From the moment I walked into the showroom, Liad, Lily, and Ruby made me feel genuinely welcomed. The showroom was beautiful, and Liad patiently walked me through all of the cabinet options. He really knew his stuff and had excellent ideas for improving the kitchen layout. Before I left, he gave me an incredibly reasonable quote that made the decision easy. I have also been extremely impressed by the quality of the cabinets. They feel sturdy and well made, the finish is beautiful, and they offer excellent quality for the price. Although these are RTA cabinets, you would never know it from the finished result. Liad worked closely with his recommended installer, Arturo, to make everything look and feel completely custom. They crafted a beautiful range hood, customized a broom closet to fit our needs, and the included cabinet accessories that were such a nice (and useful!) added touch. The team quickly created 3D renderings and remained patient and responsive through the many changes I made along the way. Our entertainment center was a custom design, and it turned out even better than I imagined. When I was finally ready to place the order, Liad worked his magic to get everything delivered quickly and keep the project moving. Arturo was also wonderful to work with. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions and requests--and there were many! His team's craftsmanship and attention to detail made such a difference in the final result. From the very beginning, the design process was smooth and inspiring. The 3-D renderings and final results turned out shockingly close to what we had envisioned--such a great feeling to see our ideas come to life so accurately. During the measurement stage, the Wholesale Cabinets team came out in person, carefully calculated dimensions, and even accommodated my request to include cabinetry beyond the kitchen. In total, we ended up with kitchen cabinets, fireplace cabinetry for two desk,a pantry cabinets, laundry room cabinets, and linen storage. Their willingness to adapt to our scope really stood out. Fitment We chose assembly (but not installation), and the cabinets arrived and was assembled on-site- ready for my GC to install. Overall, I'd say fitment was about 95%, which is excellent. A few minor adjustments were needed, especially around appliance areas like the microwave, cooktop, and built-in oven--but nothing overly complex or unexpected. Everywhere else, the cabinets fit beautifully with little to no modification, which made the process much smoother. Quality The blue finish is stunning, and the cabinets look and feel high-quality. With the hardware, the look really pops. Each piece felt durable in hand--not flimsy or brittle at all. Even after handling them a bit roughly during installation, they showed little to no scratching. That gave me confidence that these cabinets will hold up well over time. Customer Support I ended up needing customer support more often than expected, but every interaction was positive. Responses always came quickly--usually within the same day--and each issue was met with a solution that went above and beyond what I expected. At times, I even received text updates, which I truly appreciated. Yes, a couple of delivery dates had to be shifted, but honestly, for a three-month project, waiting a few extra days wasn't a dealbreaker. In fact, the consistent communication helped make those delays much easier to accept. Overall My project isn't completely finished yet, but I can already say I'm thrilled with the results. The cabinets look amazing, the quality is solid, and the customer service has been dependable and supportive. The job took a bit of time to complete because the installer only works half days, but I easily overlooked that because I cared more that the job was done right. After completion I realized the cabinet face frames were not covered in any laminate material. They were left bare leaving the wood exposed and prone to damage. When I finally got in contact with Lynn (first I messaged Tom and I believe Glen(?) with no response) she stated that face frames are considered a part of the interior cabinet which is not included in their refacing process and that the refacing only includes exterior surfaces. My question is, If this was not included in the process, then why remove the old face frame material, only to leave the wood bare. If refacing the frame was not included, then don't remove what is currently there, especially if the cabinets are being refaced the same color. Furthermore, the old face frames on those particular cabinets were still in good condition. This makes no sense to me and I simply cannot recommend this company with such lack of morality and care.

I hired them to install a waterfall-style counter back in June 2021. Barely a year later, the waterfall cracked for no clear reason. They came out again in July 2022 to repair it, but the job was subpar. I noticed that between the waterfall backing and the side of the cabinet. It wasn't flush at all. Which I'm assuming that it allowed the water fall to slide inward more than 90 degrees, thus putting strain at the joint. But I am not a professional installer. It took them until August 22, 2022, to actually address this crack and I was assured the issue wouldn't happen again, however nothing was done to fill the gap with sub board to prevent inward movement of the granite. Unfortunately, it did again crack. A third crack appeared on April 22, 2023. I reached out multiple times via email and phone, only to be completely ignored. No callbacks, no emails, nothing from their receptionist or customer service team. Then, in May 2025 -- the worst-case scenario happened -- the waterfall slab literally fell off the counter. It nearly injured my child, grazing his arm as it collapsed. This wasn't just poor workmanship; it was dangerous. I've given them multiple chances over the years to make this right, but the lack of accountability and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone if this is still their current practice and to avoid at all costs.

Presented different alternative options, but we finally decided on the same brand (Bisazza, Italy) but 2 different colors. He then gave us 2 packages of these small tiles, since my wife was not able to drive to La Jolla. Which made our decision process (especially for my wife, you know women are very picky to all that stuff :) ) much easier. My husband walked through the process with the templator and was never informed of where the seams would be placed. The template showed no seams and a solid piece of quartz. At the installation though, we had two seams. I pushed back and requested a reinstall of one of the larger pieces so that it reduced the number of seams from 2 to 1. After some back and forth, we got it installed. I wish the templator made it clear what we were getting and to provide us an opportunity to change it rather than being surprised the day of. Communication with Rebecca at CCM was really clear. She set expectations about what the reinstall would look like, clarified with us that in order to make it one piece it would have to be curved (& not at 90 degree angles). We approved of that, and it turned out great. So happy to have worked with Rebecca and happy that CCM made it right.

Ours was through Home Depot, and this review is based on that experience, which was NOT a good one. For starters, California Crafted Marble was supposed to contact me once everything was ordered through Home Depot. After 4 weeks, they had still not called or emailed, and so I had to initiate the process. This general lack of care on their part continued throughout. I had the unfortunate experience of being forced to work with a representative named Lorenzo. I had a number of specific questions about the job, in regard to scheduling and about the installation itself. Without exception, I found him to be rude, almost always condescending in his tone, and on several occasions, he lied to me outright about a number of important details. Any time I'd ask him any sort of direct question, he would invariably obfuscate and be as unspecific and vague as possible. I was genuinely baffled by this behavior, and yet it lasted throughout the entire experience from beginning to end. There were a number of attempts to bait-and-switch with new charges early on that were never part of the original quote, and that only added to my frustration. My experience with the measure tech was fine as was the final installation, however there were issues with the materials as they were prepped. In the one corner where two pieces are supposed to be cut such that the pattern flows seamlessly, the measurement/cut was/is off by 1/4". Similarly, the hole for the faucet was also off by the same amount - 1/4". Because we kept the original plywood from our previous counter, the location of the hole was important, but because the hole was off, we had to bore out the hole wider than the faucet which then required that I create an additional reinforcement piece underneath before it could be installed. Could we have rejected the materials for being cut incorrectly? Sure, but that would have started the clock all over, we would have had to wait an additional 4 weeks and I would have been forced to continue working with Lorenzo. The thought of that was unacceptable to me. In addition, there would be no guarantee that the pieces would be properly cut a second time. Perhaps other representatives at California Crafted Marble are more pleasant to work with, but if your job is through Home Depot, you might want to think twice.
