An absolutely incredible and relaxing experience. We got the Diamond service (120 min) and it exceeded my already high expectations. I love Halloween and mostly went bc I saw videos on the limited time spooky head spa experience, but it was so much more than spooky! The salon itself is pristine - sparkly clean, organized and feels pretty new. They bring you in and give you a satin wrap and a satin robe, plus a locker with a key for your things. The scalp, face, neck, shoulder and foot massages were phenomenal. I kept saying to myself, don't relax too much and fall asleep bc it felt so lovely. Everything smelled so good, and all the scalp and hair treatments were soothing. You also get a face massage plus red light therapy. There's more: an herbal ball arm massage. Prior to the foot massage they soak your feet in warm wax. You also get gua sha facial and ice cold face roller. After all the head pampering, the ladies dry and style your hair and finish off with some water and treats. Best 2 hours of my Halloween month! Best of all, at the end they show you all the videos and pics they took of your experience while you were getting pampered. Highly recommend and can't wait to go again with more girlfriends! It was a very quiet and peaceful evening at Blue Moon Spa. The lighting was soft, dark and smelled wonderful inside. There was a waterfall and soft music playing and I did the Diamond package. Nicky was my technician and she was amazing. She made a very relaxing experience, peaceful and very mindful of my comfort. My experience came with a mini facial which left my skin so soft and calm. Mimi performed my service today. I opted for the Platinum package and added the foot massage. Mimi hands are amazing. She was attentive to my needs. Treated me very special. Made sure I was ok at each change in process and to my surprise, recorded my session. I was considering doing it myself, but I wanted to be in for the full experience and decided not to record. I must add, I was a bit nervous as I was unsure of their experience with African American clientele, but she did an amazing job, even down to my hair. I will be coming back. So many techniques from facial massage to paraffin wax for your feet...everything was delightful. My hair feels so clean and pampered. The spa is very clean and welcoming. You get an elastic-banded robe that is silky and comfortable that is like a sleeveless dress. Located in the Sater Brothers shopping center, so a little tricky to find. Such a great experience! I had Anna take care of me this weekend and she was amazing! She has such great attention to detail, and every step of the process felt thoughtful and polished. Since your eyes are closed for most of the experience and there isn't a lot of talking, I really appreciated how Anna guided me through the whole session with silent gentle cues. I left feeling so relaxed and taken care of. I also have curly hair and I was surprised to see they had mousse and hair oil at the mirrors for the blow dry step at the end! I told Anna that I was going to wear my hair curly and she used the wide tooth comb, the mouse, did some finger curling, and used the diffuser!! :) As someone with curly hair, it was so reassuring they knew what to do. Most head spas will blow dry curly hair and you leave looking crazy. I'm glad this place knows how to handle other hair types!! read more

Really loved Ruby. She was truly the best and I loved her service. I upgraded to the Diamond package and was pleased with the service I received- if I go back I'm definitely asking for Ruby again. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it can be a little noisy when people finish and get blow dried and start talking. Also the reception area gets a little noisy too. I think because the spa is small and customers are not always as considerate of others having their experience -this could be a challenge. Overall- it was worth the price. read more

As a head spa connoisseur, I truly believe it should be an essential part of any skincare routine--after all, the skin on your scalp is just as important as the skin on your face. The team here was incredibly kind, not only to me but also to my elderly mother. I really appreciated how gentle and attentive they were with her. I got the Diamond package, and it was absolutely worth it. It felt like a perfect combination of a massage, facial, spa treatment, blowout, and deep cleansing hair wash--all in one. My hair was left unbelievably soft and in such great condition, which was much needed after all the bad air from the fires. My scalp had been dry and flaky, and this treatment helped tremendously. Annie took care of me, and she was incredibly skilled. You can choose the pressure level for your massage and hair wash--of course, I asked for the strongest! I wanted a true acupressure experience, and it was so relaxing that I slept like a baby that night. Highly recommend! They're currently offering 20% off all services, so now's the perfect time to try it. I've been to many head spas, but this one was definitely worth the drive. read more

My girlfriend brought me here as a gift for Valentine's Day - I've never been to a headspa before, and it was an amazing experience! She got us the Couples Valentines Soecial, which was $350 for the both of us. You get brought into a room with just you and your S/O and of course your masseuses. Jenny and Anna were fantastic, and I was honestly sent to another world. It was two hours long, so make sure you go to the bathroom beforehand. There was a short wait since there's only one changing room, but it wasn't a big deal. I booked the Diamond Package and was introduced to Ruby, my technician. this is a lovely spa experience. i got the $175 package? comes with massage, mini facial, ear and neck washing. the technician really takes care of you from start to finish. my hair felt very clean and lightweight. the only cons that i have are you pay before you start. ok whatever. have a cash tip or pay them with zelle/venmo. also some people got shopping bags and i didnt. im not sure if that was the expensive package or not. they wont let u take pics. (im not sure why?) your attendant can can pics for you. i would have liked it if the had the mircosope/camera to look at your scalp. they give u a water bottle/grapes/biscoff cookies when shes doing your hair. i really didnt wanna spend like $200 but hey thats what spa days cost if you want to be relaxed come here. read more

Amazing experience! I was little skeptical driving up, as it's in a very average strip mall. But once you walk inside it's incredibly serene and relaxing. I did the 90 minute head massage package and my boyfriend did the 60 minute package. We both loved it and will be back. I made reservation for the Diamond Glow Facial 2 weeks before for Monday at 4 pm and requested Olga based off reviews. I received a reminder text the morning of and sent my confirmation text back. I arrived 15 minutes early and was greeted by Olga. She was extremely nice and told me what the Diamond Glow Facial included which was the microdermabrasion, light peel, facial massage, etc. all about 60 mins. Tip: Do not wear a necklace because they really massage your neck and chest. The massage was awesome. It was not half-assed at all!! She took her time, went into my shoulders, upper back and scalp. I've had a microdermabrasions before so I knew the process. The light peel...never done any peels before but Olga said no downtime and just to moisturize often. Didn't feel anything crazy at the time of the facial. So, we shall see. The whole experience was so relaxing and comfortable. I like that at the end that there were no sales pitch and no pushing me to buy any products. It was more of hope you enjoyed it and will come back for more. Which, I will. My face was smooth and glowing at the end. They have so many facial options for a good price.

Booking was easy on the website and all their services have a good description to determine what best fits your needs. I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and for that you need to call in. They send you a text reminder, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. She listened to my skin concerns and tailored the products for my face. Throughout my appointment, she explained each step of the facial. At one point I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. We started off with a heated eye mask and scalp massage, followed by a face and neck massage, leg massage, and then a thorough double cleanse and conditioner. Once the massage and washing were over, we were treated to some cute snacks, followed my a thorough drying and even light styling of hair with Dyson hair dryers. I've been to a different place where she went so hard, I felt it the next day and it was amazing. Here... I felt nothing but just a bunch of light touches. I also understand I have a lot of hair and know that it takes a while to blow dry. I left with damp hair and will have to finish up drying my hair at home. For a place that advertises making your hair soft and silky, my hair disagrees with that. So it was $189, $35 for the add-on - so $224. Was it worth the $224 and tip? Not really - I can name a different location I went to last week that was cheaper, applied better pressure with the massage, and fully dried my hair. Would I ultimately recommend this place? No. I live quite literally across the street and really wished this was a place I can be a regular at but I'd rather take the drive elsewhere. Were the ladies there nice? Yes. Was the tea they give you at the end delicious? Yes. Was the ambiance or vibe nice? Sure. But if you do go - please do not do any add-ons.
