vibe, as well as how beautifully the food was presented, but unfortunately we were left disappointed by our main entree. I highly recommend their crab croquettes so please give that a try if you can, I promise you won't regret it! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

Maybe more, I just can't remember when he worked while in Lancaster. It's been too long. Every time I had tried to come check this place out, they were closed. Do, definitely check out their hours before coming here. I just so happened to be in Lancaster during the week and swung by. The place is nondescript and kind of a hidden spot. It's quite reminiscent of an old pub when walking in. It's quiet. But it's a good spot to have lunch with a coworker. This is what I saw when I got here - a bunch of people eating lunch with their coworkers. I grabbed a salad and asked for all the veggies and the chili garlic sauce. It was delicious! I wasn't planning on eating lunch that day, but I didn't want to lose another chance of trying this place. I finished the salad. The sauce had a bit of horseradish or wasabi in it. There was a kick to it. It was a nice surprise. I had to eat quickly because it was about to downpour. I asked for a lid and they offered a bag for me, but I didn't take it. I just needed to run to my car quick. There is a parking garage two blocks north infront of the Hamilton Watch store. It's $2 to park for an hour. Would I come back again? Yes, I would. I would want to try their other options too. That sauce got me hooked.

I would highly recommend the Osaka roll but keep in mind it does have peanuts in it. Also loved the Fire Ice Roll.. it was warm and had yummy cream cheese in it. The people with me really liked the TNT Roll.. it was deep fried and very crunchy and all the flavors came together to make it a great mouthful. The sweet and sour chicken was served up warm and deconstructed which we liked because you can put the sauce on as heavy as you want. They gave us a generous portion size. I would definitely return if I was in town again.

I couldn't fight the sushi craving though so we relented and stopped in on the recommendation of a friend who's a regular here on con weekend. I had a basic combo of California roll, Salmon roll, and tuna roll with salad and husband had a Philly Roll and Eel Roll. Another home run! Sushi was fresh and delicious. Prepared in a good amount of time. We called an order in and in less than 30 min we had our food. Impressive again since this is a pretty popular stop during the weekend.
