Starting with the initial consultation, they were helpful but not pushy and even started providing initial designs before we signed anything..They were even able to accommodate us, to complete half the project while we were out of town, so we didn't have to go without a kitchen for long! Most importantly, the kitchen came out even better than we expected and on budget! As long as you plan ahead with all your selections, this team will deliver!

Unfortunately, things began to fall apart shortly before finalizing my cabinet order. My final renderings were never properly completed. One entire room was missing from the plans, and major updates that were requested - including switching from frameless to framed cabinets (which affects cabinet sizing) - were never reflected in the drawings. It became very difficult to get in touch with anyone to finalize the order or receive updated plans. Eventually I went into the store in person, where Liad offered to "fix and finalize" everything on the spot. He manually drew out the new layout and entered the order on his phone, assuring us he was taking care of everything. However, no formal layout, purchase order, item list, cabinet sizes, or updated renderings were ever provided. I was told we could rely on the existing renderings and that getting formal updates from the designers would take too long. After paying, we heard nothing until my contractor informed me that cabinet boxes were being delivered. The delivery arrived without any paperwork, purchase order, or layout for my contractor and cabinet installer to reference. Once installation began, we discovered multiple issues: missing items, incorrect cabinet sizes, missing panels, and accessories that were the wrong size. Trying to resolve these problems was extremely frustrating. It was again difficult to reach Liad until we went back into the store. He repeatedly asked us to provide a list of what needed to be fixed, but that was difficult because we were never given a purchase order or layout showing what was actually ordered. What stood out most was the change in demeanor. Conversations that were initially helpful became defensive and dismissive. At one point he even questioned whether our installers "knew what they were doing," and suggested modifying cabinets to make incorrectly sized accessories fit instead of addressing the ordering mistakes. At this point I have had to purchase replacement panels, shelves, and accessories out of pocket from another cabinet store just to keep the project moving. Both my contractor and cabinet installer -- as well as staff at the other cabinet supplier -- were shocked by the experience and confirmed that this is not how a cabinet ordering process should work. My advice if you choose to work with this company is to triple-check everything and get all documentation in writing before paying. Make sure you receive final drawings, a purchase order, item numbers, and cabinet dimensions. It's unfortunate to have such a stressful experience during what should be an exciting part of a home remodel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. There are many other cabinet suppliers that provide clearer communication and proper documentation.

The company under this new upper management only cares about collecting their payments, not about quality work and customer service. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND BE HAPPY WITH YOUR KITCHEN!!! I contracted with them to reface my kitchen, and I have the following issues: * The cabinets do not match the bases. They even agreed with me and asked me for a paint bid, but then decided that they do match. * The laminate on the bases is already delaminating and it hasn't been a year, in some cases hasn't even been a month * Poor quality parts were knowingly used for warranty work, which resulted in them telling me they would need to come back before they ever even finished. At this point, I think the poor quality workmanship and use of broken materials is intentional. Additionally, they make it very difficult to get work done in the afternoon, as they state they only work until noon. See attached: Statement of information that details the change in management that took place January 2025 Screen Shot from CSLB License Board detailing that their license (639021) is subject to cancellation if a new qualifying person is not replaced by 4/2/25. Screen shots of emails for them requesting a paint bid and then stating that everything matches. Text messages with the now CEO and CFO detailing that installers only work 5 am to noon. Picture of the mismatch from the cabinet to the base with THEIR sample that also shows that the laminate doesn't go all the way to the top of the base. Picture of delaminating base.

We followed up with a visit to the store 2 weeks later where we chose a slab for the countertops as well as the specific cabinets (both material and design) that we wanted. Martha has been our Design Consultant with the occasional assistance of Angel who has also been great. After some delays during the Christmas Holidays, the materials were delivered and installed. The installers, Ricardo, Tom, Girardo and others did a very good job. We opted for outside fabrication which cut down on much of the dust. The price was reasonable. The store also carries flooring and cabinet accessories. We put the home on the market and prospective owners are very pleased with the new updates. Long story short, we highly recommend PreFab Granite Depot for new kitchens and bathrooms.!!

