While that was an unwelcome surprise, I felt extremely fortunate that Corneliu was the one who discovered and ultimately fixed the problem. This issue was neglected by another contractor who had done siding work previously for me. Corneliu fixed everything the RIGHT WAY at a very fair price and worked as late as 7:30pm, long after the sun had gone down, to ensure everything was done before the next storm rolled in. I'll be hiring Corneliu for a bathroom remodel later this year and anything else that may come up!

We wanted a door installed in the interior of our home. Cornel arrived, measured the space, explained the different styles, asking what we'd like. Then he went to the hardware store himself, took photos of all of the options that fit our criteria, and texted us the options so we could choose, saving me time from having to go to the store myself. He also went above and beyond by offering to fix the opposite side of the door frame, which was ugly before the project started. We didn't even think it was an option to fix that. Cornel installed the door, painted it, and fixed the trim on both sides, on the same day. The final result is absolutely perfect. It's beautiful, and the quality is stellar. We will certainly be using Smart Construction again in the future for home projects that we can't do ourselves.

We first learned about Wise Choice through Yelp, and although we were initially nervous about choosing a contractor for such a large job (they gave us the best estimate, by far!) without a personal recommendation, we couldn't be happier with our decision. They were great to work with throughout the entire process, from architectural and engineering plans, permitting, and the actual construction. The project manager, Sergiy, and foreman, Bogdan, were very honest, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. The project was completed pretty much on budget (with only a couple of unforeseen issues outside of their control) and on time. We love the results, and several people have commented that the addition looks like it should have been there all along. We can't recommend Wise Choice highly enough!

So when it came time to remodel our downstairs bathroom, we didn't hesitate to call him again. From the start, the demolition was done with incredible care and attention to detail. Dmitriy and his team then built a walk-in shower completely from scratch -- we didn't even use a pre-made one! Their precision and craftsmanship are truly amazing. They worked hard, starting early every morning and continuing through the late afternoon -- non-stop. They kept everything clean and organized each day, never leaving a mess, and were mindful not to block walkways. Everything was completed right on schedule. These guys are fantastic, I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review…read more We had a pipe leak in a bathroom wall which caused all kinds of damage to our floors, walls, and crawl space. We contacted Chaz and Jeannette after both the contractor and flood mitigation companies recommended by our insurance company dropped the ball. Titaan came in and fixed the mess left by those companies and the pipe leak. They refloored our entire bottom level, remodeled the bathroom, had custom stair treads made, and stayed in touch with our insurance company. Most importantly, they finished the job before our Christmas Eve party. I almost wish we could have another pipe leak so we could have them back to remodel another bathroom. Seriously, they do great work. At the very least, call them out for an estimate. They have excellent communication as well, we knew what was happening at every phase of the project.

Our home experienced a major leak in our main shower which then led to the guest bathroom and the bathroom below. We were panicked and searched for contractors immediately. We took our time getting multiple quotes but felt that Chaz and Jeanette were the best match for us. We immediately felt comfortable with them and felt they really listened to what we needed/wanted. The communication was awesome and they always kept us up to date about things or when they would be arriving. They always arrived first thing in the morning, unless otherwise stated. This was our first "remodel" and felt that they really helped us through the entire process and didn't make us feel "dumb" in any sort of way. Jeanette even helped us with the design aspect and gave her opinion when we asked for help. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to designing my home and they were so SO patient with us and just kept telling us that they wanted what we wanted. We highly recommend them and can't say enough positive things about them! They even worked extra to help us complete our project before Thanksgiving because they knew we were hosting a ton of people. That right there proves how much they care about their customers. They are super trustworthy and we felt 100% comfortable with them at the house when we were unable to be or even on vacation. They also got to know our dogs and I thought that was a special touch. We even got a little video at the end of our project to show us what it was like before and the finished product! Anytime we show people our bathrooms they are amazed and also extremely jealous :). They did a wonderful job and we hope we get to work with them in the future!