How could they let a warped slab like this out for install ? The installers told us that Granite Depot knew that it was warped, the installers knew it as well. This slab was stored vertically in a bin separate from all the others like they had been trying to get rid of it. It had several strips of green tape attached that we were told indicated "cracks". We were told that with our measurements they could work around them. After many, many unanswered phone calls we eventually got the owner to come see for himself. He said "Ya, it's really warped" "like a potato chip". They finally offered to replace that slab, but after spending a week vacuuming and dusting our home after the first install we said they should compensate us for the warped slab instead. (The installers cut out the openings for the stove and sink IN OUR KITCHEN and used a little vacuum with no attachments that did very little). Granite Depot said " Well, we already discounted the slab. NO, they discount the slab because it was cracked, not because it was warped. They refuse to budge.

They have GREAT selection of very high quality and expensive materials very hard to find in other places. I got recommendation to Terence by our interior designer Peggy Dupuis to review some Italian mosaic for our spa. We never met before, so I asked Terence if it's possible to meet on weekend, because I'm working every day and driving from OC to La Jolla is pretty time consuming. They are not working, but he agreed to meet in person on any day of the weekend to accommodate our request! When we came in he was prepared with all materials we pre-selected (through internet photos), he helped me check them outside (under sun) and inside in low light. Presented different alternative options, but we finally decided on the same brand (Bisazza, Italy) but 2 different colors. He then gave us 2 packages of these small tiles, since my wife was not able to drive to La Jolla. Which made our decision process (especially for my wife, you know women are very picky to all that stuff :) ) much easier. I'm very happy with Terence and can recommend Tuo Sogno to someone who is looking for premium materials along with Great Attention to your needs, details, concerns, ideas, likes, disliked and other stuff you have :) Terence - thank you for meeting me on Saturday, we got your tiles (Bisazza) which is way better in person than on the picture!

My husband walked through the process with the templator and was never informed of where the seams would be placed. The template showed no seams and a solid piece of quartz. At the installation though, we had two seams. I pushed back and requested a reinstall of one of the larger pieces so that it reduced the number of seams from 2 to 1. After some back and forth, we got it installed. I wish the templator made it clear what we were getting and to provide us an opportunity to change it rather than being surprised the day of. Communication with Rebecca at CCM was really clear. She set expectations about what the reinstall would look like, clarified with us that in order to make it one piece it would have to be curved (& not at 90 degree angles). We approved of that, and it turned out great. So happy to have worked with Rebecca and happy that CCM made it right.

Ours was through Home Depot, and this review is based on that experience, which was NOT a good one. For starters, California Crafted Marble was supposed to contact me once everything was ordered through Home Depot. After 4 weeks, they had still not called or emailed, and so I had to initiate the process. This general lack of care on their part continued throughout. I had the unfortunate experience of being forced to work with a representative named Lorenzo. I had a number of specific questions about the job, in regard to scheduling and about the installation itself. Without exception, I found him to be rude, almost always condescending in his tone, and on several occasions, he lied to me outright about a number of important details. Any time I'd ask him any sort of direct question, he would invariably obfuscate and be as unspecific and vague as possible. I was genuinely baffled by this behavior, and yet it lasted throughout the entire experience from beginning to end. There were a number of attempts to bait-and-switch with new charges early on that were never part of the original quote, and that only added to my frustration. My experience with the measure tech was fine as was the final installation, however there were issues with the materials as they were prepped. In the one corner where two pieces are supposed to be cut such that the pattern flows seamlessly, the measurement/cut was/is off by 1/4". Similarly, the hole for the faucet was also off by the same amount - 1/4". Because we kept the original plywood from our previous counter, the location of the hole was important, but because the hole was off, we had to bore out the hole wider than the faucet which then required that I create an additional reinforcement piece underneath before it could be installed. Could we have rejected the materials for being cut incorrectly? Sure, but that would have started the clock all over, we would have had to wait an additional 4 weeks and I would have been forced to continue working with Lorenzo. The thought of that was unacceptable to me. In addition, there would be no guarantee that the pieces would be properly cut a second time. Perhaps other representatives at California Crafted Marble are more pleasant to work with, but if your job is through Home Depot, you might want to think twice.
